Marc's place was exactly what we hoped it would be and it exceeded our expectations. Everything matched the listing. Was extremely clean and looked like it had just been redone inside. The only thing was we weren't able to turn up the heat in the hot tub which was a fairly older model with weak jets. This wasn't a huge deal to us so it didn't affect our 5 star review!

Until you experience an airbnb for the first time, clients are on a bit of a "wing and a prayer". Does the online marketing spin and carefully selected pics match what you actually get.... Casey's place is well represented online. It lived up to expectations for us and we were especially pleased with the location; easy driving access to many beaches to the north and south. This is a location we will consider again.

The house was clean and well decorated. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was ideal for a large group. We had problem operating coffeepot but the host got back to us right away. Enjoyed the hot tub.

The house had great amenities. Wonderful back yard for rest and relaxation. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. The freebee app was great and easy to use. Saved us from having to drive to get to places we wanted to go to. The beach at Atlantic Dunes was about 8-10 minutes away but very easy to get to by car as freebee did not go that far away from downtown. All in all we had a great time in Delray and enjoyed our stay at Sunset House. Lindsey and Paula are great hosts.

Just a little background. We are both older, in our late 60s. We travel to visit my almost 92 year old mother and we move her and my aunt into the Airbnb with us so we can maximize our time. The house has to be older person and dog friendly. This home ticks all those boxes. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but it's comfy and beautiful on the inside. The beds we're comfortable and both bathrooms had walk in showers, which is a plus for us. The towels are big, soft and absorbent. Kitchen is roomy and the coffee area was well stocked. The back yard was clean and has a large grassy area for our dog to run and release some of that energy! Eddie was responsive when we had a light and fan that didn't work. They were both fixed very quickly. We didn't need them, but the washer and dryer are outside. Also, the fence on that side of the house is shorter so a medium/large dog could jump over it. we just used the barbecue to block the dog from going down that side of the house.

House was clean, spacious and perfect for kids as it was just opposite a little playground. Check in was smooth and Jennifer allowed is a slightly earlier check in as we were running ahead of schedule which we appreciated a lot. The water pressure in the master bathroom is a bit low so not the best for showers but the squeaky clean of the entire house made up for that for sure. Overall Jennifer was a great host. Checked in mid stay to make sure we were ok.

Devin was extremely responsive and even came over at 10:00 at night to change a battery in a smoke detector so that it would not disturb us with beeping all night long. I can't say enough good things about the hosts as well as the property. I will definitely be staying here again.

Marta's home was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to the east coast. Close to the beach and the Animal Edventure park that we took our family.

Great house, beautiful pool and outdoor setup! The house came fully equipped with pool toys, beach chairs, pack n play and high chair for families traveling with little ones. Would definitely come back!

We had a fabulous 11 day stay! It was our daughter’s first vacation (she is almost 9 months old.) We could not have prayed for a better experience! We spent a ton of time poolside, it was perfect for her! The pool heated up nicely during the day since it has direct sunlight all day long. The sun room was fabulous it was really convenient that the pool was right there. We set up our daughter’s play mat in there with all of her toys - she really enjoyed it! Highly recommend going to Juno Beach - there is tons of parking and the beach is fantastic. Waterway Cafe was our favorite restaurant during our stay! We played 2 great local golf courses; Palm Beach Country Club & Palm Beach Par-3 Course. If you golf, these 2 courses are a MUST! Host was super quick to respond anytime we had a question or needed attention - host was extremely kind & friendly - she made us feel valued and right at home. Do not hesitate to book this air b&b - it made for the best family vacation! Thank you so much!!!!!

Too many favorites to list, between the grand master bedroom, huge living room separate from the family room, not to mention the enclosed pool. The amenities go on and on, the kitchen has an island that can accommodate the largest of families. This place is like a mini mansion with designated spaces for all activities. My family and I really loved this place and the price was a steal, would recommend and would definitely stay anytime I’m in West Palm Beach. Thank you for being a great host.

This house was absolutely incredible—beautifully designed, spacious, and full of character. Every detail felt thoughtful, from the cozy, stylish interior to the way natural light filled the rooms. The backyard and pool area were the real showstoppers, though. It felt like our own private oasis—peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing or snapping a few unforgettable photos. Whether you’re spending time indoors or outside, the whole place just has this calming, luxurious vibe. I got ready here and couldn’t have asked for a better setting—it wasn’t just a space to prepare, it became a memorable part of the experience. Truly the kind of place you don’t want to leave

Overall a great place to stay even if just for the patio! Our stay was for 2 weeks in February. It actually was warm enough (80°) for a quick dip in the pool. -Bed was incredibly comfortable…and I am super picky about mattresses! And pillows! We both slept really well. -Very clean -Bathroom - shower appears small but actually quite roomy. -Extremely well stocked kitchen. -Very quiet neighborhood - my husband was able to work on the patio, also great neighborhood for walking -Patio - great covered area as well as area for sun. Pool is super clean. -Close to shopping - grocery store less than 5 min away -So many extras are supplied…toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, cleaners, pool towels, and more We may make this an annual trip!

Having a backyard pool was a very nice bonus. The kids would swim in the morning and before bed.

The place is cute, quiet and very well equipped, it seemed like the host thought of everything. And it looked exactly like the pictures!

Great house that was as clean as it gets. The location was perfect for our plans and also was a great spot for us to hang out at night. Bree was a very good host that was quick to respond.

The description of this property is spot on. It is an oasis in the middle of Delray. We felt like we were in a very private setting steps away to great restaurants and shops. Accommodations were excellent. Outdoor area was outstanding (pool, etc). Desiree is a great host - very responsive and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Cliff’s home-space is nestled within a beautiful, serene tropical oasis. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the big front porch, sipping on a cold beverage watching the sun set, and having coffee ☕️ in the morning, on the back porch. My boys squealed with glee watching the cute little geckos 🦎 scurry across the screen porch. The kitchen was well stocked and Cliff provided easy access to beach gear, including boogey boards, beach 🏖️ umbrella, and wagon! The outdoor shower was so lovely to rinse 🚿 off in at the end of long days spent at the beach.

The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as described—perfect our family! The pool was a major highlight for the kids. Anthony was wonderful—super accommodating and a great communicator throughout the entire stay. He really went above and beyond to help with our arrival and made everything easy and stress-free, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay!

One of the few Airbnbs that are ACTUALLY walking distance to the beach and Atlantic ave. Book this place if you are staying local and want a truly unique experience.

Lauren’s place was perfect for our layover! After a long day of travel and canceled flights, it was the ideal rest stop before the next leg of our trip. The shower was incredible—seriously, the water pressure was out of this world, which was such a treat after being stuck in the airport for hours due to weather delays. The location was super convenient—just a short drive from the airport and easy to find. The queen bed was so comfortable that our plans to wake up early, grab breakfast, and explore before our cruise went out the window—we just couldn’t resist sleeping in! Lauren was very kind, and her communication was prompt and helpful throughout. We’re already looking forward to booking again for a longer stay in West Palm Beach—her place is perfect!
