Great spot for a long weekend! Wonderful location close to the beach and local wineries. Richard was a great host offering lots of recommendations and clear instructions for check in and using available amenities.

Beautiful large home, clean linens, plenty of towels, bathtub worked great. John was very responsive and helpful. Slept 9 people comfortably. The living room area was cozy with an indoor fireplace and the kitchen was large with a large oven and dishwasher. Five minute easy walk to a beautiful quiet beach. Highly recommend this place.

Ivana and John are the most wonderful hosts! This was truly like staying at a family cottage and everything was just beautiful. John greeted us upon arrival and even had a bottle of wine for my husbands birthday! We loved staying here from the city because it was only a little over a hour to arrive and less than a hour to South Hampton where we had dinner. Also the little town is so so cute and we were able to walk over so quickly! We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Ivana and John!

The place was charming, quaint, and exactly as described. It had a cozy vibe that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. We absolutely loved Michael's cottage. It is a ~15 minute walk from the village and is on a quiet street. The cottage feels like a beach house but is very well appointed and homey. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Mischa’s home. The house was truly stunning - beautifully decorated and clean. Mischa has clearly thought about all of the little details that make a stay memorable - the kitchen was well stocked and the place was so cozy.

Simply put - A perfect stay! Jami’s home is peaceful and beautiful and in an ideal location in Easy Hampton. We felt very welcomed and ‘at home’ for our entire stay. Jami is also an excellent communicator. Thank you very much much for sharing your home with us, Jami. We will be back :)!

Amazing, quaint beach house just seconds from the water. Hosts were great, answered any questions I had immediately. We are from town and stayed while work was being done at our home but will definitely be recommending this property to friends and family who come to visit.

Definitely is the best place that we have been , nice location ,super clean, kitchen is beautiful, the cottage is extremely private, bathroom super clean, in summer would be great to come back ,in other words absolutely fantastic!!! 100% recommended

It was such a peaceful stay. It was our second time here. The cottage was exactly as described and wonderful amenities, especially the bikes. The host was very responsive and the cottage was spotless.

We loved it. Redefines “fully stocked” - David’s place had everything we could ask for. The water at high tide was magical. Kayaking, fishing and we found over 100 (literally) hermit crabs.

Honestly probably the BEST AirBnB I have ever stayed in, and we use AirBnb a lot. The place is immaculate, and everything seemed brand new. It is even much nicer than the photos online show, and I feel it's even bigger than the pictures show. I forgot my charger at the unit, and she contacted me right away and saved it for me. She was quick to respond to anything I asked. The location is great, on a quiet dead end street. The neighborhood is very quiet. 10 minute drive to Southampton Village and just a few minutes from Ponquogue Ocean beach. The backyard is huge and pretty. The rooms are sunny and bright. Everything seemed brand new. The beds were comfortable. Sheets and towels were pristine. Kitchen had coffee, and there is a Hampton Coffee 5 minutes away. Design and decor were really top notch. There is a little table and chairs outside. She leaves beach towels! There is even a little electric fireplace. A truly perfect stay and Ana is so nice! Can't wait to come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Susan’s cottage. Check-in was easy, the cottage was gorgeous, clean, updated and fully stocked. Susan was a warm and friendly host who periodically messaged me to make sure all was ok during my stay. She also responded very quickly and was easy to get in touch with. I had a relaxing and quiet weekend away at Susan’s lovely cottage and would rebook with Susan again in the future. Loved every minute of my stay!

I loved staying at Walter’s place! It was safe for my kids, a nice big back yard! The house was clean, the instructions were clear. Overall it made my stay nice, safe and comfortable! Thank you!

We had a great experience staying at Melissa’s cottage and would happily recommend it to anyone else! We were in town from Florida visiting family in Rocky Point for Christmas and chose Melissa’s property as our place to stay. We had a wonderful time! The cottage is well located; we were able to drive back & forth to New London, Mystic, & several other towns. We did so many things on this trip: saw a movie, saw a play, went to Ocean Beach twice, Mystic Seaport, & the Yale Peabody museum. My only complaint is that we should have stayed "home" more & enjoyed our own beach more often! We took walks every day and watched for the tide to reveal the sand bar & walked out there whenever we could, which was so cool! The sound of the water changed when the sandbar was revealed. We found lots of cool shells. We really appreciated the chairs & umbrella in the well stocked shed. We did a little grocery shopping and made egg sandwiches so we only ate out once a day which saved money. I ate my sandwiches outside day & night, something I never do at home. The house was completely stocked with everything needed plus some! The only negative was not enough curtains which made it too bright to sleep & not enough privacy.

The house was so peaceful and quiet. The deer were just walking around and calming to watch! The backyard is better than the pictures and would stay there again! My only issue was with the lack of privacy in the house. The doors are similar to shutters to allow airflow, but you could here everyone in all the rooms. Not a huge deal unless you have loud kids!
