Simon was responsive and flexible. The house was on a quiet road with friendly neighbors, and beaches easily walkable (across a busy road, but crosswalks available). We are a family of 4 with 2 young children, and it was nice to have a fenced backyard with hot tub to play in. If you're only renting the front unit, I think it would feel a little awkward to use the backyard based on the setup, but we rented both units so it worked well for us.

Miles was very responsive and accommodating. Our group had 3 kids ages between 3-6 and they loved the pool, proximity to the beach, and the little playground! We also loved that every room had its own bathroom. The house is perfectly set up for a family getaway. We will definitely be returning!

Stayed here for 11 nights with my wife and three little boys (4yo, 2yo and 5 month old). We absolutely loved our stay. Pool was great. House was clean and had everything we needed. No complaints. We hope to stay there again next year. Brampton Park was very accommodating with our needs, especially for our infant, including assembling a crib in a different room for us. They also put beepers on the door so we could keep track of our boys. This house is in a great neighborhood. Very safe and walkable. Can walk to nearby local coffee shop, a few restaurants, as well as an really great park with shaded playground.

House is perfect for a family with kids. Big back yard with games and was completely fenced in. Inside had activities that occupied the kids as well. Was perfect and would recommend to anyone who has kids and needs to stay in the area. We will be back

It was a great stay and a beautiful place!

My friends and I rented this house for Tortuga Festival weekend and loved it. It was in a very good location with restaurants around. It is also on a dead end road so you don’t have to deal with traffic in front of the house. Michelle was a fantastic host. She was very flexible with our early check-in request. She was very communicative and attentive. The house did get a very hot one of the day, we contacted her with our concern and she immediately adjusted the A/C. We enjoyed the pool which is temperature control, very big plus. The rooms were clean, kitchen very well stocked. Would definitely consider renting here again next year.

The place was just like the pictures. It was very clean, modern, and spacious. We appreciated all the amenities like kitchen supplies, coffee, extra bathroom and pool towels, grill with gas, and more. It is easy to find with convenient food/ cafes and beach nearby. We also appreciated the easy communication with the host. We love to stay again!

Destiny was very friendly, answered all questions very fast. I stayed 13 days, many times asked me if I wanted anything. The apartment was nice with all you need to have a pleasant stay. Very good amenities in the condo, good gym and nice pool

Place was as pictured. Could use some tlc/touch up. Everything you needed was there, including coffee. The only thing missing was a tv in the bedroom. Location was awesome and walkable to restaurants, including Dairy Queen. We would definitely stay there again.

Marilyn was a gracious host and a wonderful friend. She was very attentive to us and shared her home and her dog, Mocha, with us. We missed our dogs so she would bring Mocha out and allow us to visit with her. She offered insight into the area and suggested area attractions and restaurants to visit. The home is located at the end of a very quiet street. The pool and hot tub were nice though we didn’t have much time to use them. The size of the rooms were quite adequate and the back porch was wonderful for early morning dining or a late nite snack or game of cards. I don’t know whether we will ever be down this way again, but if we do, we will definitely stay with Marilyn!

Le logement est propre et bien situé. Richard répond rapidement ce qui est apprécié. Seule chose nous étions 5 et le logement peut accueillir 5 personnes mais il y a seulement 2 chaises et très peu de vaisselles.

A great place with a wonderful host! The place had such a fun vibe, yet very quiet and private at night, which we appreciated very much. All the amenities were there, and we felt like staying there longer!! The host was really responsive and met all our needs!
