Worth 1000 stars. Can I just say it’s refreshing to find an Airbnb host in this area? Who isn’t price gouging. Collins properties are super reasonably priced. They’re in a beautiful area, you have access to everything, it’s super private, the area is maintained well, so your pets and family will not be covered in ticks and eaten up by mosquitoes, And it’s priced wonderfully. I can’t say enough good things. Plus this host is very easy to work with and very proactive and responsive. The thing I will mention that apparently puts people off is the well water is kind of brown Ish when you take a shower or a bath, also in the sink, but it’s well water and it’s perfectly fine. I had no problems at all, and neither did my dogs. So please chill out on the well water and enjoy this beautiful gem of an Airbnb and this wonderful house. We are so grateful and I will definitely be returning.

The place is very nice, quiet, clean place to stay. With a nice location, would stay here again.

The accommodations were really great for my holiday weekend stay! We used the lovely firepit -swing area every day. Bobby was responsive and helpful. The kitchen had everything I needed. Coffee overlooking the mist rising off the water in the morning was just so beautiful. The river is amazing… the hawks, ibis, anhinga, herons, and so many other birds were so cool to hear, and watch!

This place is truly a hidden gem. I will be staying here anytime I am in the area! Colin was excellent to work with, quick to respond and made the entire process effortless. Colin and his staff were extremely accommodating and no further than a call or message away the entire time. My weekend getaway was everything I hoped for and more thanks to Colin, the facility and the property. The home was cozy, well decorated, surprisingly even better than the pictures and fully stocked with anything we needed from toilet paper and trash bags to extra blankets and towels. The property was beautiful and very clean. The trees with Spanish moss set such a peaceful tone along with the fishing area at the water front that was just outside of our back door. The wildlife was fun to watch, various birds, squirrels and some pretty big bass. The place was so perfect we found no need to go out to eat and just cooked there. It felt like a private island full of character and natures beauty. 10 out of 10!

Located right on the canal, this lovely spot has a good sized kitchen and is a spacious one bedroom. The setting is serene!

We came back for a third stay at the sunset house. It is a lovely place just like the pictures. We enjoyed fishing from the private dock and had no issues. Robyn was very responsive and helpful throughout stay.

We were very happy to find this house. It was perfect for two couples. The best part was taking the provided kayaks out to seven sisters springs. Beautiful. There was also a canoe for those that don’t like kayaks.

Best place we’ve stayed in Homosassa, on a great little canal with great boat access and amazing back yard. Inside is super nice and has everything you need plus some!! Will be staying here again in the future!

Perfect spot for a multi-family getaway to Crystal River for a few days on the water. The large boat dock and boat lift were exactly what we needed for our boats. (The closet boat ramp is terrible because it’s insanely steep, but there are other better ones nearby.) We used the kayaks a little but did see a small gator swimming around. (We’re FL people and used to it though.) Very quiet street, very peaceful backyard looking out onto the canal, good sized screened-in porch to avoid the bugs in the evening. We loved the large fire pit for nighttime! Home was very clean, no clutter at all, with the comfiest couch ever. Kitchen was equipped with the basics exactly as described in amenities. Kids enjoyed the bunk room, an older child had the spare room, and each adult couple had the primary rooms; the amount of space was great! We ate nearby at St. John’s Tavern (recommend!) and had ice cream at Guyer’s (so good, try the “chubby mermaid”!). Brooke was kind, responsive, and a great host!

Very cute and comfortable house. We enjoyed the farmers market and long bike ride along the Withlacoochee Stste trail nearby. Great restaurants downtown.

We have stayed at Taylor’s house before and are never disappointed. It’s one of our favorite vacation spots!

Another fantastic stay at the Hellgate Scallop house. Beautiful, peaceful and a fishing paradise.

We had an incredible stay during scallop season. The location was perfect. Just a short ride to the gulf. The house was clean spacious and had all the amenities we needed for comfortable stay. Can’t wait to come back next scallops season! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

Natalie was great; her place, amazing. Just out of town with nearby Shrimp Landing offering the best tacos (get 'em with grilled shrimp) we've EVER had. We will stay at her place again!

I absolutely love this Air BnB! I love the host! I’ve stayed here twice! I always check to see if this place is available when I book a trip to Crystal River! And I get super bummed if its booked! I really love it!! Clean, responsive, away from the hustle and bustle but definitely close enough to enjoy the springs!

This was a wonderful and sweet stay in Inverness! My husband and I love the area and were very happy with our short stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! Peaceful and private surroundings. Pool was very clean. Condo was immaculate! Bed was very comfortable. We loved waking up every morning to sunrise. Lots of light-windows provided great view of the marsh land. Close to a beach and plenty of restaurants. Manatee tours nearby. Would highly recommend to others.

Really loved it. Everything was so clean and it had everything we needed. Excellent value. We’d stay again and recommend to anyone staying on the area. Close to everything we wanted to do. Really don’t think we could have found better.
