We had such a great stay at Ashley’s place! The space was clean, fun, and full of positive energy. There was no shortage of things to do—between the pool, paddleboards, canoe, dart board, and ping pong table, we were entertained the entire time. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and everything was well-kept. Ashley and her co-host were incredibly friendly and respectful of our privacy, staying in their own attached living space. We only saw them briefly on Sunday morning while they were outside doing some yard work—otherwise, we had the place to ourselves. It was a perfect spot for me, my 14-year-old daughter, and her group of eight friends. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property. Well equipped and offered different amenities and entertainment for families with children and young adults. Jennifer was an amazing host. Definitely recommend for large families looking to enjoy the river and a peaceful time.

The pictures do not do this place justice! I guess it is difficult to photograph charm, and this renovated farmhouse exudes charm!!! The decor is lovely - Joanna Gaines has nothing on Elise. The fenced in backyard is like a tropical garden, and my wiener dog absolutely loved it. Would definitely stay there again if I get to Tarpon Springs.

5 stars! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful—they truly thought of everything to make the space feel just like home. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept so well each night, which is such a rare find when traveling! They didn’t miss a single detail. Every little thing we could’ve needed was already there, making our stay effortless and relaxing. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and experience. On top of it all, they were beyond kind and so responsive to any questions we had. We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-cared-for stay—and we will absolutely be back! Love how they are transforming this area and the love and energy they are pouring into all the surrounding homes. Oh, and the noise level at night… NONE which was very important to us. Love this place!

Stayed at Erika’s place for a few days since we were visiting Busch Gardens and going on a cruise, it was in the perfect location! Super comfy couch and beds. Love the fact that there is a coffee maker. So easy to get in and Erika was super helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

We had a wonderful time with the family at Karolina‘s house and would book it again. Especially the pool and playroom was awesome for our kids. To enjoy beautiful sunsets on Honeymoon Island was a highlight for the complete family and we also enjoyed all the stores and restaurants nearby. Communicating with Karolina worked fantastic and in a very quickly. Our family had a great time at this house and we can recommend this house to any family who is looking for an awesome vacation experience!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Weeki Wachee for my son’s birthday! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. We loved having plenty of kayaks to explore the stunning springs, plus the BBQ and fire pit made for great evenings. Kelly was a fantastic superhost, she checked in to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. Being able to bring our pups along made the trip even more special! Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again! Thank you!

Such a great place. Love the farmers porch. We enjoyed many hours out there. Dylan was great with communication. Accommodated check in a little bit early to help us with a college event. The decor is adorable. The neighbors are all very very friendly. Really nice area. Wish we found this gem 4 years ago when my daughter started college but definitely plan to spread the word to other st Leo families

Ira & Gay are truly super hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. I was introduced to neighbors and learned a lot about the area through my conversations with them. Tarpon is a very friendly and welcoming area. The close proximity to Craig Park/Spring Branch, Whitcomb Bayou, and downtown minimize the amount of driving you have to do. One walk around Spring Branch yielded a dolphin sighting. A really great blend of relaxation and activities. I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

Overall, a great experience! The tv wasn’t working one of the nights and Yenia went out of her way to send someone to get us a new remote on a Friday night. She was great at communication! In addition, it was fun to have private pool days & grill out. My only complaint was I wished the pillows were fluffier, and there was a bigger comforter on the bed.

May's place was great for our stay in Tarpon Springs. Having the bikes available for touring around was great too! May has been the most responsive and attention to detail host i have experienced in my 5+ years of using Air BNB.

We had a great stay at this very clean, comfortable home. Really nice neighborhood to walk close to the water with beautiful views and by the marinas.. Quiet area. Walked to Orange St. for good food at Molly Goodheads and Ozona Pig. Live music at the brewery was fun. 20 minute drive to Tarpon Springs. Niko's Grill has delicious fresh, authentic Greek food and the National Bakery is excellent for Greek bread and cookies. Dunedin Main St. is about 12 minutes away, nice to walk around. Carvor's Fish House has delicious, fresh seafood! Also had amazing fresh sushi at Seawhip Sushi Bar in Dunedin. Honeymoon Island is a very nice beach with lots of shells. We will definitely be back!

We booked this place for a family vacation during spring break. The experience was great, and exactly as described by our lovely hosts! Amazing deck, patio, and extremely clean! We felt right at home! Will miss morning coffees and nightly fire pits with the family, and plan on being back someday.

I had a wonderful stay at this three-bedroom apartment! It was spacious, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the independence of the space—it really felt like home. The amenities were fantastic, with access to a gym and a pool, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, adding to the overall charm of the place. Plus, the location was perfect, with a Starbucks just around the corner, making my mornings even better. We had a lovely few days stay-what a secluded little Oasis. The apartment had all the amenities we required. The pool and hot tub was a bonus and was lovely to just sit around and just relax. Dunedin is a very nice place to visit with lots of quality places to eat

The Rooster Hut was exactly what we were for! Relaxing, peaceful but also conveniently located. We were close to everything we could need but it felt like our own private little oasis.

We had an amazing stay! The place was super clean and exactly as described. The host said the river was magic—and it truly was. We saw several manatees, including one right off the back dock! The kayaks were a big hit, and the whole family had a great time. Highly recommend!

Great cabin with lots of games. Quiet and peaceful. Comfortably accommodated seven of us. The host was very responsive and quick to communicate.

The cabin was incredible was perfect for our stay. I recommend bringing a twin mattress topper for the pull out bed. The mini fridge was surprisingly large and he has a gril available for use for cooking. Nice little pond to catch some fish we caught a few bluegills and a cat fish. The trail was nice and the weather was perfect. Will definitely be staying again soon!

We had a lovely time during our stay! The cabin is a cute hidden gem and and we enjoyed our time here! They had free Netflix/hulu and checkout was a breeze. (No complicated checkout “binder” asking you to do a bunch of things like some annoying Airbnbs I’ve had in the past)!

I frequently stay at Airbnbs when I travel and Miss Ruby and the surrounding land and trees and lake where so beautiful, much more beautiful than the pictures demonstate. Judi is so helpful and responsive and easy to communicate with. I loved every aspect of my three night stay, the outside shower is amazing, and the camper is so cozy. The lake is stunning. A true nature lovers retreat. I highly recommend staying at Judi's Miss Ruby or Cozy Suite. Thank you Judi, beautiful home and guest quarters for people like me who love to travel and have different experiences. She thought of everything guests may need. We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was easy to find, and getting in was a breeze. Susan and Dan, who live next door, were always available and happy to help with any questions. The washer and dryer were high-capacity and looked brand new. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!

This is so far our best vacation yet. Just being away from everyone in a calm environment on a lake. Got to see a small gator. The place was clean and Shannon was an amazing host even left a welcome card for us. There’s plenty of things to do in the cabin alone that going out really isn’t necessary. Would definitely recommend especially for the price and would consider going back in the future.
