The experience was amazing, the location was perfect near the beach and the property had all the amenities, very comfortable, with gas stations, bars and restaurants right next to the property and the attention of the hosts was excellent, always attentive if we needed anything to make our experience excellent. Recommended.

What we enjoyed most about Shiloh's place was its close proximity to the Gulf and Sunset Beach. We walked from the property to the beach on numerous occasions, especially to watch the sunset. We also walked and rode are bikes to Fred Howard Park which was close by and also into Tarpon Springs, and onto the Pinellas Trail. The house was as described, and well stocked with all we needed. The newer washer/dryer came in very handy. Shiloh was very quick to respond, as we had an issue with a patio fan; and she had the fan replaced while we were there at no inconvenience to us. WE would return to this property!

This was our family’s second stay at Eric’s house and it was everything that we remembered from the first! So comfortable for our family of 4- enough privacy for the teens with an amazing outdoor space for all of us to be together! From morning coffee watching the birds to evenings listening to the fish jump with fun pool time in between… we enjoyed our time and will be back!

The home itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved our stay in Clearwater Beach! Shelley's place was close to the beach, restaurants, and lots of activities. We were even able to kayak with the dolphins right in front of the townhouse! Shelley was super helpful and accommodating to all our needs and requests. Highly recommend!

The home was just as advertised. Host was very responsive to our questions. Great location - with direct water access to the Gulf. Very peaceful neighborhood. Excellent value for price paid. We were very impressed with repairs made after the 2024 hurricanes. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience.

Overall a good stay, pool is not heated and since it was spring couldn’t get in, I am sure during the summer it’s nice. Master bathroom could use updating, specially the floors, aside from that a great experience, nice clean home, responsive host.

This house was great for our group, 9 in all. The house was clean, very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean/heated with a large area to relax and the hot tub in a screened in area was a bonus. We would stay there again.

My family and extended family were extremely comfortable at Jeff’s place. There was everything we needed and more. It was convenient to have a pack and play plus a high chair. The kids loved collecting eggs everyday and swimming in the pool. Jeff was easy to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions we had. The location was perfect and not too far for day trips to the beach. We will definitely be returning in the future.

My husband and I spent almost a month here and enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely decorated and fully stocked with almost anything one might need. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood that was perfect for walking my old dog and to enjoy the warm weather. The pool was wonderful. My husband and grandchildren enjoyed swimming in it. Jolanda and her husband were very responsive to our needs and we would certainly stay here again. We highly recommend this property.

Absolutely as described!! Our family enjoyed the home and the pool for our entire stay. The pool was immaculate and the outdoor space around the pool was comfortable. We were just 4 but the house would have comfortably accommodated 8. Easy access to stores, restaurants and area attractions. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions and answered with minutes. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to town to visit family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks at Billy & Diane's. It is a lovely, clean place on one of the canals. It has just been recently renovated & was beautifully done. My husband loved kayaking each day and saw several dolphins on his tours. We enjoyed watching the ducks & ducklings swim by & then come for several daily visits...so cute. There are several restaurants/bars close by & a wonderful ice cream parlour at the end of the street. This is such a serene and restful home to stay. Billy & Diane are great hosts & it was so nice to meet both of them. We can't wait to return...too bad it's not for another year!

Truly amazing! Crystal’s place felt like our home away from home. We were able to make meals while on vacation since her kitchen is stocked with cookware and spices, I was able to do laundry and pack our bags with clean clothes before checkout, & we even got to grill out and use the fire pit to make s’mores in the backyard. Crystal’s listing stood out to me because it is only 11 minutes away from Honeymoon Island State Park! Another bonus is that check-in is flexible and it was a breeze; with the keyless entry we were able to let ourselves in without having to coordinate with the hosts our ETA, especially since we got there later in the evening. They utilize an electronic keypad so when I had to go to Publix (which is also 4 min away) and my family was at the local pier fishing, they could re-enter the home without us having to worry about “leaving a key under a mat” or anything like that. Overall this Airbnb is worth the price and the hosts are very friendly and responsive, 10/10‼️😁💯

We had a fantastic and comfortable stay at the home. We had many friendly birds visit. We were well equipped with everything we needed in the gorgeous home. The pinball machine was a hit with the entire family. Very convenient location for our jet ski parking and use from the neighborhood boat ramp. Beautiful views and lots of things to do. Thanks to Chelsea for being a great host! Well worth the price also.

We booked our vacation as a bucket list trip for my mom who has Alzheimer’s . My mom grew up in Orlando and had visited Weeki Wachee (where mermaids swim) when she was young. This fueled her obsession of being a mermaid when she grew up. We decided as a family that this was the time to make my 72 year old mom’s dream come true. Jennifer’s place is about 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee which is what initially caught my eye. The place was absolutely beautiful! It sits on the canal where we drank coffee and wine and watched boats and kayaks go up and down the canal. We also were able to see beautiful birds of all kind every morning and evening. There is plenty of chairs to sit inside and out to watch all the coming and going on the canal. Plus there a pool and a sandy beach in the back yard. But most of all we were able to check off one of my mom’s bucket list items and make some lasting memories with her in a beautiful resort like setting.

Joey was outstanding when it came to any questions we had for the house, very responsive. House is exactly as described and the views are outstanding. Joey even had some extras for our arrival.

This place was a beautiful spot for us to stay, there was plenty of room, local nice restaurants to try, and the house was clean! The balcony is where we spent a lot of time and the view was beautiful!

We stayed recently for four nights at this Airbnb, and we can say that it was very enjoyable. The 4-bedroom house was clean and neat upon our arrival. The simple layout and choice of furnishings were everything that we had been expecting. The area is safe, and there’s plenty of parking on the property. The host, Andrew, and his team were constantly in communication with us before and during our stay. They sent precious local tips for restaurants, groceries, and sports activities. Extra services such as early check were available and made all the difference with a very fair fee. Everything that was promised was delivered. The property location is another key point. It is close to everything between Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, St. Petersburg, and Tampa Bay. There are a lot of things to do around. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from within 15 to 30 minutes of drive time. We will go back to this property and also recommend it to anyone.

A true GEM! We stayed here for a long weekend for my sister's bachelorette - we couldn't have asked for a better stay! The house was absolutely perfect: amenities, location, comfort & cleanliness. We spent every day from morning to night relaxing by the pool and enjoying each other's company. The perfect getaway for some R&R. It was easy to walk to the downtown area for dinner, drinks & nightlife (and the beach) - however the house was so perfect and convenient to just chill out with our group there that we did not even need to go to the beach. 100/10 I would recommend and stay here again. Adriana & Brent: the hosts of this amazing home - thank you for opening your home for us to stay & for being so responsive when we needed something. We will hold onto these memories for lifetime and are so grateful for experiencing such an incredible vacation :)
