Based in the heart of rural Herefordshire, we can accommodate up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms. Characterful but modern (2017) cottage, sleeps up to 6/7 guests in 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms; there is also a 4th bedroom with a single bed. The Hoot House is located in the pretty village of Neen Sollars, within 12 miles of Ludlow . Welsh Marches, Ironbridge and Shropshire Hills are all easily accessible. We welcome up to 2 dogs for which we make a charge of £20 each . Outside, guests have their own patio and large grassed area as well as access to our tennis ct and 40 acres of grounds

Our stylish & cosy hideaway is the ultimate escape where you can re-wild yourself in acres of tranquility. Wander straight out the door onto the mountains taking in some breathtaking views. Return home to the sauna, soothe tired limbs & then relax by spinning some vinyl from the record collection, whilst the log burner crackles & the owls enthusiastically serenade as dusk sets in! (plus we now have an indoor padel ball court for you to exercise your inner Federer!!)

Dan y Berllan is one of two cottages on a working hill farm in the Brecon Beacons National Park, it means "under the orchard" The cottages are self catering but should you not wish to cook, to the top of our drive is The Crown Inn , a lovely village pub serving amazing food. The market town Abergavenny is all but a stone's throw away by car. Surrounded by beautiful countryside with amazing walks ,the cottage is perfected located to take a stroll or a long trek .
