Four of us stayed here for 4 nights in April to celebrate a friend’s 60th birthday who was staying a short walk away. We found the house to be very clean & comfortable, easy to cook in and great for relaxing in the living room. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms well-equipped. One thing to note is that the 2 bedrooms are quite different. One is a primary suite facing the ocean with a large bathroom and king bed. The other is a modest but nice bedroom facing the street, with a queen bed - the bathroom is down the short hall. It does have a shower/bath and is perfectly fine, but for planning purposes good to know in advance. The house is a block up from the beach with a lovely view of the ocean. Access to the beach is easy as there are access points periodically one block down for long walks on the sand. Thanks Ron & Brandi! We all agree that we highly recommend Rayne or Shine Getaway!!

The house was perfect for our getaway. The kids enjoyed the backyard sandy area on the dune and the private dune trail was super cool, espeically for sunsets. We did think it had better beach access-didn't know the dune has a steep dropoff—but there is nearby public beach access which is easier to use. The separate entry for the downstairs was a bit tricky if you have small kids that want to bunk down there but we managed. Everyone had a great time. House was well cared for and the kitchen was stocked with many essentials and we really appreciated that they left condiments and other things in the fridge door. You don't often see that! 10/10 would book again.

We already miss the River Queen and her stunning River views! Very roomy! We ended up only having 6 guests staying so we didn’t use one of the bedrooms. So nice everyone had lots of space to themselves but also the dining and living space was nice to bring everyone together. The views alone are the best! Mapleton is one of my favorite places and this was a nice place to enjoy it! The hot tub took over a full day to heat up but once it was hot it stayed nice! We even saw lots of goats, seals and otters while relaxing in the tub! The last night it rained, it was nice to enjoy listening to that while in the hot water. The kitchen was missing a bottle opener and there wasn’t a lighter or matches to start a fire but other then that you pretty much had everything you needed! I brought a small crockpot thinking there wouldn’t be one and to my shock they had a big one! Lots of towels as well which is always nice! Pretty well stocked! We loved the River Queen, thank you so much for having us!

Perfect family friendly home rental for vacation. I love that beach is within walking distance. Owner's were very friendly and would respond quickly.

Cheryl’s place was one of the most beautiful and well kept AirBnB’s we have stayed at. Such a great place, so friendly and welcoming, cheerfully decorated, and well stocked. The house is very well taken care of, it has an outdoor fire pit and outdoor seating. The carriage house has washer and dryer and even arcade games for the kids. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we didn’t hear any traffic. Hoping to come backt to explore the area more. Thanks so much for hosting us, Cheryl!

One of our favorite beach houses we’ve stayed at. It was so cozy and the perfect place. It rained our whole trip and the sunroom in the rain was our favorite place to read our books. The covered hot tub was also great because of the weather. Would definitely book again highly recommend.

The house is in a gorgeous location right on the river, with views right from the living room. Tons of amenities such as a wood stove and lots of firewood, grills and all the kitchen ware you need to cook yourself. Clean and comfortable. Kate gave us all the info we needed to have a fun and relaxing time, and was super responsive. Highly recommend this rental!

What an amazing location! View was fantastic! House was comfortable and inviting. Very close to old town which made for an easy walk to local eats and drinks. Our host made everything super easy. Nothing but good things to say.

Loved staying here with my family! Bedding was amazing, plenty of rags, towels and blankets. It was so nice having the washing machine and very clear instruction on how to get in and use everything! We had a really good time!

Cool lil spot right off the highway, cozy beds and everyone around is super chill. Walkable food choices and shops. Recommend to anyone who doesn’t mind a 2nd story apartment.

Was a great place to stay while visiting the coast! The check in process was a little complicated since the gate opener didn’t work when we got there. I just ended up contacting the host and we got it all sorted out.

The location wasn’t too bad, secluded requiring a short drive if wanting to eat out. Getting in was a bit trying, as codes changed from here is the code to use to , you are able to check in early so here is a new code. Admittedly, part of it was on me for not carefully reading how to operate the lock. The buildings and units could be marked with the name and number a bit differently. When we arrived a lady was trying to get into our unit because she thought it was hers. Once we worked it all out, it was fine.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and it was an unforgettable experience. Situated right in front of the ocean, the views are simply breathtaking. Each morning, we woke up to the serene sound of waves crashing against the shore, and each evening, we enjoyed the stunning sunsets. The place was very clean and I particularly loved the spaciousness of the room and the large windows that allowed for plenty of natural light and uninterrupted ocean views. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful view, spacious upstairs unit. Just 10 minutes to the really cute town of Yachats (check out the Styx, Stones, n' Bones shop if you are into rocks!). Across the street from Bob Creek Park where you can climb onto the rocks to go tidepooling at low tide (wear sturdy shoes that can get wet). Jana was immediately helpful when I messaged her for something in the kitchen. The beds did get warm at night and I couldn't quite figure out how to get the thermostat to cool. But I would absolute stay here again. Note: the hot tub is meant for 2 people at a time.

Amazing scenery....beautiful home and best bed ever

Beautiful old vintage fishing cabin vibes!! The bathroom has a large deep soaking tub that made the stay luxurious and relaxing, the view from the bedroom outside to the lake made for a beautiful awaking even when it was cloudy and rainy. The house is full of kitchen amenities which I loved because most places you have to bring our go and buy items that aren’t In the kitchen, but here they got it all.
