this is not the typical ABNB, this is a home. Super nice apartment/hourse in two floor. Super nice an cosy atmosphere. Close to grocery shopping, and not too far from central Oxford.

The apartment is so cute and art. We completely fall Inlove with it. Mariel was so helpful with everything. We felt like home from the moment we walked in. I'll love to stay there again in the future.

We loved our stay in Jericho…a beautiful section of Oxford. Paul was an extremely helpful host who answered many questions promptly. This apartment is one of the best we’ve ever rented from AirBnb. The welcome basket was generous and location walkable to train station and major attractions. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Oxford or southwest England.

An amazing home and a perfect location - private and secluded yet still within the town.

We had a lovely time in Little Oaks. My son explored the grounds and discovered a hammock amidst bluebells❤️ Playing/ running away from the sprinklers. This was a beautiful stay. There were no clutter, felt clean, with beautiful and simply decorated rooms. Really appreciate the white towels, clean linens and the peaceful surroundings.

I had an amazing stay at Amelia's apartment from Jan 19 to Mar 19. She's truly the best host—so warm and responsive. When I mentioned allergies, she quickly got me non-down bedding without any hassle. The place is even nicer than the photos: spotless, cozy, and perfectly located. Quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to town. Everything worked perfectly. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Oxford!

My mum and I had such a lovely stay here over 2 nights. The walk into Oxford through the meadows and parkland along the river was such a nice way to start and finish our days exploring. It takes about half an hour to get into the thick of it, and we really enjoyed the walk each day. The place itself was very clean and comfortable, beds were great and a nice view from the dining area and balcony. Thanks for having us, we highly recommend.

We had a short stay of only two nights and didn’t really get around to using the many amenities provided, but never felt we lacked for anything that we did need. House and bed were comfortable, bathroom shower fixtures were easy to work. Good stay.

This compact modern upstairs condo/apartment has private parking behind a locked gate in a courtyard for one car. Access is by a key in lock box, then another lock box up the stairs at the door. There is a back bedroom with a queen bed and 3/4 bath, smaller front bedroom with twin bed, hallway 3/4 bath. The living/kitchen/dining room is integrated in one room with a full kitchen. It appears to be a corporate AirBnB place, without someone living there when guests are not there. It served our needs as a place to stay between seeing Oxford and our flight from Heathrow. Communication was proactive and clear.

Nice cosy and charming place. Very well equipped and thoughtfully furnished. There is even a box of handy essentials that we may have forgotten to pack; it shows Grace’s thoughtfulness. Although located next to a busy street, it is surprisingly quiet inside. Building is old and hence bathroom is on the small side. Parking at the front is pretty tight if you drive a bigger car. We took Uber to the city although it is walkable (about 2km). There is a Tesco Express about 150m away; very convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice flat which is actually part of Shaun's house, but with separate, private amenities, including a section of a large garden and space to park the car. It is an ideal base for exploring the local countryside, notably White Horse Hill and other nique sites such as Wayland's Smithy Long Barrow. The flat has one large room which serves as both the bedroom with a double bed at one end, and the living room, with a comfortable, three seater sofa and a television at the other end. Of the two further rooms, one is a kitchen with an eating/seating area and a fridge freezer, microwave oven and air fryer and the third is a large bathroom with a sink, toilet and walk in shower. There is plenty of spotless kitchenware and large towels and cushions. You will find Shaun extremely helpful and welcoming. There is a pub/restaurant about a mile up the road, but the restaurant is not open every day. You need a vehicle to venture out further and shop. We enjoyed visiting The Lamb at Wantage.

We had a great stay at Rebecca’s. Everything we needed was there; the flat was clean and spacious. It’s a really convenient location for shopping and going out. Great host!

Amazing apartment close to the centre of Witney town centre. Accommodation was spotless, well equipped and secure for the dogs- couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed here close to family for a get together. Location was perfect for our needs. Great open plan kitchen / dining area. Easy parking right outside property. Good local walks / runs from front door to explore local area. We would stay here again.

Fabulous location, beautiful, bright & well maintained apartment. The pictures speak for the apartment and the amenities within the estate. I would like to speak more about the hosts, Jane has been very welcoming since the time we booked the property for our Easter weekend stay. Had been in touch regarding the bed room arrangements and informed us to book the amenities ahead of our stay so we get a slot. When I informed her that we did not manage to get the slot, she went in person to make the bookings on our behalf. What a lovely gesture! The day we check-in, Jane's clear instructions helped in locating the property without any issue. I had to contact Jane to inform that our 8 year old was looking for youtube in TV and reg the gaming console remote. In the next 5 mins, her husband was there to sort it all out for us which we really didn't expect. They are such lovely hosts doing everything possible to ensure their guests get what they expect. We'll definitely visit again!

Eveleen is a wonderful host. The apartment had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds. Only 15 minutes walk into town. Would highly recommend staying at Eveleen's place. Thank you for a great stay.

The designs of the rooms were gorgeous, easy on the eyes, minimal and classic. It felt right at home. I definitely enjoyed spending time in the living room with Sidra and Freya, the adorable and ever relaxed german shepherd. We had late night movies and conversations. She became a great friend and has always been a superhost. There are cute cafes nearby, def try grumpy cook. They make good cappuccinos and pancakes. It was also convenient to do grocery as sainsbury is nearby, about 5-6 minute walk. No problem going to the centre as well, bus stop is an easy 5 minute walk. Train station is less than 10 mins by bus. Overall, lovely and comfortable stay. Will definitely visit Sidra and Freya soon.

Annabel's place is absolutely amazing! Very comfortable and immaculate. We loved the view and exploring the surroundings more than the last time we stayed. Annabel was happy to help with any questions but had provided such good information before arrival that we didn't have any.

Fantastic place! As hosts ourselves, we're a little fussy but this did not dissapoint. Firstly, the view from the bedroom window was stunning 😍 and the location was perfect - a delightful walk to a historical Roman villa and another lovely walk down to the local pub. Waking up with freshly baked bread, having had a flexible check in, Hugh was very friendly (morning and night when we passed).... but the best part was waking up to the sound of birds and sheep, with views of the rolling Cotswold hills. It is easy to see why this place is so highly rated.
