My wife and I really enjoyed staying here! Pamela was an amazing host she was caring and attentive and the house was homey.

We had a wonderful and much needed get away - Exploring New Bern was great - so convenient and we really appreciated how peaceful Lil'dock was. More spacious that the photos showed and so clean and neat! Enjoyed sitting on the back porch and seeing the sunset.

Loved it a lot Alana was great when it came to communication and answering any questions we had we enjoyed it a lot it was a cute getaway and we definitely recommend it a lot !

Orville was a great host. We asked about fishing. Not only did he bring us some lures but he also cut down some limbs to make for easier casting. So nice. Tim caught a nice size bass on the second cast!

We were nicely surprised by how stocked with gadgets and spices the kitchen was as well as with a lot of necessities such as paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products… Gorgeous view

My wife and I stayed here for a night away to visit New Bern. You're only 15 minutes away from downtown New Bern. The space is quiet and comfortable with fluffy pillows and a wonderful bed that we immediately fell asleep on. This is one of the most thought out spaces we've stayed at using Airbnb. everything that you could need is at your fingertips along with it being well designed. We will definitely stay here if we're in the area again.

If u ever go to Jacksonville rent from Trevor I will never rent from anyone else have had several bnb that were terrible wouldn’t take my dog because of my last experience with bnb that poisoned him with bug traps my daughter lives there so I go couple times a year to visit her and her family never stayed at a place like Trevor’s with was so outstanding with everything

This place was perfect for my 3 boys and I. Very accommodating and had literally everything you would need! I loved the fancy bows that were made with towels! The decor was very cute and unique! I loved it all! The beds and the couch were very comfortable. I felt like I was at home! It was very easy to find, and less than minutes away from the main roads but still in a very quiet location along with a private back yard with many trees, which would be perfect for hot summer days to lounge and relax. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back! Ps.. it’s only 30 minutes from Emerald Isle beaches!!!

Our daughter, son-in-law and Grandson moved from Okinawa to Cherry Point. We came down from Pittsburgh to welcome them home. Aaron’s place was very welcoming and perfect for our stay! We will definitely be staying there again for future visits!!

The house was clean and spacious and the views were calming. The living room was really a place for gathering friends and watching the final four on the lovely sectional couch and giant loveseat chair. We ate our dinner around the dining table with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room in each bedroom for our belongings. We walked to the beach and took the golf cart to the beach as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The only downside was there was not enough seats on the outside decks where we spent most of our time. There were only two chairs and a love seat. We would stay again!

Love staying with Jennifer! Her places are always clean and she is great at communicating. I will always stay at her places if they are available as they are always very clean and cozy places. The river view is amazing at the Shoreline location! I highly recommend staying at any if her locations!!

I appreciate Owen’s quick responses and flexibility, had an issue with neighbors in 407 about parking, but other than that the stay was very convenient for me to get to work.

Great location, awesome views, plus added amenities (pool + hot tubs)! Well stocked and clean. Responsive and friendly host, with such great instructions for everything you need. We had a great time & would def recommend, as well as return.

Shari was very accommodating, responsive, and friendly. The condo was clean and spacious, and the beach access on the property was great!

This was our second visit. We scheduled it in January at the end of our stay at that time. It was relaxing, even with more people at the beach and occupying the apartment above. We rarely heard our neighbors when we were inside. It's a wonderful getaway and we'll be back!

For our vacation trip we had 5 adults, 3 kids and a baby and we absolutely loved our stay here! It is a great spot! Everyone loved the place. There was plenty of space for us all. We would definitely stay here again. The balcony has a good view of the ocean and the pier. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. Navigating the resort was easy. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook. We had everything we needed for our time here. Our kids really enjoyed the pools. They also enjoyed walking the beach looking for shells and playing by the ocean. It was so beautiful You have to try the restaurant here too, it is so good, we all loved our food. We had a prefect vacation! Thank you so much for opening your place, we hope to visit again.

Made the decision to take a last minute trip to the beach for my daughter’s spring break. Gina immediately reached out to give us details and made the last minute planning easy.

We loved our stay at the beach! This was perfect, exactly what we were hoping for, beach accessibility by board walk, a nice pool (2), and close enough to see the water from the condo. Felt like our own little home. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great with our son with. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient! We did notice there was washer and dryers by the pool for community use also. The whole Southwinds area was clean and well maintained. Even the pool bathrooms were clean. There is also a great selection of beach supplies, books and cards to keep you entertained. We would definitely visit again if we come back to the area!

We had an extended stay at Aaron’s during the renovation of our house. His place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location provides views of both the ocean as well as Bogue Sound and the beach is just a short walk away. The Town of Emerald Isle is just a short drive away as is Salter Path. While Emerald Isle is the largest of the two both have shopping and dining. There is also a well stocked Dollar General store just 2 blocks away. The Crystal Coast is a great vacation area with beautiful beaches and great amenities and Aaron’s place is a great place to stay. We found communication with him to be easy and prompt and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our stay.

Stay was great for a couple. Very cute and comfy beach friendly. Right on beach and easy access to Surf City or Sneads Ferry areas. A couple of local restaurants nearby. Host was very helpful and responded fast. He checked in to make sure if all was ok and needed anything when we got there Just very nice host and place overall
