Gwen and Ken were exceptionally friendly and welcoming to us during our stay. Its a lovely spot between the lake and forest where you can hear the sounds of nature and if your lucky, find some beavers.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Ann's place! The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The common areas were well-maintained, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the home. We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and how well-located the property was for our activities.

Beautiful property with tons of off amenities including a waterfront. The place was very clean and the owners were very helpful with whatever requests we had. They responded very promptly as well. We would not hesitate to book here again!

Jay was a great host. Since I was a new profile, we went through a vetting process, including sharing my LinkedIn profile, but after that, everything went smoothly. The property is beautiful, with a lot of personality, especially when you look down into the kitchen from the main family room. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, cutlery, cookware, and spices for meals, and has a fantastic stove. Some dials were finicky, and the middle grill burner wasn’t working, but we still made it work. The hot tub was perfect for the cold weather, and we appreciated the pool towels provided. We also enjoyed the Christmas decorations upon arrival. Overall, we loved our stay—the place had so much charm. On a final note, we’d definitely visit again. If the mattresses were replaced with higher-quality ones, something more comfortable, it would elevate the experience.

absolutely picture perfect cottage right on the lake. lots of bedrooms and living room space. couldn't ask for a better view from the hot tub. Heather was provided all the details to ensure check-in was smooth. Everything was organized and labeled so we didn't feel intimidated by the size of the place and was able to feel at home from the 1st day. we didn't bring our kids this time but would love to come back with little ones as there are gates to the deck/hot tub area + everything kids would need already in the house.

We had an amazing stay at William & Helen’s place. The house is a true gem: it is in a very peaceful and convenient area, the view from the backyard is also breathtaking. Helen has made us feel like we are at home the moment we met her. Very thankful from the bottom of our hearts

The house is spacious and so are the rooms. The kitchen had everything beautifully equipped. We enjoyed our stay, even though during the winter there’s not much to do in the area. The only downside was the rooms in the basement didn’t have any heater working, we used the fireplace in the basement on high to warm the rooms as much as possible. As we were two families with kids, we would have liked to have at least a hand vacuum available and not just a broom as it’s a big space and would have made it easier to clean while around. The bed pillows need changing as they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. But all in all a beautiful house, just needs a little touch up to add its spark back.

We really enjoyed our stay in Springbrook between the amenities at the house and the nearby towns, including Ferris Provincial Park. As others have said, the house is more spacious than the pictures show and ideal for large groups. We had a great time preparing meals in the kitchen and hanging out by the pool with the kids!
