Jan's house was a great stay with plenty of room for six adults. We loved the game room and outdoor hot tub. Instructions for the hot tub were clear and easy to follow. We'd definitely stay again!

I honestly can hardly believe how great this place was in relation to how competitive the pricing was. On a beautiful farm - isolated away for peace and quiet while also being 5-10 minutes from some shops and areas in town. During our visit there was a lot of rain and gloom which led to perfect "cozy" days in the soothing farmhouse with family. We had a 6 yr old and 2 yr old with us, so they were always excited to splash in the mud and go see / feed baby cows, chase ducks, look at the chickens. I was hoping to see horses based on the pictures but they weren't there during our stay. Anyone we met while adventuring around the animals was so friendly. The store is a quick walk from the rental, and lots of locals come and go to buy the delicious dairy products. We loved the sweet cream ice cream! Coming with a 2 yr old, I really appreciated that they have a really nice high chair that can be adjusted for age / size! Not easy to travel with something like that. Would stay here again!

Hillary was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our questions. We enjoyed their beautiful pool and our time in Farmington -the local driving range, Hartford Baking Co and a walk around the lovely gardens at the Hillstead Museum!

Wonderful place for our family to spend the weekend while we attended our daughter's graduation a half hour away in MA. Clean, comfortable, spacious and charming in a quiet neighborhood. Auria provided clear instructions, check in was a breeze, and she was extremely proactive and helpful. She responded immediately to questions and was always cheerful and polite. One of the best Airbnb experiences we have had so far. I can not recommend this highly enough.

We started at David’s place for a bachelorette party and had an amazing time! The view over the lake is unreal and there was plenty of space for eight of us total. The driveway is a little bit tricky to get in and out of, but we had no issues at all – just flagging for those with larger cars and/or coming in bad weather.

We had such a wonderful time in this home. We loved the pool and used it everyday. We also loved the outdoor space. Perhaps the outdoor space is understated in the advertisement for the house, it is truly magnificent. The air conditioners worked very well and kept things cool inside even on the especially hot days. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My family and I were in town for a funeral and needed a peaceful place to stay for the weekend. Glenda was responsive, kind and compassionate to the circumstances. The place was really clean and organized. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, homey apartment a few minutes from Wesleyan campus. Marvelous kitchen, wonderfully equipped and spacious. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Great hosts who were very generous with check in time and helped make my trip easy and comfortable. Fast and thoughtful communication. I will be back!

Jessi's place was exactly as described. It was cute and cozy and perfect for what we needed. Jessi responded to any questions quickly and was very clear in any and all instructions. The neighborhood was peaceful and the house was very easy to find. We will definitely be staying again!

Nadine’s place is a great location, lots of food options and a great roastery/brewery nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was spotless. We felt at home and it was a great place to use as home base for our adventures!

We had the best weekend at Drene’s house! We came to visit our new grandson and see our kids. The Kitchen was completely stocked with anything we could need which is not common these days and very appreciated. There were plenty of towels and hand soap not to mention extra kind offerings for guests. The beds were so comfortable with no shortage of pillows. Our 8 year old grand daughter had a dance party under the chandelier and played with the girl next door on the huge lawn. Well had no issues and the check out/ clean up request was completely easy and reasonable. Thank you so much!

This stay was great and Hanif was a wonderful host for our group. *One thing to note if you are traveling with multiple people/families, you have to go through a bedroom to access one of the bathrooms.

This home was was the perfect place to call home during our stay. Absolutely beautiful, comfortable with the most amazing back yard and enclosed patio. Great place to enjoy coffee, tea and conversation. The piano was a treat as we had musicians with us. Here for a family reunion with just about everyone born and raised in Manchester before jetting off to different parts of the globe, it provided a central place to visit, relax and connect. The highline trail is a hop skip and a jump away! Beautiful area to explore. Virginia was a fabulous host. You feel love here.

Highly recommend staying here! My professional team did an end of year offsite, and the place was one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. Kitchen was stocked, so much to do around the house (games, guitar, piano, hottub, fireplace, outdoor fire). You could walk to waterfalls right down the street, and groceries are a short drive away. Could hardly believe how awesome it was. Super grateful to Shawn and Amy for their hospitality.

We were married this weekend and had family stay at Courtney's property. It's nice when your guests send you texts saying how great the rooms are and how comfortable they feel. Communication was great and Courtney saved the day when she noticed one of our late-night arriving guests was having difficulty entering the building (I gave them the wrong code!) so she was able to open the door for them remotely. Clean, well-organized and very spacious, the two rooms on the first floor, that has a common entrance, was perfect for my daughters with the two separate bathrooms... they were all able to get ready for the ceremony together. Five-star rating across the board. Meanwhile the bride and groom stayed at a local thread borne hotel in Avon. This is a much better option to the three local hotels; Simsbury Inn, 1820 House and AOF Hotel, they are all tired and lack charm.

If we could award Bryan and June 10 stars, we would. We stayed in their beautiful home on the river for 35 days to celebrate Thanksgiving, Christmas and our grandson’s birth with our daughter and son in law. We have lived in Florida for 26 years and have not experienced snow in many years. Without being asked, June had her caretaker at our doorstep the moment the snow ended. He appeared three times during our stay. What an incredible relief it was for us , knowing we could safely enter and exit their home. June and Bryan are by far the most communicative, accommodating hosts of any that we’ve rented from in the past. I received responses to my questions via this APP or by Bryan calling me and literally walking me through operating the TV remotes. We’re technologically challenged. June had a replacement vacuum delivered when she learned hers was no longer operational. You and your family will be extremely pleased to stay at this serene , tranquil home whether it’s for a short or long

One of the best AirBnB homes I've ever stayed in. Beautifully and creatively appointed. We felt right at home. Great resources for local activities and dining. Great selection of books to read. Chip was thoughtful and communicative. The kitchen had equipment that made it possible to cook! That's a real rarity. The number on the house is a little difficult to see on busy Route 44. Other than that, a 10+ out of 10. We're going back for sure.
