We are 3-8 mins to fun seasonal activities (WaterPark, trail rides, slopes, golf, go-karts, etc.); 15 mins to Shenandoah Nat'l Park's Swift Run Gap entry; 18-20 mins to JMU; 5-60+ mins to restaurants, wineries, antiquing, breweries, caves, hiking, biking, history sites, river sports, Amish markets, country drives+++!

Our home is in a quiet & family-friendly neighborhood. The place is cozy, clean, & sanitized. Guests have a private entrance to a whole floor with 2 bedrooms, private bathroom, living room, small kitchenette and a study area. We live upstairs. Guests have excellent internet connection. Close to highway 81, JMU, Sentara RMH hospital. We are 20 miles to the National Park, and close to several restaurants. Ideal for short-term stays. There is a dedicated parking spot and tandem parking is possible.

"Country Star"- Suite at Cross Keys

Welcome to our private, cozy suite, Country Star. A sunny walkout basement apartment with patio and easy parking next to entrance makes coming and going a breeze. Country Star features a kitchenette, with table and chairs, one bedroom with queen bed and closet, and a full bath/shower. It provides comfortable space for two, with extra space for a pack-n-play or fold out lounge chair/bed for a third person. (See note in 'other'). Our space offers convenience and comfort, with self check-in.

Stay on a hilltop with a view that literally goes on for miles, overlooking the western Shenandoah Valley to the ridges of the Allegheny Mountains! Relax in hammock chairs on your private deck, while watching the sunset and sipping coffee that we've provided from a local roaster. Our goal is to make your stay as carefree and comfortable as possible - a true escape! A rural feel, but we're just a few minutes from JMU, EMU, and downtown, and an easy drive to many hiking trails and vineyards.

Thank you for your interest in staying here. We are taking every precaution possible to ensure the safety of our staff and guests by using CDC approved sanitizers exclusively and we are disinfecting all door handles, switches, remotes, cabinets, appliances etc. Your room is self check-in with private (key code) entrance, full bathroom, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, utensils, etc. We are on the property in case you need anything. All amenities are open and operational at this time.

The dining area opens to a beautiful outdoor patio with an grill and breathtaking mountain views. The kitchen is stocked with breakfast items for your convenience. Long-term guests are always welcome! Host occupy the first floor.

Private Whole Lower Level. Caprica is the essential stay for an unforgettable Shenandoah Valley experience! Situated with perfect views of the outside, the guest quarters space is over 2200 sq ft. and features a lounge/media center, common meeting area, bedrooms & bathrooms, entertainment center with air hockey table and ping pong, and a fully supplied gym. See pictures for more details and information. Anyone is welcome to use the balcony, back patio, and fire pit.

Adjacent to Cross Keys Farm, surrounded by the Cross Keys Battlefield, history and nature await. We are conveniently located near JMU, Massanutten Resort, wineries, breweries, farms, and downtown Harrisonburg.

The blue couch converts to a futon in case you need space for 3 people. Plan to enjoy local restaurants, as this space does not have a kitchen. There is a small fridge, toaster oven, & coffee maker. We will provide, coffee, cereal and milk for you to prepare on your own.
