Close to airport (7 miles), casinos (7 miles), aquarium (5 miles), mall (1.2 miles), and Walmart Supercenter (1 mile). No one below or above this unit. Only the garage is on the first floor with direct access to the unit. There are stairs leading up to the main level which is on the second floor. The main level consists of 2 br/2 ba, kitchen, W/D and living room. Comfortable, simple, clean and spacious. **The Clubhouse and community Grill room can be used by reservation only. There is a fee required by the community HOA. Please contact me for further information. **Ring doorbell camera is installed on the outside of the unit to the left of the front door.
