Four (4) pristine ocean/bayfront acres are privately yours to enjoy! 😊 The Little 'g' Cottage is a secluded couples-only retreat (1 or 2 adults, no children/infants & no pets). Situated on 4 wooded acres overlooking the clean blue Atlantic, the cottage is just steps away from our private cove. An open floor plan w/studio bedroom, open living area, compact kitchen, and full bath (toilet/vanity inside, shower & soaking tub outside) are privately yours. Beautiful views throughout the cottage.

This private, waterfront retreat is secluded and peaceful with plenty of space to spread out—right on the water! At high tide, paddle out to Lords Island or take a trip down the peninsula. The local supermarket and gas station are just minutes away, yet the setting is completely rural. Head out to hike some of Maine's best trails or drive to Acadia National Park, The Bold Coast, Jasper Beach, Schoodic Point, or any of the amazing local rivers and lakes. Perfect for couples, families, or friends.

Located in the fishing village of Milbridge, this home is the perfect base for your Maine adventure. Enjoy hiking, puffin tours, and scenic sightseeing just minutes away. Our clean, newly updated home sleeps 6 and is within walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. Visit the Milbridge Commons for fresh vegetables, ocean bay views, and a playground, or enjoy the movie theater and Friday night concerts at the town marina. 20 minutes to the Schoodic Point and 45 minutes to Bar Harbor.

Hummingbird

Hummingbird sits about 50 feet from our house and about 150 feet from the shore of Joy Bay. Looking out the windows, you only see woods and water. There are no neighbors in sight. We have a dog who sees it as her duty to give everyone an enthusiastic greeting. The building is 12x16 and has a small bathroom and kitchenette. For cooking, there is an induction cooktop, a toaster oven, and pots and pans. The patio is 10’ by 16’ and has a table with 2 chairs, a gas grill, and an outdoor cooktop.

Just a 3 minute walk down our forest trail, this unique experience will allow you to be immersed in Maine nature and tranquility with some modern comforts. Relax in the hammock, pick a few wild blueberries, have a campfire in the chimera, and fall asleep to the stars. Enjoy comforts such as solar lights and power box, outhouse with a hot shower, sink, and basic composting toilet. Options to add meals, kayaking or farm tour.
