Nos hospedamos por 8 noites no apartamento e tudo foi impecável. Maneka sempre muito atenciosa nos respondia rápido sobre qualquer dúvida ou solicitação. O apartamento é muito novo e super aconchegante, bem equipado e limpo, realmente nos sentimos em casa. Gostei também da localização e sem dúvidas voltarei a me hospedar lá numa próxima vez que precisar ir a Tampa. Maneka, muito obrigada! Tivemos momentos especiais nessa hospedagem que guardaremos na memória.

We had a great 2 night stay at Richards place. The accommodation is private, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and perfect for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed - the amenities are great. Would return again!

We really enjoyed staying at Nathan's place! Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some local restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, and we had everything we needed in a neat little package. We were only there a couple nights but the house was the crash pad we needed. Exceeded expectations!

I had a very nice stay at this lovely little Airbnb. The place had everything I needed and was perfect for a solo trip or for couples looking for a peaceful getaway. It's located in a super calm area, which made it ideal for unwinding and recharging. The pool was just a short walk away and was always clean and well-maintained—a great bonus for relaxing in the sun. The host’s parents live next door and were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth both before and during the stay, which I really appreciated. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend it!

Cascade was a wonderful host. We felt right a home with the kitty cat's welcome and the chicken coop providing fresh eggs in the morning. Cascade was very accomodating and felt very comfortable in her quaint, funky accomodations.

Highly recommended for a quick get away! It was very peaceful! Victor was very helpful & responsive when needed! Will be returning when I get the chance!

Eine sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung, die für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend ist. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang vom Haupthaus, daher ist man immer für sich, davon abgesehen ist die Nachbarschaft auch sehr ruhig. Jose ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen. Wunschlos glücklich. :)

Just moved to the area and didn't know a lot about it...so this was the perfect spot to get settled!

Yilena has gone well beyond what is expected with her very thoughtful touches. She was both a great communicator and responded immediately to help solve a very minor issue. She is a SUPER host!

I had a great stay! The room was exactly as listed, very cozy and spotless clean. I only stayed for one night, but the backyard area was really nice and I did hang out back for a little, I loved the wall mural. Downtown St. Pete is a 7-10 car ride away, but the weather was really nice and it took me about 40 minutes to walk back. Oh also the complimentary water and snacks were very much appreciated. This was my first time in St. Pete and when I come back I would definitely like to stay here again if there is availability!

We loved our stay here, the community is so kind and the location is beautiful, we walked down to the pier every evening to watch the sunset!

We had a great stay with little complications. The communication was abundant, and the instructions were very clear. The condo is located within walking distance to the free Tampa Trolly as well as the water Taxi for exploring the city. It is on the second from the top floor, so the views were beautiful. I would definitely book this again without question.

This place was perfect for us: great location and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, if I ever need to go back to Tampa, I would not hesitate to stay at this place.

Overall, a great experience! The tv wasn’t working one of the nights and Yenia went out of her way to send someone to get us a new remote on a Friday night. She was great at communication! In addition, it was fun to have private pool days & grill out. My only complaint was I wished the pillows were fluffier, and there was a bigger comforter on the bed.
