This was our second stay at Hanalei Bay Villas, first time in this particular unit. It was perfectly clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Welcome treats were nice as well as the music that was already playing as we entered the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. The views of the mountains cannot be beat. This is my favorite part of the island to stay. A short hike to Hideways and Puu Poa Beach appreciated. I would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay with Club Wyndham at Wyndham Bali Hai Villas. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The pictures don’t give it justice, just beautiful! The location was perfect for exploring. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to return in the future!

Anna had good communication. It was centrally located in Princeville. It was a comfortable and clean place. Additionally it rained a lot 3 out of 4 days, so it was great they kept the pool very warm so the kids were able to swim for hours even though it was pouring. Otherwise they would have been stuck inside for most of the day. For the price it was a good deal too.

Anna’s condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location for the family wedding we were attending in Hanalei!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Zusätzliche Time-Share Steuern wurden verrechnet. Benutzung der Klimaanlage wurde separat verrechnet. Die Reservation musste beim einchecken erst geklärt werden, da erwartet wurde, dass wir während 7 Tagen 2 mal umziehen sollten.

Das Appartment war sehr groß, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch sehr gut für längere Aufenthalte geeignet

Thank you, Gary! We had an incredible stay at your beautiful condo. The ocean views were stunning. The condo was very comfortable. We’re picky about beds - they were very comfy. Gary has provided every utensil you could need and everything is good quality. With being on the top floor no one is above you including on the balcony. It was incredibly quiet and private. Main noise once in a while was the crow of a rooster which we didn’t mind at all. In case you haven’t been to Kauai, wild chickens are everywhere, they even greeted us at the airport. Between the Princeville shopping center and Hanalei you will find groceries and great restaurants. Don’t miss the Princeville Farmers Market on Saturday mornings. Disability note: I have a knee injury and didn’t realize that there were stairs up to the condo when we booked. I managed the stairs with the help of a very sturdy railing and my cane. I was concerned about the stairs before going but it worked out well. I came home stronger! Enjoy.

Fantastic treehouse! My two buddies and I stayed here on a recent hiking, snorkeling, beaching trip and found it to be perfect for us. This house is cozy but also provides a good amount of space, up and downstairs. Everything we needed was provided -- linens, beach towels, beech chairs, coolers, bathroom stuff, coffee pods, etc. We really appreciated all that. The parking space right out front was big enough for our rental SUV. We also had several questions we asked of M & I about the area, etc. and they got right back to us. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Princeville! Highly recommend.

We arrived late so had no idea what the surroundings looked like. We went to bed with the windows opened and woke up to a magical experience. The sun rise made the valley look so alive, brimming with bird sounds and flowers and the mountains in the backdrop. It was a surreal experience. The house is very clean and has everything you could need. The neighborhood is very walkable, and we saw so many people out exercising. There aren't any restaurants nearby, but a 15-minute drive puts you in Hanalei where there are a lot of choices. A few people wrote about the noise from the lawn maintenance, and I didn't think this would bother me. I was wrong. If there wasn't mowing happening, there was chainsaws cutting trees. I guess with all the beautiful grounds, it takes a lot of work. I just didn't find it peaceful and would have preferred a place more overgrown and quieter to match the gorgeous surroundings. This is not the fault of Jessica but something to keep in mind.

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse in Princeville. I absolutely loved waking up to the view and hearing the birds. It was such a reprieve from our cold NY winter. The home was clean and as described. We stayed as two couples with 4 kids and really liked having the two separate primary suites. The home was well stocked with necessities for the kitchen and bathrooms. She also provided plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. We enjoyed walking down to the beach about a mile away, using the community pool/hot tub, exploring Hanalei, hiking and other North Shore actives. Katy was always responsive and had some great suggestions for us. We would definitely stay again!

We’re usually a bit cautious when it comes to renting through Airbnb or similar sites, but I can confidently say this rental is totally worth it. The owner was incredibly kind, responsive, and communicative—which I really appreciated. He followed through on everything he said he would, which made the whole experience feel even more seamless. The home looked exactly like the photos. While the exterior is a bit dated, the inside has been beautifully renovated—super clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after a day in the sun. There were plenty of walking paths nearby, and it was only about a 10-minute drive to Hanalei, where we ended up spending most of our time. If I had to mention one potential downside, it would be the beach access. While the listing mentions public access, it actually involves a fairly steep downhill walk—which, of course, means a steep climb on the way back. I would still come back to this rental in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our stay. We received a 2-bedroom suite instead of the 1-bedroom we had booked. Very spacious and modern unit, beautiful kitchen. There weren’t any breathtaking views described in the listings, but the amenities were great - 2 pools with fountains and hot tubs definitely added to the great experience. 24/7 staff was very friendly and helpful. There were 3 trucks parked at the resort, otherwise restaurants were a 10 min drive away. Beach was a 15 min drive.

Wonderful stay! The kitchen cupboards and the bathroom aren't super updated, but they did the trick. Great water pressure, wonderfully hot showers. Beds were really comfortable (even the couch pull out!) Beautiful area near the golf course and good amenities within the resort. Great location if you're wanting to spend more of your time on the north part of Kauai.
