lovely property finished to a good standard very close to the beach. Ideal for us (family of 5 + dog). Only comments are that the top bunk bed mattress is very poor and could be easily fixed with a cheap option from Ikea and the shutters do not block out the light (only a few rooms have curtains as well) so be prepared to wake up with the sun! :)

We had a fabulous family stay at Club Casita! The location was perfect, in a beautiful peaceful spot by the river, but just a 5 minute stroll into Christchurch town centre and about 30 mins walk (5 min drive) to the beach. The lodges are all well set apart with plenty of private space, it’s a lovely place. The lodge itself was well appointed and really comfortable - especially loved the log burner and vinyl record player! Candice and Dan are wonderful hosts - very responsive, friendly and helpful. In the summer there are kayaks for use and a sauna/cold plunge too…can’t wait to return to enjoy it all! Thanks again to Candice and Dan for a wonderful break, see you again soon!

What a beautiful location! We wanted a place where we could relax and have all we needed within easy reach, and this fitted the bill perfectly. Having direct access to the beach from the garden was great and we sat for hours sitting looking out to sea. The local shops and restaurants were only a short walk away and meant that we didn't need to use our car all week. I'm sure we'll be back.

Great stay in a great location so close to the beach!

We loved our stay at Linda’s chalet by the sea. Its perfectly located for visiting family and has everything we need as a family of four with two young children. Two bathrooms including a bath and shower and a washing machine so we can pack a little lighter and wash as we go! The chalet was comfy, cosy and clean and perfectly located for walks on the beach. The biscuits were a lovely touch too.

My wife and I plus our two dogs had a very enjoyable stay. The house had everything needed for a break away. Just 3 minutes to the beach and local shops/ restaurants I highly recommend the bungalow and Boutique Beach properties. 5 Stars.

We enjoyed being so close to the sea, with easy access to so many activities. We had a lovely walk to Priory Bay, trips to Bembridge (ate at the Beach Hut) as well as Ventnor Gardens and Osborne House. We wished we could have stayed longer than just a few days. Laura's place was cosy, quiet and comfortable. She communicated clearly and was on hand to help.

Perfect spot for a staycation by the beach. Lovely place with everything you need, beautiful location literally on the beach front with amazing views from living room & master bedroom. Nick was a great host, super helpful & responsive.

Our host, Hamid was great from arrival to departure. He met us and let us in to his property and showed us round and made sure everything that we needed to know was there. There was even a treat basket for our dog, Kato. The property was immaculate and just what we needed for a long weekend. Unfortunately our dog was ill on the Friday we arrived and we had to take him to the vets which changed our plans for the weekend but we still managed to enjoy ourselves and felt totally relaxed. Hamid really made us feel welcome and took an interest in us and what we did. Thank you Hamid. We will definitely be staying again sometime.

Laura was great! So responsive and clear answers! Her place was just lovely! We stayed there as a family of three and it felt like a home away from home! The location is perfect too, it is only a 5 minute drive away from the floating bridge and another 2 minutes from the ferry port. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore the island as it’s a really good base, the high street is about a 2 minute walk and there are two supermarkets very close by! Rosemary is a really great host. To start of we got perfect instructions to find the cottage, which is set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Once inside we couldn’t have had a more welcoming arrival. This is a very peaceful place, and we would have liked to stay longer than we did. Hope to be back!!!

We stayed at William’s place as a family of 11 adults with 3 children. William was very quick to respond to queries and gave clear instructions for how to get to the property and how to check in. We had plenty of space for everyone at the house and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen ware. The kids enjoyed the large jacuzzi in one of the en-suites and the annex was also comfortable. Location was good. We were very close to the New Forest National Park and 20 mins drive to Bournemouth. Only thing we didn’t enjoy so much was the driveway off from the main road to get to the house which was just a dirt track with lots of potholes. We had a great stay and would be happy to come again.

We just enjoyed a family holiday with our 7 month old baby & 2 year old toddler so the property was perfect being all on one level with a bedroom for each of the children. The location was great within walking/driving distance to the beach. We also went to Monkey World and Tiger Day at the Tank Museum of which both were within a 30/40 minute journey by car. Rich’s property was beautifully designed, clean & spacious for our family needs. I would highly recommend booking this property ☺️

Absolutely perfect for us! Barbara’s bungalow is lovely inside; modern, quality decor, lovely kitchen and bathroom. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, with a pretty view to the rear. Barbara cares for her guests, with touching, welcoming gestures like milk in the fridge, tea & coffee, cereal and even fresh scones! Thank you Barbara. We were very impressed, very happy and we’ll definitely book again!

We had an amazing stay here! The house was beautiful, clean, and super comfortable. Mr. Rob was really responsive and helpful. There was an issue with a false carbon monoxide alarm, but he handled it quickly and even got a friend to come check things out. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again if we visit the UK in the future!
