We really enjoyed staying at this place, everything was clean and organized. I loved having the e fenced in yard for the dogs. Overall great little place, awesome location, and great price! Will note not great cell service, but still had a few bars!

We had such a great girls weekend at Tanya’s place in Sylvan Beach! The house was just as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The location was ideal, with plenty of great dining options nearby and everything was just a quick drive or walk down the beach away. Check-in was super easy and stress-free. Tanya was a great host, and we’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the cottage very much and will definitely consider staying there again when we return to Hamilton! Thank you, Christian!

This is a great house in a beautiful place. Really great if you want to be outside and fully experience the lake. Walkout access to the lake and lots of "toys". We could see this being a lot of fun for groups of friends or couples as well. We were a family and it had what we needed, but could clearly support a more social setup too. Daniel was great. He called us as soon as we had a question and helped us several times. It had everything we wanted.

This was such a lovely family experience, there is lots of space, a great selection of games, multiple comfy seating areas and a super useable kitchen. My kids are older, but i noticed the home was fully babyproofed, outlet covers etc. This really felt like staying in a much loved home. And Eileen baked us fresh bread and muffins!!!

Place was amazing myself and my children enjoyed staying here. Everything was exactly in the pictures, it was very relaxing and peaceful and they had everything you could need right there. Totally worth every penny. I’ve stayed at other places and this one blew them out of the water. Definitely stay here again. Host was amazing and very polite and very responsive to any questions. Overall be foolish not to wanna stay here

“An exceptional retreat with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to actually cook, and the thoughtful design extends to the outdoor patio, where we enjoyed using the grill. The hosts were absolutely wonderful—attentive and welcoming—and the location is perfect, right in the heart of the entertainment district. I stayed here with my 13-year-old twins, and we found it to be incredibly quiet and peaceful. We’re truly grateful for such a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-end stay.

Great little place. Very private, even though it's upstairs of the main house. It has a separate entrance. This apartment, has the best views in the whole house, overlooking a field. Great little kitchen (with coffee supplies, tea, and some snacks). Comfortable separate bedroom. I could live there pretty happily!

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting our child at Colgate University. Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts live next door and were very accommodating. The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed with cool fixtures and the most comfortable couch. They provided ground coffee, which was delicious, and the beds had great mattresses. The water pressure in the shower was not as strong as we like but everything else was perfect. The location was peaceful with beautiful views over the lake. The house is remote, but was easy to find. Can't wait to come back.

Excellent layout nestled in the secluded mountains of Upstate New York. The space has warm and inviting amenities & modern idealistic lighting fixtures. The host was very helpful & gave us our space to fully enjoy the space provided. I definitely would recommend it to any looking for a secluded retreat, with breathtaking mountain views.

Our family lives close by in Dryden. So Arnaud’s place is just right for us. There were farm fresh eggs in the refrigerator, a comfortable bed so a great night sleep and hours with family.

There isn’t enough space to share all the great things about this place. Remarkably clean, modern amenities, comfortable furniture, and on and on. The hosts are friendly and easy to get ahold of if needed. This is our second stay and it’s was just as beautiful as it was 3 years ago. It’s definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The added bonus is the beautiful lake with easy access for seasonal enjoyment.

Magical pace! The house is so beautiful, full of art pieces and books! There are many vinyls and disks with great music ! The time we spent there was fabulous! Everything is so thoughtful , you can literally feel that the house full of warm family memories! We would love to come back again!

house is beautiful and worked great for our group of 11 (kids from small to big and 4 adults. The air mattresses and bunk beds worked well and the loft with ladder was big hit with the kids. We drove up in two electric cars so the outdoor outlets near the parking were a big help in getting some charge for driving around the area and getting back home. Fabio was super responsive to our questions and replied within minutes every time we asked anything which is extremely helpful in planning. We will definitely consider the house again for future trips.

This is a great stay! Meghan has been a such amazing host. Her place is clean and well maintained. All appliances are top quality. The yard is the cherry on the top! It also connected to a state forest if you would love to have a little hiking experience. Will definitely check out during summer time again.

The Roost was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway! The views were beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of peace and quiet. The space had a very homey vibe and was very clean. Rena is also an amazing host! We will definitely be back in the future!!

We loved staying at Todd's cabin on beautiful Oneida Lake. His place has everything we needed for a quick two day stay to visit family in the area, and I'm glad we found it. You couldn't ask for a better host--Todd was super friendly and responsive. We'd love to come back in warmer weather to take full advantage of the lake!

We had an amazing time at Eshay’s Cabin. It’s in a lovely location. Close to all the beautiful swimming holes and Georges in Ithaca. We will definitely be back. Thank you Eshay.

We’ve stayed here three times now and love it every time. It’s peaceful and relaxing. Our dog loves being able to roam around without a leash and we love being able to unplug. Sherry is a great host and very accommodating and responsive!

The Heron cabin was an amazing weekend getaway! Close to the Baseball hall of fame, but far enough out to be away from the noise and crowds. The cabin was clean and comfortable and is a great place to relax!
