A perfect place to stay! Megan is a great host! Space is lovely and the added touches make it special , so special I am coming to stay another week! Bed is cozy with beautiful sheets and extra towels . She provides beautiful soaps and extra toiletries . The area is great to walk around easy to get to beach and restaurants , views are just wonderful from the space. Wonderful place to rest after a long day . Thank you Megan see you soon!

Nice place exactly what the pictures show .. Super nice host.. but if you are looking for a quiet place. This place is definitely not it. You can hear every move and every sound from the people that live upstairs last night we spent a good few hours hearing a baby cry. Also they have the children’s toys such as a trampoline up against the window of the unityou do park on the street and the owner or tenants whoever lives upstairs parks in the driveways. it’s a very tight walk in between cars in the driveway because they do park a lot of cars in the driveway side-by-side.

Earl, was great to work with. We were only there for few hours. However I would recommend highly and will look to stay here again should work bring me back out that way.

My group had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The property was private and the house was clean. The backyard is beautiful with a great pool. Erol was responsive throughout our stay. I would stay here again!

A wonderful place to stay with family. Clean and spacious, lots of amenities and extras with the place. Felt right at home, miles better than a hotel. Would recommend if you're looking for a comfortable and wonderful stay.

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!

Loved staying in this gem of a home! If you’re looking for something different down the shore this is the place for you! Check out the Mule Barn restaurant just a few doors down, enjoy the plentiful wildlife and of course the beautiful Jersey beaches! Brian’s house was well stocked and comfortable for our family with two young boys and our dog.

This house is beautiful! Very clean. Great decks to watch the sunset from. Def bring your water shoes as it's the rocky sound. Nice neighborhood to walk the dogs. Friendly neighbors. We had the chance to meet Robert who was very friendly and helpful. Easy going which is nice. Loved the Keurig machine for easy coffee in the morning. The kayaks and paddle board were awesome! Loved the books and games too. Can't beat the waterfront location. Hubby loved to fish off the porch. Stone bridge is a fav restaurant and Scooby doos for ice cream. Covered garage also nice touch to the house so you don't have to park on the street. We are already thinking about returning!
