Very nice room with a modern ensuite. Kettle supplied, along with a little fridge with fresh milk. Very handy for everything in Llanberis, would recommend.

Lots of bedrooms, huge and very functional kitchen, beautiful surroundings. The electricity/water situation was perfectly fine as well. WiFi a bit of a struggle, but functional. overall we had a really good stay, thank you Jane for being very friendly and instructive. Would love to go back.

Great location if your looking for somewhere central to Snowdonia and North Wales. Sara is very helpful and responsive, the property is immaculate with everything you could possibly need. The bed rooms are large and well maintained. The kitchen has all you need should you wish to cook. The area has spectacular walks and the near by village is beautiful. I’ll be recommending friends and family to stay here!

An absolute landmark of a stay in Snowdonia. having travelled many times up here solo for running and enjoying the outdoors, this is the only place I'd return to. Isabelle and her partner were friendly, helpful and provided local suggestions I'd not had before, along with giving me the freedom in their own home, much like a traditional airbnb experience. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

David and his staff is the best host ever. They went out of their way to accommodate extra guests even at a very very short notice! Highly recommended place to stay.

We absolutely loved staying in the 'fairy cottage' as our children called it. It was a magical place which exceeded expectations. We used the cottage as a base to go walking in the mountains (about 30mins to Snowdon) and there were beautiful walks directly from the house into the local countryside. We will definitely be back! thank you for a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay . Cottage is beautiful , decor just to our taste . Great location , but to stay here , you need to be good on your feet as lots of steps. Outstanding garden view . Cosy home in peaceful & stunning surroundings. So much to do without leaving the site, everything has been thought of! The guide book is really informative and helpful to have on hand. Hosts were friendly but gave lots of privacy. Surrounding area is just beautiful and there are fantastic walks right from the doorstep. Comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend!

Spent two nights at the cottage, the experience was surreal. It place allows you to disconnect from daily life and take a moment. There are lots of treks and walks around the cottage. Drive up to the cottage is an adventure but definitely worth the effort once you get there. Cottage doesn’t have wi fi but you get decent mobile connectivity so that wasn’t an issue at all. If you love looking out to fantastic views and enjoy exploring the hill on your feet you have got to try this one. 15 minutes drive from Bala town where you get all amenities.

We loved our stay at the hovel. Toby and Stephanie were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. There’s so much to do on site for children while still being remote. We loved the doggies and the beautiful bread and eggs were a nice touch. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back in fact we can’t wait!

Thank you very much for a lovely stay. We really appreciated it and the local help. My kids loved meeting lambs and the walks. Great base for a couple or a family on holiday. Good mountain biking around.
