It was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The rooms had great air conditioning. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet except for the rooster next-door, had all the necessities, and was really good for the price. I would recommend.

the apartment is beautiful. even has a private roof top. gated community, very safe and private. the gorgeous beach is right outside.julian was an amazing host that went above and beyond for me and the kids. we arrived during a power outage and he helped us navigate through it safely. thank you Julian for an amazing stay.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The pools and beach access at the complex were great for hours spent without leaving. Also there are three bigger nice local beaches short drives away. The kitchen is well equipped to cook in and even has a large ice machine :) great applicances including a fridge saved all our food even going 15 hours without electric! The condo is clean and well furnished, AC units work great. (and when without electric the windows opened and let it a cool breeze) the condo # was a little tricky to find at first, as the parking spots are a little deceiving, may be good to include map with confirmation, or just ask at the gate. The gate keepers were very friendly and have an easy process in place for entry.

Maribel’s place was the perfect stay for my family. We were provided with clear instructions for check in, given local recommendations and always had a quick response when we had a question. The unit was clean. Having beach chairs, and a wagon to bring our belongings down to the beach was very convenient. The resort grounds were lovely, lush and had lots to do for my 2 young kids. It was more of a secluded area but great for families and had security presence to enter the property. Restaurants in the area are only open Friday-Sunday so a car rental and/or purchasing groceries is key. Our only complaint was that there was not a BBQ present as shown in the pictures and we were told this was due to fire department regulations. However, many people had them on their balconies. Otherwise we would recommend this place to those staying in the Loiza area :)

Great place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described or shown in the pictures. Clean and comfortable. The short walk to the beach and to both pools were used several times during our stay. We enjoyed the walk in the evenings with the breeze coming off of the ocean. We highly recommend this place.

Ignacio & Angèlica are phenomenal hosts. They are not only kind and communicative, but they’ll welcome you with a basket of treats and sparkling rosè, then chop down a homegrown plantain from one of the many tropical trees in their lush backyard and even lend you an air fryer so you can “fry” said plantain. Their space was comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay, from beach towels and bicycles to a well-stocked kitchen, smart TV, work from home desk station, on-site laundry and comfortable sleeping quarters. You’ll feel right at home at the cozi coqui.

We were in a pinch and needed a place fast due to a disappointing experience at previous airbnb so we booked Roberts place last minute and it was one of the bear rentals I’ve experienced so far. The apartment was clean, Robert was responsive as well as proactive in providing information. Neighborhood was extremely safe and quiet. There is a nearby beach which was secluded and easy to get to. If you want to sit on a balcony hearing coqui’s at night, this is the place for you. We would def rent again if we return and even recommend to anyone going to PR. Thanks Robert!

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

Our stay at this property was absolutely beautiful! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the pool and the incredibly comfortable bed—it made our trip even more relaxing. Even with the unexpected island-wide power outage, the experience was still amazing. The host was outstanding—super responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond, especially when my son’s birthday ice cream cake was ruined due to the outage. She made sure he still felt special, and that meant so much to us. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. We’re giving it a solid 5 stars and would definitely stay again!

Casa muy bonita, y pensada para pasarla súper bien en familia. Muy cómoda, todo organizado y limpio. Ubicada a pocos minutos de tiendas, restaurantes, entre otros… El anfitrión es muy amable, y te ayuda con cualquier duda que necesites. Esta equipada con lo necesario, por lo cual es recomendable para reservar varios días, y en familia desconectar un poco de las rutinas diarias. Nos gustó mucho!

Absolutely loved my stay! My kiddos had a great time killing energy in the pool and in the river! Although, I do not recommend the river at night, the kids went down for a little bit for spooky story telling! It was so much fun! Even the neighbor was super friendly and we got to buy some of their homemade sorbet! Delicious! Loved the location, house, host, everythinggg 🥰 thank you so much ❤️

The room in the patio isnt up to par with the rest of the rooms. They’re all super beautiful and whoever ends up outside really gets the short end of the stick. It has broken screens and lots of spiderwebs. And definitely the room with the most critters. The place itself is beautiful. It’s majestic and really makes you one with nature.

We had a wonderful visit to Luis's condo. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed for our month long stay. The unit was clean, spacious, and well laid out. We had guests visit using the second bedroom and everyone had great visits. We loved our long walks along the beach which had very few in any people on it. We visited some of the more popular beaches, but due to crowds our favorite was the one adjacent to the condo. Luis was a very responsive host. Thank you Luis! We hope to visit again.

Tom’s place was above and beyond our expectations…better than the pictures! It was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. We absolutely loved our time there. The pool and jacuzzi were such a nice touch along with the beautiful scenery and fantastic view. Tom left a book with recommendations on things to do around the area which was very helpful. He was also very quick to respond if we had any questions. My boyfriend loved the outdoor grill😊. Can’t wait to go back!

Everything about the stay was great! The place was beautiful, spacious and clean, with a great, large balcony overlooking the golf course - a perfect spot for your morning coffee! Joshua was very proactive in providing all of the information we needed and following up to make sure we were all set for our stay. Golf cart was helpful to have, though I would say that pretty much any amenity on the resort was at most within a 10-15 minute walk. Just a heads up for first timers to the resort that there are limited dining options on the resort property after 6pm, so best to plan ahead for evening meals (though we thoroughly enjoyed eating at the Beach Club on multiple evenings!).

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and accommodating, making our experience even better. We would definitely return and highly recommend this Airbnb to others!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.

My husband and our daughter stayed for 12 nights. When we walked in the condo smelt clean. Everything was neat and not dusty. The area was secure and the neighbors that live in the condos full time are very nice. The pool was right downstairs with access to another near the beach as well. Which is walkable. I had several questions throughout the stay just about places to eat as my teen is picky with food. Not only were they answered promptly, but she could relate. Communication with Yaitza was smooth and she was great to work with. We would most definitely look into renting with her again!

The view from the condo is beautiful. The beach and pool we had basically to ourselves. We felt safe in the gaited community and location was easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, and Luquillo for day trips. My kids loved the kitties. Grocery store was also only 10 mins away.

This condo beach was amazing. It looked even better than the photos. George is an amazing host. His instructions are really clear, he’s very quick to respond to all of my texts. He also gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants and other spots.
