Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Los Grisones

Abbiamo trascorso una giornata davvero piacevole immersi nella natura, lontano dallo stress quotidiano. La mansarda è incantevole: spaziosa, ben curata e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Ci siamo organizzati prima di salire per fare la spesa e portare con noi alcuni giochi di svago, come ci aveva consigliato David, il pomeriggio sera, abbiamo grigliato e goduto della bella giornata all'aperto. È stata davvero una bella esperienza di relax. L'unico piccolo punto a sfavore è che non eravamo a conoscenza della presenza di un inquilino al piano di sotto. Fortunatamente, non ha causato alcun problema durante il nostro soggiorno. Tuttavia, quando eravamo in giardino temevamo di disturbarlo. Non è stato comunque un problema e l'atmosfera è rimasta tranquilla e piacevole. Sicuramente torneremo per staccare dalla routine ordinaria. Grazie David.

We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

Das Haus ist toll ins. mit Kindern. Man hat viel Platz und die Treppen sind mit Schutzgittern gesichert. Unser Sohn (1J) erfreute sich an den vielen Spielsachen und schönen Büchern. Olivone ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen und im Herbst besonders schön.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The view from the cosy home was spectacular and the area was very peaceful and secluded. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage in Zoés Haus. Wie haben alles leicht gefunden, im Haus war alles was wir brauchten und super sauber war es auch. Besonders gefallen hat uns allerdings die ruhige Lage - Entschleunigung pur!

Elisa was very kind and a great host. Her place is clean and cozy and the kitchen is indeed FULLY equipped. The Rustico has a privat garden, where I enjoyed sunbathing and listening to the different sounds of nature. It is located a bit outside the village and therefore very quiet, you just couldn't be closer to nature. Still, it is accessible by car and it takes you only 10-15 minutes to go back to the village by feet. From Elisas place you can start different mountain hikes or just go down to the river and relax. All my wishes where fulfilled! I hope to come back one day and spend some more time at Elisas wonderful Rustico.

Wir waren mit zwei Hunden im Haus von Giuseppe, der Garten ist gross und komplett gut eingezäunt. Sehr schöne Wanderungen direkt von Haus aus möglich. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, perfekt um schöne Ferien zu machen. Vielen Dank, dass wir zu Gast sein durften und gerne kommen wir wieder.

Exceeded expectations! Fantastic location with amazing views. Wonderful access to hiking and activities. So much to do within 10 minutes drive. Complete privacy. Comfortable home with washer and dryer, dishwasher, comfortable beds, balcony, and nice shower. View of the surrounding valley, including the waterfall. Amazing host - provided fantastic ideas for hiking, bakeries, and other activities. Wish we had more than five days and hope to return. Worked very well with 4 people for a larger family. The deck and outdoor space was fantastic. An amazing part of the country made even better by a wonderful place to stay.

Milena war eine grossartige Gastgeberin – sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet, die Umgebung wunderschön mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten. Ascona und Locarno sind schnell erreichbar. Besonders angenehm war die Flexibilität beim Check-out. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung. Zum Lift sind es ca. 1km was als Erwachsener in 10 min. zu Fuss machbar ist. Mit Kindern empfiehlt sich das Postauto, welches alle 30 min. fährt. Die Haltestelle ist ca. 100m vom Haus entfernt. Das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage eingestellt werden. Für längere Aufenthalte ist die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung extrem praktisch. Die Betten sind bequem und die Küche tiptop ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Alberto war super unkompliziert und bei der Reaktionszeit war er schneller als ich selbst 😀. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder👍

es hat alles super einfach funktioniet 👍🏻 einrichtung ist etwas in die jahre gekommen, was uns nicht störte - aber aus meiner sicht im preis nicht ganz berücksichtigt ist.

Eine gemütliche Wohnung mit viel Charme - das Highlight war der automatische Pelletofen, der morgens und abends für eine wohlige Wärme sorgte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft (Nr. 1, EG) in einem Haus mit ca. 7 Ferienwohnungen plus dazugehöriger Infrastruktur (Skikeller, Freizeitraum, Carport pro Wohnung, Mülltrennungsbereich, Schwarzes Brett mit Infos, Wäschekeller) ist gemütlich im 80/90er Jahre Stil eingerichtet und vorallem sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet (und alles beschriftet); besonders die moderne Küche (z.B. inkl. Fondueausstattung). Heizung war warm und Betten kuschelig, frieren mußten wir nicht. Bilder entsprechen Realität und alles ist wohlorganisiert. Sie liegt 50 m vom Rhein und nur 5 min. zu Fuß vom Thermalbad in sehr ruhiger Wohngegend. Auch alle nötigen Geschäfte sind in Laufnähe.

Es war alles wie beschrieben und die Wohnung entsprach den Beschreibungen.

Perfekte Unterkunft mit Kleinkind (Brio-Bahn, Bilderbücher und vieles mehr), ideal um mal kurz auf die Lopie zu springen (2min Gehdistanz), Volg für Lebensmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe. 100% empfehlenswert.

We had a great stay at the Casa Speranza. The villa was nice with a beautiful view. Denise was also great at communicating with us and always responsive. It made our trip to Ticino much better. We will be coming back for sure when the weather is a bit warmer so we can use the outdoor area ;)

The house is beautiful, and extremely spacious. It could easily fit 10-12 people due to the size of the living spaces and number of bathrooms. It is around a 5 minute walk back down the hill to the parsenn bus station which was exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely consider staying here again especially if we were staying in a larger group. This place is perfect for large family holidays.

Wir konnte ein schönes und unvergessliches Wochenende unter Freundinnen geniessen. Die Küche ist äusserst gut ausgestattet, die Wohnung ist gross und es hat wirklich alles was es benötigt! Danke :)

Wunderschöne Umgebung, Postauto direkt vor der Haustüre. (So kann man das Auto stehen lassen.) Grosses Haus, voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht! Mit Skorpionen muss man rechnen:-) sehr schöner, grosser Aussenbereich. Mike war super freundlich, meldet sich sofort zurück. Absolut unkomplizierte Übergabe. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen!

Maria is een superhost! We voelden ons welkom. Ook toen wij pech kregen met onze auto heeft zij ons geweldig geholpen. We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad! Dat is wat telt! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Locarno, Ascona und den See. Herrlich für ein paar Tage Auszeit.

This home was absolutely stunning! The views from the large windows were magnificent, offering breathtaking scenery throughout the day. The spacious rooms and multiple eating areas were perfect for our group, providing plenty of space to relax and dine together. The recent remodeling added a fresh, modern touch, making the home feel both comfortable and luxurious. We loved the friendly cows that greeted us each morning-it was such a charming and unique experience. The drive to the house was a bit of an adventure, but totally worth it for the peaceful, secluded setting. While the Wifi was spotty at times, it actually gave us the chance to unplug and spend more quality time with family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

Sehr schönes Haus. Top Lage. Top Aussicht auf die Berge. Auf Anfragen hat Magdalena sehr schnell reagiert. Viel Gartenarbeit drum herum. Deshalb manchmal Rasenmäher Geräusche. Den Straßenverkehr weiter unten hört man am Morgen. Trotzdem ist es dann Abend idyllisch ruhig und man hat den Abendsitzplatz absolut für sich alleine. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus mit wunderbaren Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Umgebung
