This is my 3rd visit to Cockatoo House. We keep coming back as it has all that we need to look after the show dogs, and attend the Royal Show. Great bathroom, all kitchen amenities Off street parking for several cars. Plenty of space outdoor, undercover. Several living areas inside too.

Leo's place is quiet and peaceful, with lots of green spaces nearby to walk the dog, close to local shops and within easy driving of the National Institutions. We had a lovely, comfortable stay.

Loved staying at Normans property, not only was he an excellent host but the property is in a prime location for coffee shops and restaurants. We have a family of five so finding accommodation for everyone is not easy. We found that at Norm’s place, it was great for all of us. Next time I’m back in Canberra ( be it for work or a family function) & if Norm will have me I’ll be staying there. Thanks Norm.

The place was really lovely. It was clean and had quality facilities. Everything we needed was provided. The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic! The only small downside was how much you can hear from the people above walking around, moving chairs and using water - the pipes are really loud and woke us in the night when they were used. It does not take away from the lovely place and location though. The bed and pillows were amazing too.

Olivia's place was very quiet and peaceful. Checking in was very easy as Olivia provided clear instructions. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was modern and very clean. The kitchen area was well stocked with crockery, and tea and coffee bags were provided, which was a nice touch. It was an easy five minute walk to the Ainslie shops, which included a supermarket. Great place to stay!

The space is well-designed, functional, and equipped with quality cooking utensils, and practical linen, making it easy to settle in. The building offers excellent facilities—I made full use of the steam room, sauna, spa, and pool, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The gym is also available for those looking to stay active. The location is fantastic, with a short walk to a major shopping complex and only 4-5 minutes to the lake, making it great for both convenience and leisure. What sets this stay apart are the thoughtful extras. The supplied laundry facilities were a welcome convenience, and small appliances like the toaster and coffee maker added a homely touch that isn’t always found in Airbnbs. Great location for a morning walk by the lake, choices to eat out at your doorstep or everything you need to cook / eat in. We needed help with something one night and Andrea was responsive, and super friendly, a great host.

This lovely Reid apartment was perfect for us. Conveniently located 2 mins away from Canberra’s civic district, and we felt like at home, and even our dog was comfortable in staying there. The apartment was well appointed with amenities and nicely decorated. We loved the art work. Overall Madison’s place suited our needs and we will recommend to our friends wanting to visit Canberra.
