Great house, exactly as described. Hosts were very responsive to all our questions!

Our family of four really enjoyed staying at Patrick and Angie’s. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into the home, offering lots of board games and cards to play, a record player with albums to choose from, pool accessories, and a booklet of recommendations for Moab activities. The home was comfortable and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed with regard to kitchen utensils to cook our meals and prep for the day. The location was excellent—not far from downtown Moab and had beautiful views. Patrick and Angie were very responsive any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

Was looking for an adventure -something off the grid. My daughter and I stayed at the main house and it was everything we could ask for. Peace and quiet- surreal landscapes, and a unique home! All the scenery you can find around Moab are right in your backyard. Hiking ridge lines and boulder navigating right outside the door! Amazing stay and wonderful host! The drive to Tom’s place is provably one of the most scenic, epic drives I have done. I will be back!

It had all the amenities listed, and some extra amenities that we didn't expect—games, blankets, towels, barbecue equipment, orange juice and milk in the fridge, and much more. Where you park is far enough from the road to keep your pets safe, and our two dachshunds loved running around in the fenced yard.

We loved staying at the Guest House at the Switch Yard! It is like a welcome visit to grandma’s house, complete with a candy dish just like grandma has. The host has thought of everything, including treats for our dog. We would definitely stay here again. Janis offered many great tips on the local area.

Elise was a great host! I left my shirt there and she quickly mailed it back. Definitely will be staying here again!!

We have stayed at Dorothy's home several times. The home is always super clean and very comfortable. There is a lot of space in the home and a fire pit in the back yard. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed for Easter Jeep Safari, Patrick and Angie’s place was perfect for our needs. It was a great location and the place worked perfectly for 3 couples. We would stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The views were absolutely stunning—waking up to them every morning was a treat. It’s perfectly located: close enough to town for quick trips, but far enough away to feel private and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would definitely stay here again!

This is not our first time vacationing in one of Rob's rentals. He is spot on with every detail. We will always try to stay with Rob and Lisa when looking in Moab, UT. They think of everything.

Daniel was a great host who proactively reached out to see if we needed anything. The condo was spacious and cozy. We enjoyed the comfy living room couch and beds. Close to Arches park and lots of restaurants in a 5-10 minute drive. Great view from the balcony to the beautiful rock formations. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Kent's place is located outside of main Moab but close enough for a quick drive to restaurants and stores. The open floor plan of his place made it comfortable for our family. The heated pool was enjoyed, even in the cold weather. The place was clean and kitchen fairly well-stocked. We will stay here again when visiting Moab.

The house was in a perfect location for Moab, Arches and Canyonlands. It was exactly as expected. Would recommend this AirBNB to anyone I know!

Richards place was the perfect retreat to come back to after a day of adventures. Very peaceful. I had thought about getting a place in downtown moab to be a few minutes closer to the park entrances, but I am glad I did not. Downtown is bustling and noisy. Richards was restful.

5 stars all around. Host communicated well all along the way. The place is clean, updated, and spacious. The pool is awesome! The kids played most all of the day over there with no issues and had a blast. We grilled one night and hung out by the fire pit/pool. Everyone there was friendly, attentive to their own children, nobody caused any issues. I would recommend this place to anyone, but especially those with kids. Seriously, 10/10, two enthusiastic thumbs up, 5 stars, all of that.

This house was our “home away from home” for a month and we totally fell in love with it. The house feels warm and cozy (not impersonal and sterile as some Airbnbs do). It's the little things we don't carry while travelling but that made our stay easy: a soda-stream, tupperware boxes we could use on a hike. Humidifier was a nice touch to help us acclimatise to the desert. We had more room than we could ask for: main bed is the size of a football field, each of us had a desk to work at, and anytime we could just step out on the patio and watch the neighbours: Blue jay Fred and cheeky chipmunks. Views from the patio are breathtaking! The Castleton tower dominates the east, La Sals to the south keep their “head in the clouds.” The location is perfect! Away from the Moab rush, close to trails less trodden; it's 30 minutes to the Arches NP entrance. In case of a coffee emergency, the Sorrel ranch is close. This is a great place and if we're in this area ever again, we'd surely return.

This was a wonderful place to stay for my mini spring vacation. The house was a perfect size for me and had all the necessary appliances. This place was organized and spotless. The host was a superb communicator. I loved the small town of Helper. A short distance from the house is the town's River Walk, which was a good evening exercise I could take a nice loop through the town. I would definitely love to come back to explore more of the area.

Megan's hospitality is far beyond any stay that I've experienced from other homes in Idaho Falls. If and when your in the area, trust me just reach out to Megan and you'll definitely enjoy your stay. Thank you for allowing me to stay in your beautiful home while in town Megan.

We had a great stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. The location was remote and part of the journey is on unpaved road — but easy to find, and the surroundings were beautiful. Comfortable beds! Plenty of cooking tools and spices in the cabinets. Great outdoor fire pit, amazing for stargazing on a clear night. Deer everywhere, such a beautiful sight. Good wifi. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway about 30 minutes from Moab.

A great dog friendly townhome in a great location. Very comfortable beds and nice furniture and decor with nice kitchen supplies.

Kimberly was very responsive and her place was exactly as described. We enjoyed a few days in Moab while staying at On The Rocks. Very thankful for the private, dog-friendly location.

After a rocky start, the place was great. Good size unit, good location, good amenities, good communication, directions, support, etc. The rocky start was we missed some fine print about dog size and hot tub being closed for maintenance and wanted to cancel after 5 mins booked, to no avail. Dealing with a large rental corporation has some advantages and disadvantages and flexibility isn’t one of their advantages. We extended a day and had issues with an expired pin pad but they were able to fix quick. The TV doesn’t have normal broadcast channels which made it so we couldn’t see the ball dropping on new years…kind of a bummer. Otherwise, all good!

This tiny home/ cottage was perfect for our Moab jeep trip! Enough room to park our trailer, truck and jeep right next to the cottage, but also pet friendly. The cottage is great for preparing our own breakfasts and lunches, and a short drive into town for dinners at local restaurants. What i didnt realize was the communal areas- a very nice outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, bbq, firepit, etc as well as a commercial style kitchen area with 2 stoves, large fridge, freezer and plenty of seating available. Laundry and showers available also, for those staying in the tent cabins. Easy access right of main street just outside of the busyness of downtown.
