Pros - Big house with lots of room - Big kitchen and dining room - Plenty of parking - New house, very modern - Clean, tidy and very picturesque - Big fridge and freezer - 2 seperate lounge rooms to relax - Livestock close by, great photo opportunities - 30 mins drive to Pokolbin Cons - It was very hot during our stay so we did not sleep in 3 of the bedrooms due to no aircon in them - Owners residence is within eye sight - Reception is patchy but wifi is available - Driveway is very rough, lucky we had a 4wd

The house was lovely in a peaceful location. We were a five minute walk away from the water and a 5 min drive to the local restaurants and cafes. Bruce was very responsive to help us out and we really enjoyed our stay!

This might be one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at! Old Bar is a really nice and quiet community on the beach. The tiny town center is a few blocks away and has all the essentials, grocery store, a few restaurants, and and ice cream parlour. Graeme's place is very spacious, comfortable, and well thought out. The house has great views of the ocean and the beach is just a 3 min walk away. If you're looking for a relaxing get away, this is your place! Can't wait to stay again!

We loved our stay here. Clean, private and welcoming! The fire place was perfectly prepared for us on arrival, and being next door to two wineries was lovely! It was a peaceful location with a lovely view and lots of wildlife. Would definitely come back thanks for having us 🙂

We were delighted to discover a welcome gift of local Hunter Valley wine and cheese - a perfect introduction to the region’s renowned offerings and a lovely touch that made us feel instantly welcome. For families with children, this farmstay is an absolute gem. Our kids were thoroughly entertained throughout our visit with the variety of books and indoor games available. The property offered plenty of opportunities for them to enjoy themselves and even spot kangaroos and cows nearby.
