Fina is an amazing, reliable and responsible person. Accommodation is suitable for a huge family or groups. House is spacious, clean with everything that you need and in the heart of the Platja de Gandia + great price for accomodation. 5 stars out of 5.

Todo perfecto. Tanto la casa que está muy bien cuidada, ordenada y limpia como los anfitriones. Cómo único punto débil, un par de los colchones que tienen la calidad justita, pero más que suficiente para unos días

Nous avons séjourné entre amis (10) 8 jours chez Danny et tout s’est très bien passé. La maison est extrêmement bien située au bord de l’eau, à 2 pas d’un excellent restaurant « la paillote », une maison très agréable pour les vacances. L’extérieur reste à améliorer notamment pour avoir des zones d’ombres ( les travaux démarrent en septembre) mais très sincèrement nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Chaque chambre possède sa SDB, une cuisine à l’étage, une cuisine au RDC, tout est très pratique même si nous avons passé tout notre temps dehors, le confort et la décoration intérieure étaient au Rendez-vous. Danny a été très agréable, très réactive et à l’écoute, nous recommandons cette maison et sa vue sur la mer tout simplement magique. Merci Danny.

Meine 17-jährige Tochter und ich hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Bis zu den schönen Stränden von Pego und Oliva hat es mit dem Auto jeweils 10-12 Minuten gedauert. Denia ist auch nicht weit entfernt und sehr schön. Es war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr heiß. Aber wenn man die Fenster und Balkontür öffnet und schön Durchzug macht, dann ist es auszuhalten. Es gibt auch noch zwei große tragbare Standventilatoren. Genossen haben wir, abends auf dem kleinen Balkon zu sitzen. Sehr gut war auch der Pool hinter dem Haus. Hier konnte man richtig schwimmen und sich in Ruhe erholen, da zu unserer Zeit, kaum einer ihn benutzt hat.

Die Wohnung ist ein wirklicher Tipp. Sie hat viel Licht von Osten und Westen, ist also immer hell, aber mittags nicht heiß. Ggf. gute Klimaanlage. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer (2 einzelne und eines ist vom Wohnzimmer durch eine Schiebetür abtrennbar. Es gibt viele Handtücher, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien.Vom Balkon sieht man den Strand und bis Valencia (18km). Die 4 km nach Perelló sind wir oft am Strand gegangen. (Tipp: Dort hatten Sonntagmorgens die Geschäfte geöffnet.) Zur Bushaltestelle 2 min, Bus fährt nach Valencia und Perelló. Parkplatz im Hof im Schatten. Elena und ihr Mann haben uns in der Wohnung erwartet, die Kommunikation war immer nett und sehr gut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

I have never seen such caring hosts. They received us with a basket of surprises, they gave us so many recommandations, they would answer so fast, they translated for us for our driver who didn't speak a word of English, they offered to help us find a driver and even to call them if we had any trouble while traveling on our bikes. They even came to offer us some fresh fruits. They truly were so amazing and helpful and caring!!! I will definitely keep that host in mind for any other travel in the area!!!

El alojamiento está genial y es tal como se aprecia en las fotos. Nos pusieron todas las facilidades tanto para entrar como para salir. Fueron muy atentos y agradables. El alojamiento en si tiene todas las comodidades necesarias (pequeño y gran menaje, toallas, jabón, etc.) Muy recomendable.

We had a great time in the house of Maurice & Deniz. They are very proactive and helped us with the collection of the groceries at the shop so we didn’t have to walk. The apartment has all the needed amenities and facilities. The swimming pool is great for relaxation. All in all we can highly recommend staying at Maurice & Deniz place.

Great spot! Many shops and restaurants within walking distance, right near the beach, and about a 15 minute walk from the start of the Peñón de Ifach hike. The included parking (in a private garage) was a great bonus as the apartment is located in a busy area so street parking would be difficult. The apartment itself was great for 2 adults, with amazing views of the Peñón from the large outdoor balcony. The bed was comfortable for sleeping and the apartment had everything one would need for cooking meals there, except you do need to provide your own cooking oil & seasonings. We didn’t visit the apartment before buying groceries, so we bought the wrong coffee pods— it’s a NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto so other guests don’t make the same mistake. Communication with the host was superb— fast replies and clear instructions. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr toll gelegen. Eine passende Größe für 4 Personen,der Check in war sehr Flexibel möglich, durch Verspätung im Flug bot uns Martin auch an länger wach zu bleiben um uns zu empfangen. Wegen schlechtem GPS Signal bei der Anreise haben wir uns an einer Tankstelle getroffen und er hat uns abgeholt und zur Unterkunft geführt. Der Pool war sauber und durch die jahreszeit sehr erfrischend kühl mit einem Platz zum reinspringen. Auf jegliche Fragen zu guten Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten hat er immer schnell geantwortet mit guten Angeboten in der nähe, die Kommunikation war immer möglich. Alles war Top, die Aussicht war Fantastisch und alles war schön Ruhig ohne Lärm.

Javier is an excellent host - welcoming, accommodating, and professional. I was late for my arrival due to train cancellations and Javier couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. The house is in a beautiful location and was perfect for our long family stay. Highly recommended.

Lugar tranquilo y familiar. Cerca de restaurantes y playa. A pocos minutos de supermercados. Un lugar para disfrutar de la tranquilidad, sobretodo si se va con animales.
