Aptly named Casita de Tierra (Earth in Spanish) for our dedication to creating an eco-conscience space inspired by New Mexico’s extraordinary landscape. From the handmade Alligator Juniper headboard to the bamboo bed linen, at Casita de Tierra we are committed to providing an unparalleled Sustainable, Local, Organic, and Whole (SLOW) experience each and every time you visit. Casita Agave. Luxury, secure and central location

Relax and unwind in our Green Build casita (guest house) in a privately gated four home subdivision offering security and quiet for the discerning traveler. Perfect for solo or couples and within a few minutes walk to The Bosque trails and Rio Grande River. Bird watch, bike ride, walk along nature trails, or a short driving distance to Old Town/ Downtown Albuquerque. We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

Private Casita at the Desert River Farm

We are located on a 2.75 acre homestead property just south of Albuquerque in a small agricultural community. It is a perfect retreat space for those looking to get away but stay close to amenities. We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.

Just a short walk of Albuquerque’s main attractions, the casita offers comfort & convenience as well as a pleasant and whimsical vibe that will help you relax and feel at home during your stay. You will be just a few blocks from Old Town Plaza, Natural History Museum, Albuquerque Museum, Explora Science Center, Children's Museum, Tiguex Park, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Botanical Garden, BioPark, Aquarium, Zoo, Sawmill District as well as several cafes, restaurants and shops.

Peaceful Boutique Casita Centrally Located

Your adobe private casita is in the charming village of Placitas; 40 mins from Santa Fe, 2 hours to Taos, and 20 to ABQ, the Rio Grande River, wineries, museums, and restaurants. Sit by the pool after exploring local sites, then relax in the hot tub ( no jets) or sip a glass of wine (or non-alcoholic cider) while taking in the views. The Casita offers a private courtyard and entrance, an outdoor pool (May 15 to October 15), and an on- demand hot tub (year-round, no jets).

This is a beautifully handcrafted cabin designed to help you disconnect from the modern world and is perfect for solo travelers, lovers, writers, hunters, and anyone who enjoys the solitude of nature.

Cabin #1 - Stunning Scenery, Great Location

This cozy little cabin has been remodeled to accommodate a small kitchenette and features a claw-foot bathtub, Wi-Fi, Roku TV, baseboard heater, and an additional double bed in the loft. The rental is on the El Morro RV Park Property on NM State Highway 53, and is nestled under Stunning sandstone formations and surrounded by Pinon, Juniper, and Ponderosa Pine. Elk, deer, fox, raptors, and songbirds are frequent visitors to the park.

Step away from the hustle at this quiet home on 5 acres in the high desert of Northwest New Mexico. Enjoy beautiful views of Mt. Taylor and the expansive scenery of the Lobo Canyon valley bottom. This house is a short drive from Grants and a great option for a rest-stop along I-40 or base camp for adventures in and around Cibola county! Take it easy at this unique spot located in the picturesque North Valley. This rustic home is near walking trails, restaurants, cafes and bakeries and a short drive to all Albuquerque has to offer. The home's open floor plan, clay and wood walls and handmade touches are one of a kind. Stay home by the pond or hop on the train to Santa Fe. However you choose to spend your time, it will be a delight!

This 1 bedroom offers a living area with a Smart TV that has Netflix as well as YouTube TV, the kitchen area offers a full fridge as well as microwave, electric cooktop, coffee maker (no oven), it also offers a island for dining or hanging out. The bedroom has a large king-size bed. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower.
