We had a lovely stay at Flower Moon. The space was amazing, very peaceful and relaxing. We only stayed one night, but it’s definitely on our list to return, when we are in Cocoa, for a longer time! Super clean, comfortable space, with easy beach access. It’s close to everything. Perfect retreat for couples. Kris came out to chat with us, super nice guy! Loved the mural painted on the home! Looking forward to future stays!

We absolutely love staying here and have been doing so every year since 2018. Sherman and Marlene are the best hosts we have every come across in the 100+ Airbnb's stays we have booked over the years. This is the place that we use to judge all the other airbnb places we stay at. So far, no other place we have stayed at has even come close to Sherman and Marlene's place.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location! Comes with everything you would need and the beach is an added plus!

We loved it! Appreciated the extra lotion and shampoo in the closet! The little extras like a deck of cards were appreciated!

Darlene's place was perfect for our two day stay. it had a beautiful view, clean, quiet and the most important thing... the bed slept great. Will definitely recommend.

This place was a perfect spot for us. Nice and relaxing and steps away from the beach that was not crowded. At times we had the whole beach to ourselves. We would love to come back.

This location met every need! No need to get back in your car! 30 second walk to beach bars, 5 star restaurant and beach. It felt like a total immersion in Cocoa Beach life style. Apartment was very clean and had all amenities. So much fun!

Wat een prachtig huis op een geweldige locatie. We voelden ons onmiddellijk thuis, aan alles was gedacht, heel compleet ingericht. We genoten van de tuin, de jacuzzi met uitzicht op het water en de kinderen vonden het zalig om met paddleboards het water op te gaan, er waren zelfs enkele dolfijnen die met hen kwamen meezwemmen. Het huis is exact zoals op de foto’s, meer dan ruimte genoeg voor ons gezin.

Jay's house was perfect for our small family reunion. It was close to everything we needed. We had plenty of room for adults and kids to get together and to spread out. The older kids were kayaking and fishing all day. The younger kids were splashing in the pool for hours. Everyone spent time honing their ping pong skills. We had everything we needed to prepare large, home-cooked meals, and plenty of towels, soaps, & paper products. Every little question we had got a quick response. Overall, highly recommended. Thank you!

George and Melissa were amazing hosts! Their house is stunning, super clean, and was fully equipped with all things needed for a family beach vacation (even with little kiddos). They were very quick to respond to questions, which were pretty minimal because of how organized and detailed their itinerary was. Would highly recommend!

We stayed 5 days and could’ve stayed longer! There is so much to do on the property and in the community. We fished, had a fire on the dock, swam, kayaked, grilled, and enjoyed the home. Everything was clean and exactly as described. We saw manatees and dolphins off the dock every day - so cool!! Cocoa Beach is a great spot for a family vacation. So much to do! The pier was fun, Golf n Gator, Coconuts, SquidLips at sunset were a few other things we enjoyed. We will definitely stay at any of Charity’s places!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. We stayed there for a week and it was wonderful. The view is incredible and the beach is literal steps from the house. Tons of seating both inside and outside. We’ve already rebooked for next year!

The location was perfect! The house was amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed to host our family for meals! The pool/hot tub combo was so great! Parking was perfect off the street for our cars. The dual washer/dryer was very nice!! Easy walk to get ice cream and also to the beach! Would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our 3 days here! The location is excellent- very private and peaceful. We loved watching the lizards play on the patio and how accessible the beach was. Some of the furniture and the bathrooms are dated and/or show wear, but we knew it was the location we were paying for. You can’t beat the views of this unit. We loved everything in the loft. It made a great area to hang out at night! The couches were very comfortable and there was room for everyone to stretch out. Nari is very responsive. The unit washer was died prior to our arrival and he had a new one delivered within 24 hours. We really appreciated that as we were counting on a washer. He answered every question promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Our family of five's stay was short but we took full advantage of what the Donald's house and neighborhood had to offer. Although chilly, the kids took a dip in pool. We would of definetley spent more time in the private oasis if it was warmer. Our favorite part was taking the two kayaks out on the canal and seeing the wildlife (3 dolphins up close and personal!). We took advantage of a bowling alley and restraunt that was within walking distance. Everybody had their own bed with the ample space and Donalds kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We would recommend Donald's place for familys with younger kids. Thanks Donald!

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

I’ve stayed in a half dozen units in this building. Michael’s unit was very well appointed. And clean. The location is super convenient to down town and Florida Tech. My wife and I used This as a home base while moving daughter into her apartment. Much more Comfortable than a hotel.

Place was just as described. Close to everything on the space coast but very peaceful and quit. The views of Banana River were fantastic and the dock and kayaks were a great bonus. We saw several dolphins and manatees. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Beautiful, perfect location and very clean condo. Lihua is very responsive and thoughtful. We had hoped to use the pool which is closed, so that would have been nice to mention (not sure if it is seasonal and looked like construction) but otherwise the location is perfect and price very fair. We hope to return again!
