We are on the unspoilt Roseland Peninsula, surrounded by fields and with sea views across to dramatic Dodman Point, the highest headland on the south coast of Cornwall. Ideal for walkers, we are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. Although very rural, we are within walking distance of two pubs, the New Inn at Veryan and The Ship at Portloe. The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

The 'Little house in the garden' is a small detached annexe with its own parking, located in the historic village of Grampound. Set in our garden, it has a peaceful aspect. You are welcome to use the lawned area of the garden if you wish. The house has been decorated in a simple light an airy way, with a slight nautical feel! Whether you are here for a holiday or down on business - we provide a private and peaceful place for you to stay. We won’t disturb you at all, but are here if you need us.

1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Acorn Barn a unique former cow house

Get away from it all with a cosy stay in a unique little barn conversion on a small holding with poultry, sheep and pigs. Acorn Barn sits at the end of its own driveway across a field set above a small CAMC 5cl. At night you may hear owls in the valley and the usual country noises by day from nearby working farms although the barn itself is double glazed and previous guests haven’t found any noises intrusive. You can see the railway line and look down on the duck pond and watch the poultry.
