This home is truly situated in paradise. This is our second time in Sandestin and we made it a point to come again due to beach access and Baytowne Wharf. The home is clean and spacious with a beautiful view. The golf cart included is what made this stay even better. We can easily travel to the beach, pools and the restaurants within the community with ease. The beach towels and chairs included made traveling a lot lighter for us. The hosts instructions for check in and check out were clear. And although we didn’t require any assistance during our stay (which is a good thing), they did provide outlets of communication in the event that we needed anything. We will be returning guests for sure.

Went for a family vacation. The house was just as it was in the photos. the host even left a bottle of wine for my welcome gift. The house was very nice, clean, and tastefully decorated. I would definitely book again and also recommend staying there.

This condo has a great space for families and has an amazing view. It works well for cooking and spending time with family. The pools are clean and welcoming, the beach is beautiful with safe access, and on site sports & activities were a lot of fun.

We had a fantastic stay! The space was clean, stylish, and felt super comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything was exactly as described, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind. The host was welcoming and easy to communicate with, offering helpful suggestions and making sure We had everything we needed. The location was peaceful and convenient, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Would definitely book again and highly recommend to others!

I love the home and my family did as well. The experience was wonderful and the environment was great. I would love to use the Airbnb in the near future again!!! The instructions was clear and simple. And the host was very friendly and VERY helpful through the whole process their very kind

This is a great location! It is a really nice place very close to the beach and great for bike riders. The internet had stability issues, but this is not the fault of the host, it has more to do with the provider. I would definitely stay here again, but people need to realize that there are a lot of stairs in this house, not a problem for most people, but people with mobility issues or with small children need to be aware. The hosts were very responsive to questions and concerns, so I would recommend this location. There was construction going on next door, very close to this house due to the nature of a resort area and how close houses are built. It was very loud, but again, this is not the fault of the host and will be done at some point, but it was extremely loud during all working hours including Saturday. All in all I would definitely recommend this location and these hosts, just trying to give an honest perspective.

We loved our Spring Break with family and friends staying in SanDestin. We especially loved the golf carts and then a complete perk was being in the SanDestin community. We visited the village and pools, and could take them down to the shopping centers, and especially loaded up for the beach! We had to ask about a grill and had been bummed to not have one, but left a small one behind then.

I enjoyed my stay ! They were so accommodating offering same day check in and last minute extension in my stay. I love the location as it’s right across the street from the beach and they have beach parking which Mae’s it easier with little ones. Staff was so friendly and had timely communication.
