Ubicada en una granja de juegos, la villa de 2 dormitorios tiene vistas a un pozo de agua frecuentado por búfalos. La sala de estar abierta cuenta con una chimenea interior. La sala de estar desemboca en una cocina equipada con electrodomésticos de primera línea y un horno de pizza. El área del patio es perfecta para entretenerse.
