Marc checked us in. He patiently explained how everything works. very nice and friendly. he advised ur on travelling to Amsterdam and on good restaurants. I highly recommend his place. warm house

Anique was super kind and always asking us if we needed anything. She welcomed us and cooked a cake for us. The house was beautiful just like in the pictures. The town where it’s located is small but very charming and beautiful. It was very easy to get to Amsterdam from the train station, just like 15 min train ride and very frequent. You do need a car to get to the train station though, it’s not close. We had vehicles. There maybe buses but we had our cars. We loved the stay, the house and location.

Rick was a wonderful host, had a friend greet us on arrival to show us the place and gave us a little tour of the town, since he was away. Greeted us with a bottle of wine and an excellent instruction manual and recommendations of nearby “things to do” He has a lovely home in a walkable town. Rick was responsive to any concern we had. I highly recommend this property and Rick!

Charmante maison capable d'accueillir une grande famille. Elle est très bien située à 5 min à pied d'une gare desservant notamment Amsterdam. Nous avons apprécié le jardin ainsi que l'armoire de jeux qui nous à permis de passer des belles soirées. Tijn est très accueillant et répond rapidement. Nous reprendrons certainement cette maison pour un futur séjour vers Amsterdam.

La maison est très bien située, au calme, dans un magnifique village proche d'Amsterdam. Elle est très agréable à vivre et lumineuse avec une cuisine bien équipée et un séjour accueillant. Le coin bureau est très pratique et la salle de bain au top. L'extérieur est très sympa et ma fille a adoré le trampoline. Le petit coin entrée/buanderie est aussi bien pratique. Karline a toujours été réactive et surtout très arrangeante et bienveillante. À part les escaliers très raides, je recommande.

Absolutely beautiful house in a lovely town. The house felt homely and had a gorgeous outside cabin. We went for new years and were so amazed at all the fireworks! Would definitely come again.

Wir verbrachten sechs wundervolle Tage in dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft und fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – direkt am Wasser und nur wenige Gehminuten von einem kleinen Laden, Bäckereien und Cafés entfernt. Die Nähe zu Städten wie Amsterdam, Almere und Utrecht (nur 20-30 Minuten entfernt) macht Ausflüge einfach und angenehm. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders für Familien, Freundesgruppen und Hundebesitzer ist es ideal. Die Umgebung lädt zu Fahrradtouren ein, und die freundliche Atmosphäre trägt zur Entspannung bei. Auch wenn der Preis für die sechs Tage etwas hoch war, würden wir definitiv wiederkommen – der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub!

Wat een feest om in het huis van Anne te logeren! We hebben genoten van het prachtige huis en alle dingen die je in (de buurt van) Naarden kan doen. Extra leuk omdat je in de woning van Anne zelf verblijft, een karakteristieke en super leuk ingericht huis. Bij aankomst lag de kat al op de bank te spinnen. We voelden ons daardoor direct thuis.

The first thing I have to say is Sophie and Pieter are clearly lovely people. We were late because of traffic but Sophie waited for us and gave a warm and very helpful welcome. Secondly, the apartment is a real home from home. The kitchen has all the equipment you need if you want to dine at home. Throughout the apartment everything was clean and functional as well as being well designed and attractive. Thirdly, the location is excellent. The tram runs regularly on the Overtoom and gets you right into the centre in 20 easy minutes. On the other side is the Vondelpark, which is a slice of real Amsterdam that many people would miss, which is a shame as it’s fantastic. The bar run by the brewery was a real find for us. Around you are a number of excellent places to eat and drink on both sides of the park and into the centre. Finally I am going to return to Sophie and Pieter - honestly you could not get better hosts. Thank you very much - we intend to return.

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Wonderful week long stay in this beautiful ground floor apartment. Was perfect for our family of three. The location could not be better as it is within easy walking distance to the museums (Rijks, Van Gogh, Moco, Stedelijk), outdoor market, bars and restaurants. Would whole heartedly recommend.

Awesome location, comfortable bed. Hosts enjoy taking care of their place and guests. The check-in was in person and no self check-in option available but hosts were very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.

Alexander was very responsive before and throughout our stay in the studio apartment. Great location. He was very accommodating with his check-in and check-out. He and his wife gave a special little gift of cookies for my daughter who was celebrating a birthday trip. I highly recommend this place and Alexander as a host.

What a great stay! I had a last minute opportunity to head to Amsterdam to join my parents on vacation…their hotel was sold out, so I was on my own. I found this gem about a mile from City Center, super accessible by foot or tram to everything! Thank goodness Jorrit was there to greet me and help with my heavy suitcase…the stairs (2 flights) were SUPER narrow on the treads (seems to be the case everywhere in the city) and about as wide as my suitcase. But once upstairs, the place was exactly as described…plus a lovely welcome basket with Dutch treats! I was prepared for no AC, but there was a recent heatwave so it was hottt. But it cooled down and was beeezy with the windows open and fans on. Very safe neighborhood, and even a pub within 100 steps (but not noisy or rowdy). The kitchen was well stocked, so I saved on things like salt and pepper and EVOO and basics. Jorrit gave lots of GREAT recs on where to go & what to do. A super stay and I’d definitely rent here again! Thanks!

Anna and John , out hosts were wonderful. Place was so well designed and so beautiful. I could tell a lot of thought was put into the design. I think the place would be even better with a notebook with instructions about house, tv, appliances , and check out procedure . On the other hand, Anna and John were so responsive. Anna and John met us at the apartment , plane was delayed so arrived late around 9:30. Anna and John were flexible and gave us a warm welcome with tour of house. However in the morning, I discovered scaffolding with green mesh across windows. I paid top dollar for a canal house with view of canal. This was a disappointment and was not told about this. I would never have rented if I knew there was barely a view through the windows with scaffolding and mesh . Everything else was wonderful! Future renters should ask about the obstructed view.

We had the unit at end of the street, which made it private and peaceful. The unit was comfortable, good beds and in a very central location

We had a lovely family holiday for 3 nights. The property has been beautifully done up and was extremely well resourced with all catering equipment. There were lots of different areas to relax in and we particularly enjoyed all the outdoor seating areas as we were lucky to mostly have good weather. The tennis court is great (though could be difficult to retrieve balls that went over the walls/hedges). Murielle gave us some helpful tips for local places to explore.

Nous avons séjourné chez Boon en famille (2 adultes et 3 adolescents) pour visiter le Parc de Keukenhof et Amsterdam. Le Logement est mignon, dans un petit havre de paix, loin du bruit et de la foule.... C était parfait pour nos 3 jours aux Pays-Bas ! Boon a été réactif lors de nos demandes et aimable dans nos échanges. Nous recommandons cet hote.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in dem wunderschönen, ruhig gelegenen Haus und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, super sauber und toll ausgestattet. Der wunderschöne Garten, lädt mit allem, was er bietet, zum Entspannen ein. Auch die Kommunikation bei Fragen/Anliegen lief unkompliziert und schnell. Kirsten war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Alles in allem echt spitze! 🫶🏼

My family of 5 had a wonderful time at this home! It was beautiful, clean, relaxing and extremely convenient to get around town via bus/metro. We walked every morning around town because the town is extremely charming with several restaurants and a market 2 blocks away. I made breakfast every morning in the beautiful kitchen which had everything one would need. The host was so incredibly amazing, he tracked my flight and knew I would be arriving hours before I told him I would be so he was waiting for us which was amazing after a long flight. He was so sweet, courteous and caring. We were greeted with a warm welcome and many, many treats for us in the refrigerator. From eggs, milk, selection of fresh breads, sweets, fruit, wine, a delicious pear juice, selection of deli meats, butter, and many more items. The warmest welcome we’ve ever received. As if that’s not enough, the AC worked great! The pics don’t do it justice. This is a must stay! Thank you so much for everything!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub in der Villa Toscanini. Es ist ein tolles, sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus in einer wunderschönen, idyllischen Lage. Es war absolut ruhig und wir hatten abends nach den Ausflügen wunderschöne Spaziergänge in der schönen Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit Patricia war super. Sie hat immer schnell reagiert und hatte sehr gute Tipps.
