We had a wonderful stay, the location is perfect for skiing at Belleayre and accessing restaurants as well as other activities. The space is very clean and perfectly appointed. Charlie was always proactive at communicating and available if anything arose. 4-Wheel drive is necessary in the winter - snow removal was always very prompt. We had a great stay and would absolutely go back.

We enjoyed our quiet stay. We did a hike that was recommended in the guidebook and visited the used book store that was also recommended, but otherwise stayed in. Couches and beds were comfortable and we found everything that we needed in the kitchen.

Loved this stay! The weather wasn’t great during our time but the place was so cozy and we were able to use the wood stove. We appreciated the fresh baked goods, and all of the other snacks and treats supplied- it was probably the most well stocked airbnb we’ve ever been to. There was plenty of recommendations in the area, in a binder provided. We loved the open floor plan and will definitely return again.

We had a wonderful stay on Gemma’s property and felt right at home. The kids loved feeding the farm animals — a total highlight!! Gemma generously provided us with an array of breakfast items, which really made for lovely mornings. We would absolutely return!

Rick was so kind and accommodating during my stay at his Airbnb. His place was lovely and was the perfect place to stay close to Cooperstown and Oneonta. Hoping to stay there again. Thank you Rick and family!

Great weekend in the Catskills - Ian’s place is clean, well kept and had all amenities needed for a snowy hiking and relaxing weekend. The indoor fireplace was amazing. There is someone else living on the property, out of sight and earshot. Very private, cozy property - the stream in the back was beautiful! Recommend highly!

Randi is very easy to communicate with - she is super responsive and friendly. The house is close to Colgate- made running back and forth very easy. The house is peaceful, really well stocked with all your kitchen needs plus plenty of towels etc., all very clean, comfortable, neat and uncluttered, and in such a lovely setting, right on the lake. Highly recommend!

We had a great time this weekend at Jennifer's place. Everything was clean. The house and the backyard were so spacious. We had four kids and four adults, and everyone found something they loved about this place. The Birch Creek in the backyard was my favorite. It was much bigger than I expected. Drinking coffee in the morning by the bench listening to the creek water flowing was heaven. We enjoyed hiking, walking around the nearby lake, and playing games around the firepit. It was a perfect family vacation.

Simply beautiful, charming and cozy stay. The waterfall was amazing, it was frozen but I think that made it even more beautiful, its a short hike to the fall and in my 2-day stay I went about 5 times. Even cold plunged in the fall! The wood stove is so toasty and they have an abundance of wood to last all winter. The kitches has literally everything you can think of and you can tell a food lover lives here. There's even binders with tons of recipes that seems to be made throughout decades, super cool. Overall great stay and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

Samantha was friendly & responsive. I appreciate the clear and concise instructions provided. The cottage is quaint and cozy, nestled near a creek with nature views. Wish we could’ve stayed longer as it’s been the most comfortable stay on our trip. Comfortable beds were a bonus!! Highly recommend.

A beautiful spot! We enjoyed overlooking the water at sunrise and sunset. Lucy is a wonderful host and made us feel welcome.

My husband and I took our two grandsons and met my girl friend with her grandsons, all 5 to 8 years of age. What a blast, from the art studio down stairs to the gorgeous setting to a very comfortable home, our time was wonderful. The boys enjoyed all the treasures of the property from watching the koi fish and geese at the pond to chasing frogs and salamanders. The entire stay was most enchanting. We are contemplating the same trip for next year. I would highly recommend this trip...it was so peaceful and easy.

I enjoyed my stay at Gavin and Alison's house in the Catskills. It was a great place to spend a snowy winter weekend in January with my son and two grandchildren. The house is a short drive from various skiing and winter-sports resorts. We were satisfied with the kitchen and other amenities, played board games, and generally had a relaxing time. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

This is our second time staying at Kevin‘s place, and we came again because we loved it so much. It is very clean and stylishly furnished but very welcoming, and even with my children I feel like we can have a relaxing stay. The hosts are very responsive and super flexible regarding our requests. The area is quiet and very serene. The river that runs right next to the house is a representation of the beautiful nature that surrounds it. I think this place is a gem. I would definitely love to come and stay again.
