My family of 3 greatly enjoyed the beautiful villa. The space was very ample with nicely appointed kitchen. The clean private pool was steps away. The location is also very advantageous: close to beach clubs, sports attractions, food markets, bus stops and a taxi station. Our hosts, Yildiray and his daughter, were always in touch and helpful with any questions/issues. It was a pleasure to meet them both. I would definitely recommend their place.

The villa was very clean, plenty to do for the kids! Thanks for the PlayStation game! The boys loved it plus the table tennis! The pool was very beautiful and well situated for the morning sun. Plenty of lounge space; and private space to sun bathe. The balcony was beautiful, plenty of fresh air for my morning meditation and yoga. Plenty of wardrobe space; and cupboard space for storage. The fridge was very clean, plenty of cups, plates and pots. Cooker was easy to use and heats up quick. The bathrooms were clean and no problem with hot water. Washing machine and dryer were very useful to have especially when travelling with kids! Would 100% recommend and stay here again if I did return to Bodrum.

Uns hat die Unterkunft besonders gut gefallen. Zum einen, ist die Unterkunft schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Zudem ist die Unterkunft schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Möbel und Ausstattung sind neuwertig und nicht abgenutzt. Die Lage ist super, weil es um die Villa herum ruhig ist und man dennoch sehr nah an der Stadt und somit an Restaurants Bars und Clubs ist. Man hat also alles von deinem. Der Poolbereich hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, sodass man sich in Ruhe Sonnen und diese ausnutzen kann. Die Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter der Unterkunft sind jederzeit erreichbar und die Kommunikation ist super. Diese Unterkunft ist super empfehlenswert. Es sind super süße Katzen in der Umgebung, die sich nach Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit sehnen. Das war das aller schönste was wir in unserem Urlaub erleben durften.

My wife and i needed a break to get away from the stressful year we needed to unwind and relax. Selva's place was the first place i had been able to unwind and relax from the moment we walked in the door very peaceful just what we needed. what a great host nothing was to much trouble and she responded instantly. we would recommend any couples looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway with stunning views to book this apartment and have a great time. we will be booking here again as was a great experience. definitely need to hire a car. many thanks Selva we had a great stay and will be back next year 5 star many thanks Natasha & Andre

Wonderful house in a beautiful setting. Walking distance to Bodrum Marina, restaurants and shops. Taxi rank at the end of the road. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We all slept well. Great host and very responsive. No problems at all and would love to return.

Amazing host and amazing place. Taner was very responsive and the house is amazing. We had a lot of fun and we will for sure comeback again.

Abarti yok hicbir ayrintida ,kullanisli ,kaliteli ve dedikleri kadar hatta daha fazla klas..Evimde gibiydim ..Villanın yeri ,konumu ve muhit muhteşem. Umut's house was a great find—comfortable, neat, very clean, and in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. We loved having a small market right next door run by a friendly old man who had everything we needed and was very convenient. The peaceful vibe and local feel were great. The only downside was that the house is a bit far from the marina, and taxis don’t pass by. We didn’t realise this before, and we didn’t have a car which was a bit hard, but that was our fault. Overall, we had a wonderful stay despite this small issue. Thank you so much Umut!!! :)

4 gün konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Ev sahiplerimiz çok güvenilir ve tatlılardı. Ev fotoğraflarda anlatıldığından daha iyiydi, çok temizdi. Evin konumu oldukça iyi, yalıkavak marinaya yürüme mesafesinde, ulaşım sıkıntısı çekmedik. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum, tereddüt etmeden konaklayabilirsiniz.

Bodrum merkezde çok merkezi konumda aracınızı kolaylıkla park edebilirsiniz korunaklı ve çok sevimli bir ev ön arka bahçe çok düzenli ve temiz bir ev ev sahibi Murat bey çok ilgili evinizde hissetmek istiyorsanız tavsiye ederim

Amazing stay here in Bodrum! The apartment was incredibly clean and very modern. The view of the sea from the window is stunning. Yamaç is a wonderful host- check-in was very easy, he responded to all questions immediately, and helped us find taxis. The street is very quiet but there’s a nice market open late nearby. The beds are very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again as it felt like a true vacation.

Unser Aufenthalt war von A bis Z perfekt. Die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Kommunikation und die Sauberkeit, einfach alles war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft herzlich weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten wunderschöne Familienferien dort. Vielen Dank für alles!

Yer olarak çok merkezi bir konumda, aynı zamanda izole, mahremiyet konusunda da hiç sıkıntı olmuyor. Melis hanım bizi çok iyi karşıladı. Önceden rica ettiğimiz her şeyi sağlamıştı. Evin içinde ihtiyaç duyulan mutfak eşyaları tamdı. Her odada klima olması ısınma açısından muhteşemdi asla üşümedik. Ayrıca Melis hanımın annesi bize tatlı bile getirdi çok naziklerdi. Otopark sorunu da yok onu da ayarlıyorlar. Yine gelirsek kalacağımız yer burası.

Meral Hanım ve eşi son derece misafirperver ve cok yardımcılar, ev kutu gibi ihtiyac duyulacak herşey mevcut cok guzel dizayn edilmiş aşırı sakin ve huzurluydu, her gün sitenin kendi plajından faydalandık , deniz suyu aşırı temizdi ve doğal havuz cok keyifliydi cocuklar cok mutlu oldular, ev marketlere cok yakındı alışveriş konusunda sorun yaşamdık ama araç şart, cok huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik, tekrar cok tşk ederiz misafirperverliğiniz için🙏🏻

Bodrum’daki bu Airbnb, şimdiye kadar kaldığım en keyifli yerlerden biriydi. Konumu harika; sessiz ve huzurlu, ama Bodrum’un merkezine ve plajlara çok yakın. Ev modern ve konforlu bir şekilde döşenmiş, geniş ve aydınlık bir yaşam alanına sahip. Yataklar oldukça rahat ve evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey düşünülmüş. Bahçe alanı da çok güzeldi, özellikle sıcak günlerde serinlemek için mükemmeldi. Ev sahibi inanılmaz misafirperverdi; konaklama boyunca gösterdiği ilgiyle bizi çok mutlu etti. Burada kaldığım süre boyunca kendimi hem çok rahat hem de evimde gibi hissettim. Bodrum’u keşfetmek veya sadece dinlenmek isteyenler için ideal bir yer. Burada tekrar kalmayı kesinlikle dört gözle bekliyorum ve herkese tavsiye ederim!

Unser Aufenthalt, als Familie mit zwei Kindern, in dieser Villa war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse/dem Garten ist wirklich beeindruckend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Die Villa liegt in einer gated community, was uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und gepflegt, ideal zum Entspannen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Vermieter, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Seine Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht; ein perfekter Vermieter!!! Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Bodrum' un en güzel manzarasına sahip, tamamen sakin bir yer. Mekan harika bir inziva olanağı sunuyor. Jonas, oldukça rahat ve samimi bir ev sahibiydi. Yeniden gitmek için sabırsızlanıyorum.

A wonderful villa with sea and bay view from the terrace. It has a private pool and a beautiful courtyard. It was very clean and smelled good. Tracey was very friendly and welcoming. She was very flexible with checkin and check out time. She welcomed us and showed us around. She was very helpful with local tips. She helped me with the car rental, and advised me few restaurants nearby. We truly enjoyed all her advices. This villa is quite big enough for large families. The pool is sparkling clean and well equipped with all kind of pool toys for kids. Terrace of the villa is just amazing with the stunning view and breeze. I have no single negative point during our entire stay. For sure will come back again. I would like to thank you Tracey once again being so nice and helpful during our stay. All the best :)

What an amazing place, and what an amazing host! The house is ideal, with everything you could need and more, and the location - whilst remote - is simply stunning. There is everything you need close by too, with a big and affordable supermarket down the road, beaches and restaurants close and public transport surprisingly convenient (into Bodrum and the fantastic Milas). Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as nice… David and his cohost Erhan were proactive, helpful and beyond generous too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Öncelikle biz Fatoş hanımı çok sevdik. Harika bir ev sahibi. İlgili ve son derece özenli. Evi çok temiz, büyük ve bakımlı bir bahçeye sahip, aynı zamanda da güvenli. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey var. Hatta çok daha fazlası var. Kediler de bonusu. Özellikle Leyla'yı çok özleyecek gibiyiz. Tabii bahçeyi de... Burada sizi adeta harikalar diyarına davet eden bir bahçe var. Amacınız her gün koştur koştur bir yerlere gitmek değil de gerçekten biraz mola vermekse bahçedeki ağacın altında dinleneceğinize çok eminiz. Tabii dışarı çıkmak istediğinizde mahalle de çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Ancak ev biraz daha mahallenin üstünde kaldığı için denize veya marketlere gitmek için araçla gelmenizi/kiralamanızı tavsiye ediyoruz. Kısacası Bitez’in kalbinde, her yere oldukça yakın ama bir o kadar da sakin ve huzurlu bir ev arıyorsanız gönül rahatlığıyla burayı tercih edebilirsiniz. Biz şimdiden özledik bile. :)
