We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Truly phenomenal location and setting on the Imperial River. The home is an oasis, featuring an exquisite pool & hot tub and a spectacular outdoor kitchen. This beautiful home sits right on the river, providing direct access to some of the best fishing spots around — we saw manatees and caught tons of fish. The spacious layout and thoughtful design made it a comfortable and inviting space for our family. Loved all the gorgeous woodwork touches, and Rodney was a great host!

This is our second year in a row staying at Bob’s home. We absolutely love the property. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants and many other things to do. The home is in great shape, very clean and all the amenities you need to enjoy the property! We will definitely book again.

Such a beautiful home with a clean, organized, and usable interior living space. The beds are comfortable and the home has everything you need (games, towels, hand soap, washer/dryer, hangers, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc). The home is large with plenty of space for family or your fur babies-we had our two dogs and the outdoor space is large enough for walks. The pool area is spacious and peaceful. A few notes: The home has 6 exterior cameras which are not noted in the listing. One North and one South facing, two on the pool deck, and a ring camera in addition to a standard camera facing West. We never felt uncomfortable with the cameras but can understand wanting to be aware before reserving. We did not hear any of the alleged roosters or hens as some commenters below reported. So maybe they’re gone now?

We’ve been STR hosts ourselves since 2011 and absolutely love using the platform for our own getaways. It’s always nice to be hosted by true professionals and Brenda was amazing from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back to enjoy the pool again. Thank you for having us!

We enjoyed our stay at Steve's place. Clean and well equipped house with many amenities. We enjoyed outdoor pool and BBQ as well as being minutes away from beautiful Naples beach. I recommend it if you plan to visit beautiful Naples.

Check in went very smoothly. The home was just as described, very clean, and ready for our family to settle in. The amenities were nice, beds were comfy, and the pool was refreshing. We especially liked the quiet little bonus room at the back of the house with the sofa and TV. Perfect spot for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. We took advantage of the beach stuff (chairs, towels, and sand toys) as well as the bikes and games in the garage. My daughter also loved the little gecko house by the front door! It was overall a great stay for all of us!

Had an absolutely wonderful time in Naples!!! What an amazing recovery that area has made after Hurricane Ian - there was very little evidence of such a strong storm going through there. This was an absolutely fabulous family vacation for my wife and I, and our three older kids aged 18, 20, and 22 - plus our little dog Kobi!! So appreciative that this beautiful home welcomes doggies!! Was so much fun to get away with Kobi. What can I say? We left 6 degree weather in NJ and spent a week in paradise enjoying 80 degree weather. A couple things to highlight: location of the home is outstanding. A beautiful street on the water, so relaxing to sit out by the dock. Secondly, I would like to compliment Alexander on his responsiveness. We arrived on Christmas day, and had a problem figuring out the internet. Alex kindly came right over, on Christmas, to make sure we were up and running. I really appreciated that thoughtfulness. Great time, would love to go back!!

The house was wonderful. Very clean, great pool, and great location. We have rented many places throughout the years and this property management company was by far the best to work with. Extremely responsive and very friendly! Jon was awesome! Even went out of his way to help my son find a baseball game on TV. Would absolutely rent from them again!

The house was fabulous and better than the photos! We had family staying at the Hyatt Regency and this was the perfect location to meet up and be close. As a family, (ages 13-47) we spent the entire day at the house and everyone agreed, it was better than the Hyatt resort! There is a Publix grocery store and several many restaurants within an 8 minute drive. Also, I swoon for the hammock between two Pine trees. If we are lucky, we will come back for another stay!

Beautiful home with the most comfortable bed! Warm pool was luxurious and very private. The yard has TONS of potential and my dogs loved the space to run around. Very near Tin City and downtown, yet just minutes to Naples Botanical Gardens where I was attending an event. Felt very safe. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

David's home was absolutely perfect for our family visiting our child at Ave Maria University. Very clean and extremely comfortable beds! Felt safe with lots to do with the pool table and dart board and golf cart! Very responsive with any questions we had! Will definitely rent again!!

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-appointed and immaculately clean the home was. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The outdoor space was truly the highlight— a beautiful pool, relaxing spa, and a fun putting green that kept everyone entertained. Whether we were soaking up the sun by the pool or unwinding in the spa under the stars, it felt like our private oasis. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Inside, the home was stylishly furnished with high-end touches and had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were cozy, and the living areas were perfect for gathering.

We enjoyed our stay, the home was easy to find, easy to access and in a great location with lots of amenities in close proximity. Fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Pool was lovely and the home has a great patio area for lounging on an evening. Lots of outdoor furniture to choose from. Night lights in the bathrooms and kitchen were great. Lots of equipment at the ready for use at the beach as well as bikes. Adequately equipped with towels and beach towels. Place was clean and tidy on arrival. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed at Jesse’s place for a week with 4 adults and an infant. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area! The house was the perfect set us up for us which is not always the case while traveling with a baby! Jesse had thought of everything you may need during your stay and made it readily available. Jesse was also very responsive and proactive with reminders as needed.

This place is great, with lots of spacious, clean rooms. We’ve done AirBnB’s in Naples yearly for a while and Dara’s place was the best for our needs. The pool faces south giving a lots of sunshine while still offering a large shaded space. In addition to the 3 bedrooms is a large den with a big flat screen TV, so I could sneak off when the wife and adult kids (yes, they still vacation with us 😉) are on a Vampire watching binge. Dara was very attentive and helpful. We’ll likely be back!

Wonderful house, perfect for family. Pool really convenient and heated, and the fenced backyard was really fun for the kids and our puppy. They provided plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and games in the house. You don’t need anything else if going on a getaway with the family, and super closes to main grocery stores, restaurants and 5’ to the beach.

This house on Yellowbird exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable and clean as we expected-but the unexpected things were what set it apart. We loved having access to the pool area from various places in the house. The kids had their own “wing” with a bathroom and door. There’s a window from the kitchen where we served up Taco Tuesday tacos and margs. The house is well located & we used the supplied bikes a lot to get ice cream and lunch. There were chairs and beach supplies for beach day. The pool area is awesome. We could even (almost) see sunset from the pool. We loved our stay!!

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Julia's cottage. It is in a beautiful setting with huge trees, yet minutes from groceries and conveniences. Walkable neighborhood. The house is spacious and airy and impeccably clean. Very nice decor which lends to the peaceful getaway feeling. We were there for a combo of remote work and birding and nature. It was very convenient for Sanibel, Corkscrew and dinner/beach in Naples. We loved Estero and hope to return next year.

All the reviews on this home are very accurate. Hosts were very communicative. House was exactly as pictured and within a short walking distance to the beach and immaculate. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again. The only negative comments I would make is that the description of bedroom 2 states 'full' beds and they are not. Beds are twin so if you're looking to sleep 2 people in one bed that's not going to work. Also, the lounges by the pool are wonderful if you're not a senior. We were a group of seniors who had hard time getting out of the chairs, however, it made for a lot of laughs, especially after a few wines. Overall super place t stay.

We had a wonderful family trip while staying in Shelia’s home! You cannot beat the location. We walked to dinner & breakfast each day. Tons of stuff to do in the area, clean place, & Shelia checks in often to make sure everything was great. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful house in convenient location! Neighborhood was quiet and the pool was great! Host was very responsive when we had a couple of minor issues (that were addressed immediately). We very much enjoyed our first snowbird experience!!

We had so much at this cute little place! Our kids got to see lizards on the property and we loved having our mornings out on the screened in porch! The location is close to shops and grocery stores as well as the beach and local activities. It was very clean and well kept with the absolutely gorgeous views of palm trees and tropical flowers! A great place at a great value! The host was super kind and responsive to all my messages and we look forward to booking with Carla again on the future!
