Niezwykle klimatyczne miejsce. Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy, żeby zwiedzić okolicę. W pobliżu znajdują się dobre restauracje. Miejsce w którym można wypocząć, niedaleko do morza, o wiele spokojniej niż na samym wybrzeżu. Dzieciom najbardziej podobały się koty.

Merve Hanım çok yardımsever ve canayakındı. Her konuda yardımcı oldu. Ev temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Çok memnun kalınacak bir konaklama idi. Mutlaka tavsiye ederim.

Uzun süreli konakladığımız bu ev çok huzurlu ve sakin geçti. Levent bey bize çok yardımcı oldu, sorularımıza hızlı bir şekilde dönüş yaptı. Elimizde olsa tatilimizi daha da uzatacağımız çok keyifli bir zaman geçirdik. Her şey için tekrar teşekkürler.

Kerem's place provides great value for money. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and Kerem provides video instructions for how to reach it (having a vehicle is highly recommended for getting around). By car, we visited beaches in Oludeniz, Sarigerme and Katranci. The property has views of the bay and the mountains behind and the kids loved the swing, the garden and the cat visitors. The property is tended to by helpful support staff and the pool is cleaned daily. Perhaps because it was end of the season, we needed to get to the shops for basics (dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, regular coffee, more toilet paper). The property was clean and simply furnished. Thanks Kerem for hosting us.

This is our 5th time to Dalyan and we have stayed in hotels and villas. Villa Misli Blue is by far the best so for. Valentin the host was great he went above and beyond to help us, even when my husband smashed his phone, Valentin took it away and got it fixed for us. He checked in regularly to see if we needed anything but also respected our privacy. The house itself is perfect, everything you need and more, from a well equipped kitchen to all cleaning products provided(very generous) to water bottles delivered at unbelievable low price. The house is pristine and stylish and the garden and pool are beautiful and private, I hope you love cats ❤️ The house is close to town (5min walk) but still feels fairly quiet thanks to the mature gardens enclosing the pool and shady veranda. There is a shop selling all the basics 2 mins away. The proof as they say is in the pudding! We have already booked again for 2025. Thank you Valentin.

Ailemle konakladık, ihtiyaç duyulan herşey fazlasıyla bulunmaktaydı, temiz ve düzenliydi. Keyifli vakit geçirdik tavsiye ederim...

Öncelikle erkek arkadaşımla yapmış olduğumuz ilk tatilimizdi ve haliyle endişeli ve heyecanlıydık ama Seda hanım ve eşi Tayfun bey bizi rezervasyon yaptığımız andan tatilimizin sonuna kadar büyük bir misafirperverlikle karşıladılar. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi birebir aynısı. Temizlik ve düzen dört dörtlüktü. Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik.Ayrıca şehrin yabancısı olduğumuz için Seda hanımın bize önerileri çok faydalı oldu ve tavsiye ettiği mekanlardan da ayrıca memnun kaldık. Tekrar Fethiye’ye yolumuz düşerse kesinlikle hiç düşünmeden ilk tercihimiz olacaktır.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Great location apartment was spotless. We couldn’t get tv to work and Canan’s brother arrived within minutes to sort out the problem. Would recommend. Thank you Canan for a lovely stay .

Это самое уютное жилье, которое я когда-либо снимал в Фетхие! Мы с семьей ощущали себя как дома! Совершенно точно могу рекомендовать. Профессионализм, отзывчивость и гостеприимство хозяев не имеет равных в моем рейтинге арендодателей Фетхие! Вокруг дома сад с цитрусовыми и мы были в сезон, когда зреют апельсины, при заселении нас ждал небольшой, но неожиданный сюрприз - корзина апельсинов, что очень кстати было с дороги. Так же смело можете выбирать это жилье, если у вас собачка. Хозяева - собачники.

Это чудесное место, тишина и благодать. Особенно удивительно, насколько комфортные условия для жизни удалось создать хозяину посреди полей и гор. Все было отлично - светло, чисто, тепло, все пожелания были учтены. Очень понравилась красивая посуда и полотенца, в целом все подобрано приятно и со вкусом. Хотелось бы остаться подольше. Очень завидовали тем, кто приезжает в сезон, когда тепло и открыто кафе, потому что нам бы хотелось завтракать внизу на территории. Мы очень благодарны за возможность побывать у вас, спасибо за гостеприимство!

Safa's apartment was an amazing choice. Located in a very nice central Fethiye but also in a reaidential private area. Lots of restaurants, shops, banks and a huge shipping mall 10 min walking distance from the house. Safa was an extremely kind and helpful host. I got great recommendations for any local place and also advised a lot with the public transport. Always asked if I needed anything, very thoughtful. He also waited for me until late evening and picked me up I'm person from the Fethiye bus station. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable and peaceful. I've had a great night sleep. Everything was within a walking distance. I highly recommend to stay at Safa's.

Öncelikle Melek Hanım’a çok hızlı iletişimi için teşekkür ediyorum. 2 aile olarak misafir olduk. Bizleri anne ve babası karşıladı ve gerçekten kendimizi evimizde hissettik :) özellikle küçük çocuklarımız için rahat hareket edecekleri geniş bir ortam vardı gerek evin içinde gerekse evin bahçesinde. Özetle temizliği düzeni her şey çok iyiydi, emeklerinize sağlık çok teşekkür ediyoruz :)

Öncelikle Aydın Bey’e misafirperverliği için teşekkür ederiz. Ev gayet büyük ve tertemizdi . 3 yatak odasında gerek yataklar gerekse yastık , pike vs her şey düşünülmüştü . Her odada gömme dolap var . Mutfak her türlü ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı . Bahçesi gayet bakımlıydı. Özellikle barbekü ve oturma alanı çok hoşumuza gitti. Üst katta ev sahibi olmasına karşı bizi rahat ettirmek için ne bahçeyi kullandılar nede en ufak gürültü çıkardılar . Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik . Evde hem salonda hemde yatak odasında klima mevcut. Aracı olan için asla sorun değil ama eğer araçsız gelecekseniz evin konumu plaja 1200 metre . Sıcakta yürümek biraz zor olabilir . Çok güzel ve sakin bir tatil geçirdik. Gönül rahatlığıyla evi kiralayabilirsiniz. Aydın bey’e tekrar teşekkür ederiz.🙏

We had a great stay at Mutlu’s place. It was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Mutlu is a very responsive host and gave us good instructions upon arrival. For us, it was a good location to explore the area with the car, as it is close to the Main Street and parking is no hassle at all. Since there is not too much within walking distance, would definitely recommend a car. WiFi was sometimes a bit weak. We can really recommend this place!

İlk defa uygulama üzerinden yer ayarladık. Şaban Bey çok iyi bir ev sahibi hayatımda bu kadar temiz bir otel/apart görmedim. hersey anlatılanlardan da harika. evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz hersey mevcut. Öludenize fethiye merkeze plajlara vb yerlere yakın. konum olarak çok güzel, sakın tam kafa dinlemelik. cocuklar çok mutlu oldu havuzdan hiç çıkmak istemediler . akşamları hava çok güzel oluyor hiç bunaltıcı bir hava yoktu. havuz başında akşamları uzun uzun oturup çayınızı kahvenizi icebiliyorsunuz.

La villa est très bien entretenue. La cours est intime et tranquille. La piscine était propre. La cuisine bien équipée. Climatisation et chauffage dans chaque chambre. Pas loins du centre de Dalyan.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Villa. Check in erfolgte nach Absprache früher als angegeben. Das war für uns zeitlich perfekt. Serkan hat es passend gemacht. Auch wurde sich ehrlich um unsere Zufriedenheit bemüht. Die Villa ist ein Traum! Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber. Von allen Zimmern aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Große Bodentiefe Doppelfenster. Mann kann von der Unterkunft aus runter zu einer kleinen einsamen Bucht laufen. Das Haus ist ziemlich abgelegen. Wir sind öfters zum Kaputaș Beach gefahren. Ein Traum von einer Bucht. Wir hatem Glück und sind auf ein gutes Restaurant gestoßen wo wir uns entweder Essen zum Strand mitgenommen haben oder auf dem Heimweg... Asir Restaurant. Sehr empfehlenswert. liegt auf dem weg zum Kaputaș Beach oder am Patara Beach.. preisleistung super für die tolle Qualität die man bekommt. Öncelikle Cevat Bey ve eşi Songül Hanıma tatil sürecimizde bize gösterdikleri ilgi ve güler yüzleri için teşekkür ederiz. İhtiyacımız olan şeyleri tedarik etme konusunda oldukça yardımcı oldular örneğin su ısıtıcı bozulduğunda hemen yenisi ile değiştirdiler. Havuz oldukça güzel ve temizdi, her gün temizliği sağlandı. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi gayet sevimli ve sıcaktı :) Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Konumu açısından Göcek Yat Limanına yakın olmasının avantajı ile yat turu yapılabilir, yakındaki İnlice Plajına gidilebilir fakat farklı aktiviteler için araç ile gelinmesi uygun olur. Bir yere gitmeyip evde kalıp havuz keyfi yapmak ve sakinliğin tadını çıkarmak isteyenler için oldukça iyi bir tercih 👌🏻

Right from the time we first contacted Derek a year ago, Derek has always been very quick in responding to any questions we had. The Villa was perfect for our party of 8, nice and quiet, very big and ideal with the two kitchens. The villa is up quite a steep hill, however taxi button directly outside and very reasonably priced to get to local amenities. Derek was on hand whenever you needed him and dealt with any concerns we had immediately. We would not hesitate to recommend these Villas to anyone looking for an affordable self catering/Villa holiday to a beautiful area of Turkey.

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!
