Una casa cómoda y bien ubicada. Todo funcionaba bien dentro de la casa. Los baños y las camas cómodas. Nos gustó la ubicación, es aislado del ruido, perfecto para relajarse y pasar unos días tranquilos en contacto con la naturaleza. A la salida del vecindario, tienes restaurantes, supermercado, farmacias, etc. Alojamiento esta aproximadamente a menos de 30 min del downtown de hots Springs. Robert fue muy atento desde antes de llegar hasta que salimos, no hubo ningun inconveniente. Realmente la pasamos bien y sin duda volveríamos a quedarnos.

The site is beautiful. Walking trails and next to the cafe which has amazing food! It’s in the middle of Mena and Waldron so expect to drive 25-30 to town. But if you’re looking for an affordable place thats clean and an amazing host then look no further. There are also nearby ATV and jeep trails. Lots of fishing places and recreation sites in the forest/mountains. And the views!!! Absolutely stunning. We went for a wedding and had 8 people with us. It was an amazing stay!

Our family travels extensively throughout the year, and have visited the Hot Springs area multiple times. This was our first time staying at this rental or in the Lake Ouachita area. This rental is secluded on a hill overlooking the water. Even though there are neighbors, it feels very private. The porches were are favorite place to drink coffee, grill, or just enjoy the scenery. We spent many a night in the hot tub, and our three daughters loved the downstairs game room and living space. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. The entire home is a great size for a family, or even multiple families. The rental was well appointed with everything we needed for our visit. Also, even though you are secluded you are less than 20 minutes from all the Hot Spring attractions, and less than 15 minutes from Wal-Mart in case you need anything. It is a beautiful home, and Eric was gracious host who tended to our every need. We will definitely be back next year.

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples, enjoyed our stay at Julie and Rory’s place. Everything went smoothly and we felt right at home. Any help or questions we had, they were happy to assist and went beyond our expectations. You will love this place and the atmosphere is exactly what we wanted in a weekend get away. We had a wonderful stay with our two dogs. It was great finding a pet friendly place as we always take them on vacation with us. The space was clean and tidy. It had both modern touches and a cozy feel. I really appreciated that Jesse reached out to check on us after a tornado warning came through. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful home! The decor is classy but fun. Each room is beautifully detailed. Not one space was overlooked. Very spacious, warm and cozy rooms. Super stocked kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room. They thought of everything and did not skimp on anything! So thoughtful and creative. Beautiful outside area with multiple spaces to cook, relax, visit with each other, enjoy the lake view and sit around the awesome fire pit. Thanks for the complimentary S’more fixins’! Pleasant surprises at every turn. Close enough to downtown Hot Springs. We shopped, had lunch and enjoyed the baths and spa. The perfect girls’ birthday get-a-way! Vernon quickly responded from beginning to end. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

We loved Carrie’s place. Everything was what was shown and listed. It was very peaceful, quiet and breathtaking views.

This was a beautiful condo at a beautiful location! we have 0 complaints, the only tiny issue we had was the code for the TV never worked but we just used our computer instead. We would stay here again

It was an excellent stay . We picked a weekend where the weather was terrible but the house was comfortable enough to stay in and enjoy the house despite the weather . Christopher was very sweet and helpful. Answered the phone every time I called with no hesitation. Overall 10/10

I felt right at home. This home is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats come by and the sunset. Love this place definitely will be back. Location was close to restaurants nearby attractions.

We had a great stay! The house was private and in a convenient location to the state parks and Hot Springs National Park. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and reading in a quiet setting too! The house was super clean and the beds were so comfortable. Thanks for an awesome stay!

OMC!!! This was the cutest flat I have ever stayed in! The vibe was happy and exciting! Host was remarkable in working with my schedule! Host made sure that everything was stocked! The kitchen is fully ready for any eating or cooking with all types of appliances! She even has a basket of snakes! And the bathroom even had a first aid kit! It just Felt like home! Even the covered porch had seating that was comfy and continued the awesome vibe. Parking was a breeze! I hope this property is always available when my business takes me to Hot Springs!!
