I’ve been staying in Airbnbs for the past 18 months, and Kathryn’s place was the very best place I have stayed. Not only is it beautiful inside, but everything about the place is top notch. The furnishings and bedding are high quality. It doesn’t feel like a rental. Kathryn and Martin are delightful hosts. There is nothing they haven’t thought of to make you feel welcome and right at home. You will love this spot in Boulder.❤️

Great place—very clean and exactly like the pictures! The instructions were clear and helpful. The host also gave great recommendations for places to check out, which was much appreciated. The only issue was communication. When I asked about an early check-in, my message was read but never answered. Then, at check-in time, the cleaning crew was still there. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but improved communication would be helpful for future guests. Overall, I would book again!

Hands down best AirBnb I've ever stayed at! Place feels like a luxury hotel with all the small details (towels folded nicely, great smells, clean feel, etc.). Must stay here for any Winter Park trip (~5 min drive to mountain and walking distance to restaurants). Kitchen was also fully stocked and has a grill in the balcony which was very appreciated.

Great spot and very accommodating, about as private as you can get when connected to someone’s house. They even made sure to shovel the dedicated parking spot, and the pinball machine is a great touch.

Cute place in scenic location near mountains with easy access to Boulder and highways. Very clean and it had everything that we needed during our stay. Will return in future if staying in Boulder area.

We had a great stay in WP. The condo was new with all the creature comforts, clean and comfortable, easy access to the ski hill and tons of activities and great food nearby. Will definitely plan on staying here again, Shawna and Steve were excellent hosts.

Wonderful place to stay in Boulder. We were within a 10 minute drive of amazing hiking and Pearl St. There is a convenient Safeway nearby that had all the groceries we needed for the week. The place itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Definitely would book again when we come back!

Jennifer’s Airbnb is perfect in so many ways! The space is spotless and comfortable. It is below in the basement of her home but with your own entrance and many lights that make the entire place just wonderful! There are a lot of little touches including a fireplace you can just turn on and off. Kitchen is well stocked. This is my second visit and I will definitely be back!

Beautiful location that's very secluded. Home is well furnished and comfortable. Great host who was communicative. Perfect for a weekend away with my partner.

We absolutely loved this place! The house was impeccably clean, spacious, and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

My family of 4 spent spring break from Texas here & what a beautiful experience! It snowed a lot during our stay, so the views were breathtaking. The home was decorated to perfection with cozy beds, towels, nice appliances & plenty of cooking supplies for nice meals up on the mountain with my kids. Smart TVs in every room, shovels for the snow with salt, snacks & refreshments.. these hosts really thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back!!

Loved staying here! Super cozy and clean with beautiful surroundings and lots of thoughtful touches. The sunroom is so lovely. Obviously amazing access to many trails nearby. Get pizza at Toss, a cocktail at Gold Dirt and bagels at Decent! Audrey was a great host.

Amy's place was conveniently located for our ski trip. The place was very clean and comfortable. Amy provided good instructions and made us feel welcomed. We would stay there again!

Thanks so mucho to Ben and Michelle. They were so attentive to my needs and questions about the place. Their place was so cozy and warm with a lot of board games which we did not use because we were exhausted from skiing lol. The BEST LOCATION. The apartment was comfortable and the bed was cozy. It was just the right amount of space for myself (or even 2 people). The location was great because within about 15 minutes, you could get to lots of different locations including downtown boulder. It was also super close to a grocery store and some other food spots! The walls are a little thin so sometimes, you could hear the neighbors especially the ones above (a few times at 1am - I think they might work a late shift) but even with that, the place was overall very quiet and I would still recommend!

You can’t get more convenient as you walk out the door and are at the lift. The place was as advertised and a good option for our family of two adults and two young kids

Perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park/Fraser. Besides being in ana amazing location this condo is tucked away slightly so you can truly enjoy the peacefulness of Fraser. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit.

The place is incredibly nice with great amenities. The host is very active and helpful. I would highly recommend it for 4 people. However, I would suggest having your own car, since there aren’t many buses or public transportation options around. Having a car makes it much easier to get around and fully enjoy the area. Would definitely recommend this place!
