Great house and very comfortable in Türkbuku. Gets a bit noisy from the music in town after 7pm but amazing views from the house and very roomy and spacious place inside.

We had a lovely stay at Erkan's place. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The layout of the place was very user friendly and the house was spacious for our family needs. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk into the town centre where there was lots to do and see. Erkan was a great host, very helpful and responsive when we needed anything.

Really enjoyed this beautiful place and it was the perfect home to host a large family Very much enjoyed the pool and living area spaces which are very spacious. The location is great as there are many different villages to go to in Bodrum area and I felt this was perfect. Amazing home. Highly recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt, als Familie mit zwei Kindern, in dieser Villa war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse/dem Garten ist wirklich beeindruckend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Die Villa liegt in einer gated community, was uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und gepflegt, ideal zum Entspannen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Vermieter, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Seine Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht; ein perfekter Vermieter!!! Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Very cosy place. The pool was great. Visited during the off-season so it was very quiet and calm.

Excellent location near many fantastic restaurants (our favorite was right next door with amazing sea food). A bit noisy due to the restaurants around but with the door closed it was fine. Right down to the beach so a quick morning or anytime swim was in reach. Responsive and very helpful host.

We had a really great time staying at Leo’s place. The garden is lovely and we spent hours relaxing there. The kids really like playing with Leo’s cats and dogs and I have to say they were extremely well behaved, not trying to get in the house or begging for food. I get eczema from cats and dogs so I was a bit worried about that at first, but it turned out to be fine because they never come inside and didn’t seem to try and sleep on the outdoor furniture either. Leo brought us fresh eggs and grapes from his garden, and using the kitchen was easy. The location is outside the main town in the middle of Kos island and we had a rental car, so close enough to everywhere if you are driving, and far enough away to be relaxing. There are a couple supermarkets and markets within a few minutes drive if you want to cook at home. Highly recommended for a young family whose kids are keen to swim in the plunge pool and play in the garden. Great time thanks Leo!

It was the best airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The boat attendant Doğan was super professional, polite, kind and helpful. Also the boat looks so much better than on the pictures. I fell in love with Bodrum and first of all cause of staying on this boat. I was staying in a hotel with a beach for the first couple of days, it was 10 times more expensive, but the boat experince was so much better.

Nice and calm, the swimming pool was recently redone, the grounds are well kept. The apartment itself is simple and functional, it fits a family of 5 easily. A good pick in this price range.

What an amazing place, and what an amazing host! The house is ideal, with everything you could need and more, and the location - whilst remote - is simply stunning. There is everything you need close by too, with a big and affordable supermarket down the road, beaches and restaurants close and public transport surprisingly convenient (into Bodrum and the fantastic Milas). Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as nice… David and his cohost Erhan were proactive, helpful and beyond generous too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Superbe semaine passée sur l’île de Kos grâce aux précieux conseils notre hôte Serge qui nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Son amour pour l’île de Kos est contagieux et grâce à lui, nous avons vécu une expérience authentique et inoubliable. La villa est idéalement située et dispose de nombreuses prestations très bien entretenues.

Our stay was lovely, the place was clean, and the staff were really nice, lovely pool, and good restaurant, we had a 10% discount on all items on the menu, we recommend their special breakfast with great varieties, we had it almost every day of our stay. good parking space, good location, there is a lovely street on the sea with restaurants and souvenir shops behind the compound, highly recommend this place if you're looking to have a great time in Bodrum. thumbs up !

A wonderful villa with sea and bay view from the terrace. It has a private pool and a beautiful courtyard. It was very clean and smelled good. Tracey was very friendly and welcoming. She was very flexible with checkin and check out time. She welcomed us and showed us around. She was very helpful with local tips. She helped me with the car rental, and advised me few restaurants nearby. We truly enjoyed all her advices. This villa is quite big enough for large families. The pool is sparkling clean and well equipped with all kind of pool toys for kids. Terrace of the villa is just amazing with the stunning view and breeze. I have no single negative point during our entire stay. For sure will come back again. I would like to thank you Tracey once again being so nice and helpful during our stay. All the best :)

Amazing villa with the best sunset view! We have stayed at villa for 9 nights and enjoyed it at the fullest. One of the best accommodations we have stayed in Europe and Turkey. Here are our main highlights: 1) Hatice is a very nice and friendly host. She replied to all our questions very fast and helped us with all our wishes during our stay. 2) The villa itself is very clean, and have all the necessarily things to feel like at home (3 separate bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, pool, garden and amazing view) 3) The villa locates 10-15 min drive by car from nice beaches. We haven’t gone by walk, and we think it is the best to have a car if you rent this villa. If you don’t have a car it might be problematic to reach the village and the sea. Once again huge thank you for the hospitality. We wish to come one day.

The house and a view were like a dream. The owner of the house were gorgeous very helpfull, friendly and very kind. House and pool were very clean and tidy. We found everything in the house whatever we need it even Weber barbeque. Our seven months old son and as are very happy to spend our very first summer holiday together in Veronika’s splendid house. This is the perfect house for a large group or family. Firstly, the house is incredibly spacious, which means even if you’re with a large group or family, you can be guaranteed a good nights sleep! Also, of all the villas / hotels I’ve stayed in, this has got to be the most convenient. You have the tranquility of a peaceful, rural location with stunning views, yet at the same time, the beach and Tigaki (which is a really cool little town with amazing restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shops) are all within 10 minutes walking distance. It’s also handy for the bus to Kos. Just a great house and location. We couldn’t have asked for more.
