House was amazing, close to shops and beach. Just was very responsive

Delightful and peaceful base for a weekend exploring the Mornington National Park. It’s a short drive to the start of some great walking tracks. The house was perfect for us with an upstairs for teens to relax and a large space downstairs to gather the group. Backyard and deck is a lovely space to watch the birds. We all enjoyed our time here.

Such a an amazing property that housed 13 of us girls for a nice weekend getaway. Very lavish and modern feel. Lots of restaurants and cafes only few minutes drive away. And not too far from the pier and beach. Only wish that the pool was more bigger to be swimmable, although it was very nicely heated. We had to move all the rubbish from the previous hens party (assuming it was the previous weekend) in the bins to the curb on our last day, which was inconvenient because we barely had enough space for any of our rubbish. Had to take a few bags home. But besides that, we would definitely come to stay again!

Recently stayed at Sunset on the Hill with friends for a golf trip. It was an amazing weekend with the accommodation being the perfect location, size and setup for our group. Kristen communicated well and everything was as described and expected. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

This is a gorgeous place to stay. The house is really beautiful with lots of interesting spaces and it is so light, spacious, and inviting. Bedrooms all comfortable. The stand out is the spa and pool, we loved being able to use both, the pool was deep and a comfortable temperature. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay, the views are stunning anytime of the day. We loved the pool/spa and billiard table. The house is very comfortably furnished, has a well equipped kitchen and was spotlessly clean. Debbie is very quick to respond with any queries.

The house was great, beautiful and very spacious. Location was perfect being within walking distance to the beach. Loved the pool and outdoor BBQ area. We could not quite figure out how the heated pool worked but that didn’t matter as the weather was quite warm. Also induction cooktop was not working but that didn’t matter too much as we used the BBQ. Communication with host was great and every inquiry was answered promptly. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was incredibly clean, with super comfortable beds and spacious living areas that were perfect for our large family group. The well-equipped BBQ area made meals enjoyable and easy to prepare. Access to the Wyndham Resort next door was a fantastic bonus, giving us the use of a tennis court, a gym, and both indoor and outdoor pools. The location couldn’t have been better – just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a pleasant 15-minute stroll into town, where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets to explore. For some waves, the main surf beach is only a 5-minute drive away. We truly couldn’t fault our stay. Everything was perfect, and we’d love to return! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and family-friendly getaway.

Loved our stay at Barwon Heads. The house was clean and the beds were super comfy. A well appointed kitchen made self catering easy when we didn't want to brave the Easter crowds. Fabulous location close to the river and our dog Baxter loved the back yard with plenty of space to sniff and play.

Great location near the beach and walking distance to Mentone town centre.

We all had a great stay, especially our dog Arty. Ben was a superb host. Nothing was a hassle. Wish we had more time there. The pool was the perfect length and depth and the solar heating was so easy to use. Cheers Ben!

Our second time staying at Rebecca’s lovely place in Shoreham. Such a cosy, homely place to stay. Plenty of room for our family of 5.

We had a great stay at Seafarers Cottage. Very Doggo friendly! They even had a doggy care package on arrival, very nice. All the rooms were comfortable and the games room in the bungalow out the back was a great space. We also utilised the hot outdoor shower when we got back from the beach. The property is very secure for the dog if we were to leave him at any stage. Really awesome stay! Thank you to the Ocean Blue Rentals team for accommodating a later checkout and for locating a left behind item that had us all in a panic for a bit! Would recommend Seafarers Cottage 💯

Nick's place was absolutely wonderful! The house was spacious and truly family-friendly, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. What really stood out was Nick himself - he was an exceptional host who responded almost immediately whenever we had questions. He also kept us updated on everything we needed to know throughout our stay. The communication was seamless and made our experience stress-free. Would definitely recommend this place to families looking for a comfortable home away from home!

Our stay at Doris's place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was not only spotless and stylish, mirroring the photos perfectly, but it was also incredibly welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the milk,sugar and well-stocked kitchen, which made us feel right at home. The location was ideal as well. Doris was a brilliant host, always quick to respond to our questions and providing helpful information about the area. The check-in process was seamless, and we loved the convenience of the private entrance. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and centrally located place to stay in Jan Juc , very close to Torquay. We can't wait to return!

We were there for a birthday the place was clean, tidy and welcoming. It had all of the facilities we would expect. We had a great time with our family and would do it again. The bungalow in particular was a great space for young ones.

The property was exactly what we expected and more. All rooms are a generous size with clean and comfy beds. The upstairs Living / Dining catered for all guests with beautiful views from the upstairs balcony. We all loved the heated plunge pool, easy access from the house and the outdoor shower was a bonus. Host answered all our questions promptly and made our stay a wonderful experience.

Highly recommend. From enquiry to end of stay, our experience was nothing but positive. Jo was the most delightful host. Her love for the property and joy for others to experience it was felt throughout all of her communications. Everything was proactively explained in detail. The property was peaceful, spacious, a luxurious rural retreat. It was equipped with every item that you would need. Even carrots to feed the horses! The veranda wraps around the beautiful weatherboard homestead with the main feature being the solar heated infinity edge pool. An outstanding space to take in the surrounds and let life pass you by. Mitch and Co, a 5minute drive away offered delicious coffee. Mount Martha market and beach for a little outing. However, it is hard to peel yourself away from the homestead. Days basking by the pool. Nights of bbqs and kids playing cricket in the gorgeous tree lined driveway. Lifetime memories have been made. Thank you Jo for allowing us to enjoy your property

What a beautiful home on offer! So much space and smart layout. We are two family staying so everyone had their own space. Perfect location close to supermarket, restaurants and outdoor soccer pits nearby. Thank you for having us!

This house was Amazing, so clean and lots of stuff to use. Lots of appliances. Clean Pool Clean rooms & spotless kitchen. Palm Trees at the front reminds me of A tropical Island. Everything was close to get to & quiet neighbourhood. Pool Was so warm outdoor area was so cosy My kids loved it & had a ball if I could give 100 stars I will. Definitely highly recommended & will be back again Thanks heaps :)

Our stay at Justin‘s was lovely. Very suitable for the six people who visited. The house was warm and very well fitted out. The beds were clean and comfortable. Overall, the property is bit tired but it certainly has everything you could need to enjoy a family stay especially in summer when you can use the pool and spa. Justine was most helpful.
