This one bedroom flat is situated in a quiet residential area of Ceske Budejovice (150 km from Prague) and has the benefit of fantastic and spacious internal facing terrace. The flat compromises airy open plan kitchen/living room and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge). The lounge has a LED TV. Wifi available. Bedroom is air conditioned. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Najdete ji v dubovo-borovicovém lese poblíž Borovan na jihu Čech v krásné přírodě nedaleko od Novohradských hor. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.
