한달 조금 넘게 생활했는데 호스트님도 너무 친절하시고 집도 깔끔하고 너무 좋았습니다 잘 지내다가 갑니다.

The weather was great, and it was a delightful trip. I rented a bike and enjoyed the Han River. The host was very accommodating and kindly kept my luggage during the cleaning time.

Vi trivdes mycket bra, sköna sängar, lagom stor lägenhet. Köket såg bra ut dock lagade vi ingen mat. Skönt med AC. Det enda vi kan tycka var negativt var avloppet på toaletten som luktade ibland.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this place. Despite its incredibly convenient location—surrounded by a variety of restaurants, shops, and with easy access to Gangnam, Seoul South Korea—the place was always quiet and peaceful, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. From the moment I checked in, I could feel the host's thoughtful attention to detail. The space was spotlessly clean and beautifully prepared, with everything I could possibly need thoughtfully provided. I especially appreciated the stylish, trendy touches and the fact that all amenities were new and carefully selected. This is a place I would confidently recommend to travelers from around the world. It’s safe, comfortable, and truly feels like a home away from home. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Jason, the host, who was incredibly responsive and clear in all his communication. Thanks to this lovely place and kind host, my vacation was both relaxing and memorable.

결혼식때문에 지방에서 올라오는 혼주식구수가 많아서 에어비엔비로 이용했습니다. 탁월한 선택이었습니다. 숙소 너무 깨끗하고 편하고 운영하시는 사모님이 매우 친절하셨습니다. 서울로 접근성도 매우 용이했습니다.

Very convenient location, comfortable beds. Has all the amenities a traveler would need. Be mindful of the shower wand placement or water will go outside the bathroom. For Americans, the dryer function takes 3x longer than at home so allow a min of 3.5 hrs for the dryer.

Yuri’s place was clean and conveniently located near good restaurants and attractions. She is extremely communicative and answers our questions thoughtfully. Her place was equipped with travel essentials such as chargers and toothbrushes. The building however lacks elevator and is located on a somewhat busy street with one exposure.

Grace was super helpful during our stay. The neighbourhood was very quiet and nice.

엄마 생신겸 가족들과 갔는데 다들 만족했어요 처음엔 1층과 2,3 층이 분리되어있어 당황했는데 코고는 남자들과 따로자니 고요하고 좋았네요~ 식기도 넉넉했고~ 아이들은 보드게임이며 책이며 놀거리가 많아서 심심할틈 없었네요~ 잘 놀다왔어요

The location was excellent. We found a fantastic BBQ restaurant nearby that was the best food we had in all of Seoul. Achi was an incredible host. Very attentive and gave great local recommendations. He even had a special treat delivered because I told him we were celebrating my parents 54th wedding anniversary. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The only caution is that if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues, you have to walk uphill slightly to get to the apartment and there are a couple of stairs to climb.

The apartment was just as listed. Clean, easy to get to, and well maintained. However, I do want to add a few items that are good to know for future visitors: 1) The beds are very firm so for someone like me who previously had back surgery; I woke with a fair amount of pain 2) The keypad on the front door can be tricky to turn on (it's possible the battery may have been dying and caused my issues but I had to mess with it for a bit to finally get the screen to populate the keypad) 3) It is on the third floor and there is no elevator (as posted) but be cautious. These are not normal steps. They are steep, they are uneven. The rise between steps fluctuates. So if you are traveling this younger children or bulky baby gear (we are) or anyone who may be unstable in anyway this could pose extra risk. Why am I still leaving five stars? 1) The space is clean! 2) The area is amazing! Walkability was fantastic. 3) The host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

전체적으로 숙소 컨디션 및 호스트의 친절도는 만족합니다 다만 숙소의 위치상 주변에 갈만한곳이 살짝 아쉽습니다 차로 이동해야한다는 단점이 있고 도보로 다니기에는 살짝 불편한점이 있습니다

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything, including the subway, the unit is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all the necessities. Host speaks English well and is exceptionally helpful. Definitely would come back. Thank you, Shinki, for making our time in Korea so pleasant.

Jay’s home is located near Mt. Dobong, one of Seoul’s most scenic and popular hiking destinations. The house is conveniently situated within a 10-minute walk from both Subway Line 1 and Line 7 stations. We stayed at Jay’s house as a family of five — two young children, a grandmother, and a couple. The home was very comfortable and made our time in Korea truly special. Jay was always kind and quick to respond. Thank you so much!

Overall, a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was modern looking, well-situated near a subway entrance and worked well for our family. We appreciated the early check-in that you were able to offer. Thank you again for providing the extra bedding (blankets and pillows) beyond what was included in the listing. The kids said this was the “fanciest hotel” that we stayed at during our trip in Seoul.
