Die Wohnung war wirklich super! Die Lage und der Ausblick auf Colombo waren toll und der Check in einfach. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight. Der flexible Check in war für uns ein großer Vorteil, da wir etwas früher ankamen und so direkt in die Wohnung konnten. Ein großes Dankeschön an Umendra und ihr Team. Wir würden wieder kommen!

It was great to stay at Raj House for a long time in Colombo. The host Hillary was so kind and thoughtful from check-in to check-out. The location of the accommodation was great, and it was comfortable and pleasant for the buyer's meeting. Bed is clean and make changing frequntly and clean house also. I would like to stay again when I come back on a business trip to Colombo.

The prime location (right by Marino Mall & Beach) offered unbeatable convenience for shopping, dining, and beach vibes. The host was exceptionally responsive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Her warmth and local tips added so much value! Nidaal’s place is in the center of Colombo, it was easy to reach everything we wanted to see by short Tuk Tuk rides! The place is very up high and you have great view over the city. The check is process is a bit complicated, but Nidaal explained everything well! The beds are comfortable, the air condition works perfectly! Nidaal is a very communicative host, she answers quickly and has a lot of tips!

5 Star Stay in Colombo – Truly Exceptional! We had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for 10 days, and it was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we booked, Neil stood out as the best communicator we’ve come across on Airbnb—always available, quick to respond, and incredibly supportive throughout our entire stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views of the city were absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be more convenient—perfect for getting around Colombo with ease. What really added to our experience was the amazing security and support staff. They were always polite, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had no issues with parking and were always allowed to use the guest parking area, which made coming and going so easy—especially since we often returned late at night or left early in the morning. Very good value for money. The apartment is large and well equipped. The pool and playground area was an added bonus too. We had a few requests and things to sort whilst we were there and Sandy was a fantastic host and helped us promptly. The only downside is that there isn't restaurants / shops within a close walk, a tuk tuk is needed. Not a huge issue but it worth mentioning. Would stay again.
