Penny's is a very sweet place great for anyone looking to explore East Nashville. Had everything we needed for two people visiting the area. The outdoor courtyard area is lovely and well kept. The house is in a great location, extremely walkable, quiet surroundings. Penny is warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is fantastic, close to everything (restaurants, shopping, interstate) and the house is comfortable. Gabriela is an excellent host. We will stay here again when we are back in town.

Perfect location for old gals overnight to Leipers Fork. The house is spotless with comfy furnishings, linens, etc. Hosts were responsive prior to visit with our few questions and all was above expectations! Peaceful surroundings and awesome firepit if you enjoy the outdoors. Close to Foxe and Locke and Leipers Fork Distillery. Thanks Keith !!

What a beautiful place! My sister and our 87 yo mom traveled to the area for a small family reunion and this house was everything we had hoped for! Comfortable home with plenty of room to visit, easy drive to Nashville (about a half hour) and a beautiful lake location. We enjoyed coffee on the back porch every day, watching ducks, geese, cormorants, pelicans, robins and cardinals. Everything in the listing is accurate and Teresa was very responsive.

This is the second time we have rented a condo from them. They were great to work with, and the condo was even better than expected!

Great host and place! Within close walking distance to Broadway/Bridgestone arena and about not too far from The Gulch. The apartment was clean, organized and met all our needs. We will definitely be coming back!

Ryan was a great host! He was quick to respond and extremely accommodating to our group! At first the building was a little confusing but Ryan gave super clear instructions which helped us locate the building with ease. The Airbnb was super cute and clean! It’s just like the photos! The location was perfect as it was walkable to everything.

Cute, cozy & clean cottage. We saw a friendly herd of deer as we left. Navigating the driveway took skill to turn our compact car; the video helped. We walked the boardwalk from the Mallard Point Park in Hendersonville to Moby Dicks for delicious seafood and friendly service.

we booked this unit midway through our vacation to get away from a different ABNB that didn't live up to expectations. Not only did Lindsey's unit surpass all our expectations, but she was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, understanding we were booking reactively. she was able to get us a parking spot hours before our check in time, and even got us in to our unit 2 hours earlier than advertised. the unit was spotless, and felt professionally cleaned like you would expect from a 4+ star hotel. we were able to book at a very very attractive rate, a rate lower than any hotel equivalent. only ten minute walk to Broadway, we were able to stroller our kids to and from without needing to Uber. I would stay here again, and my only regret is that I didn't select this unit for my entire stay. they have coffee, and laundry supplies included in the unit. this unit is perfect for two pairs of adults, but could very easily support 2 full families. Penthouse suite vibes BOOK IT!

Great place to stay! The place is comfortable, with a nice kitchen and plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils for cooking. The bathroom is was also great. There’s a couple of skylights that let it a lot of natural light. Check in was super easy!

It was great. My wife and I enjoyed the bed so much that we would like to know that make and model.

Our five-day stay provided our family of 4 with needed peace and relaxation. Grace and Martin are the ideal hosts for us; they respected our privacy, but were available when we needed anything and welcomed us into their lives. We loved being far enough away from Nashville to avoid the crowds and close enough to head to the city for the day. We especially loved the animals, the art, the porch and the comfy beds. Can’t recommend this property enough!

We had a great stay at Billy Goat Retreat! Jill and LJ are great hosts. Very responsive and made sure everything was going well for us. We enjoyed the fresh eggs everyday, visiting the goats and relaxing hot tub. The cabin is extraordinary and we hope to return someday. You won't be disappointed here, just book it.

Very nice place. Comfortable beds and a big couch. The hot tub was clean and kept warm. Host responded the questions very quickly. Highly recommended.

I am thankful so much to Patrick for opening his wonderful cabin up to us for our spring break trip! It was the epitome of Southern comfort and helped make our Nashville stay very memorable!

Austin was a great host. Very responsive and made it easy for us. Their family has a desire to share their beautiful property and they steward it well. 35-40 minutes from downtown Nashville but this property is private, quiet and serene in the rolling hills of TN.
