È stato un soggiorno fantastico. Michael un host gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci siamo pentiti di aver passato lì solo una notte. Davvero tutto stupendo

Appartement bien situé dans la zone géographique souhaitée, au centre du village permettant un accès facile à tous les commerces. Par contre, il est situé sur une route d'accès principal à la station Le Breuil- Cervinia émanant beaucoup de bruits des véhicules circulant sur cet axe. De ce fait, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du balcon mais l'appartement est bien isolé. Joli appartement, propre et fonctionnel dans une résidence qui l'était tout autant. Accès directs à certains sentiers de randonnées. Notre charmante interlocutrice Daiana a été réactive à nos messages et a été très aimable lors de nos rencontres. Elle transmets de bons conseils dans divers domaines : randonnées, visites, etc...

Ein wunderschöner und wirklich besonderer Ort mit toller Aussicht. Abgelegen und ruhig und trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto möglich, wenn es normale Bodenfreiheit und Breite hat, zu Fuß nach Mergozzo und zum See in ca. 30 min. Tolle Wandermöglichkeiten, auch direkt vom Haus aus oder in der näheren Umgebung. Bademöglichkeiten am Mergozzosee an verschiedenen Stellen oder an den anderen Seen - Maggiore, Orta.... Sehenswürdigkeiten bestaunen, Städtchen entdecken, in engen Gassen schlendern, Ausflüge machen oder einfach auf der großen Terrasse chillen und Sonne genießen... alles möglich. Das Haus hat alles was es braucht, Patrizia ist super nett, auch ihre Familie ist herzlich und gastfreundschaftlich, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt hier war einfach großartig! Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich herzlich und gastfreundlich. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – sehr gemütlich und stilvoll. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts gefehlt hat. Wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Appartement ist zweigeteilt wodurch es zwei Badezimmer und Aufenthaltsbereiche gibt in denen man sich aufhalten kann. Es war angenehm ruhig und der See mit Blick auf die Insel in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gibt ein Kanu mit drei Sitzen das ihr ausleihen könnt, macht davon unbedingt gebrauch!

We arrived at Roberto's wonderful property, being met by Andrea, who spoke perfect English, to gain easy access. Booking, and subsequent communication with Andrea/Roberto, were straight forward. This was the beginning of a fabulous holiday in the Alps. The property was clean, HUGE, traditional, well located and immaculately presented. Our children revelled in the outdoor spaces. A 15 min drive (car essential) to the supermarket and local shops, were everything Italian could be had. An excellent stay for us. Roberto and Andrea even helped us escape from the area during an incredible storm. Thank you Roberto/Andrea. Steve and Ariel.

Throughout our visit, communication was excellent. Maurizio responded immediately to any questions we had, making us feel completely supported. The warmth and hospitality we experienced here gave us a true taste of Italian family-style welcome. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort with authentic Italian hospitality, look no further. We couldn't recommend this home and these hosts more highly!

Eine super Unterkunft mit einem sehr schönen Garten und toller Aussicht über das Tal. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit weg (ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuss). Sehr zu empfehlen für einige Tage im Aostatal.

luchiano's appartment is perfect for a ski vacation in pila ski resort

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances de ski et rando avec nos 2 amis et leurs 2 chiens dans cette maison. Sabrina a toujours été très réactive et nous a bien acceuilli et conseillé tout au long du séjour. Nous avons trouver la maison très propre et joliement décorée avec tout le confort. Il y a beaucoup de place et énormément de possibilitées de rangements. La maison possède également un jardin cloturé, très pratique pour les animaux à 4 pattes, une grande terrasse et un long balcon. Pour les voitures, nous avons pu profiter des 2 garages sous la maison. L'endroit est très calme et situé dans les hauteurs d'Aoste. Ideale pour le ski, rando et parapente autour d'Aoste.

Casa singola su due piani con giardino ampio recintato perfetto per i nostri cani che viaggiavano con noi. Host sempre disponibile e gentilissima. A 10 minuti di auto da Aosta, posizione comodissima per muoversi all’interno della splendida regione Valle D’Aosta! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Grazie Danielle.

Questo appartamento ha superato tutte le aspettative! L’alloggio è pulito, accogliente e completamente attrezzato – persino meglio che nelle foto. La posizione è meravigliosa, un luogo davvero incantevole. Tutti i servizi (riscaldamento, acqua, gas) funzionavano perfettamente. Un ringraziamento speciale alla padrona di casa Mirella – incredibilmente gentile, sempre disponibile e pronta ad aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta. Ci ha accolto con grande cordialità e ha fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno confortevole. Lo consiglio di cuore!

Notre fils de 2 ans et demi ne cesse de nous dire qu’il souhaite retourner chez Lilla Pour nous aussi ce fut une belle rencontre; d’âme(s). Comme un retour aux sources, chez les grands parents, la famille , la terre. Notre deuxième séjour d'hiver à Breuil-Cervinia dans le même appartement mes filles et moi ~ intense et féerique avec la chance du soleil permanent ~ notre famille contente et des nouveaux souvenirs de haute-montagne très précieux Barbara, la communication, la localisation, l'appartement, l'organisation ~~~ tout était parfait une nouvelle fois Merci, si nous pouvons, nous reviendrons

Eravamo di passaggio per una sola notte. Abbiamo prenotato nel pomeriggio per la sera stessa. Siamo stati contattati subito dall'host che ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per l'accesso in modo preciso. Appartamento in ordine e pulito. Tutto perfetto anche per il nostro pastore australiano. Super consigliato.

Ottimo posto per soggiornare quando si vuole visitare più impianti tra Cervinia, Valtournanche e Torgnon. Altamente consigliato, ottima qualità-prezzo e Daniela molto gentile e reattiva.

Siamo soddisfatti dell'alloggio e del corredo, in linea con le nostre aspettative. Adriano è stato gentile ad anticipare il check-in e Vivien ci ha proposto nei dintorni delle attività secondo le nostre esigenze. La casa è molto accogliente. Il riscaldamento funzionava bene. Value for money the best deal you can find. 40 min drive up to Pila itself or 15 min ride to the gondola in Aosta. Very quiet and beautiful location. Older house but has everything you need and great for a group or big family.

L’alloggio è situato in zona molto tranquilla, in un piccolo borgo dove si può trovare pace e relax che sono molto apprezzati da chi vive tutto l’anno nella vita frenetica della metropoli; ma che con 10 minuti di macchina ti porta sulla statale principale che collega tutta la regione. La struttura internamente è completamente ristrutturata in chiave moderna ma con alcuni accorgimenti tipici delle zone di montagne e regionali. Franco è una persona squisita, molto affabile e completamente disponibile; in grado fornire anche informazioni su luoghi di ristorazione e supermercati nella zona. Sia io che la mia famiglia abbiamo ritenuta questa gita fuori porta sicuramente positiva.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Hatten viel Platz mit 5 Personen und 2 Hunden. Alles war sehr gut. Ein empfehlenswertes Haus, in einer Umgebung mit vielen Möglichkeiten.

The apartment is so gorgeous! The views are amazing, it was so warm and cosy and well equipped. The location is great, just a short drive from Champouluc where all the stores and restaurants are located. It was so nice to be a little way outside of town so we could really enjoy the views. Vera provided very clear instructions for finding the apartment which were really helpful! She was very responsive when we had questions, and overall made the stay such a delight. We would love to return. Highly recommend.

Nous remercions Mario, pour son accueil sa gentillesse ainsi que sa bienveillance. très discret et attentionné mais toujours présent en cas de besoin. le logement est en tout point conforme à la description et à nos attentes. le jardin et sa tranquillité sont un gros plus. nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons profité de la région lacs randonnées villes et autres châteaux en revenant nous posé au calme et au frais chaque soir.
