After a little difficulty finding the place (a Google maps issue) everything was perfect. We received clear instructions from the host beforehand about how to access the accommodation. It was a 20 min walk into town which was easily doable. The accommodation was as described, very clean and had everything you could possibly want e.g kettle, fridge, shower, bath etc etc, I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone wishing to stay in Hakone. Many thanks!

Ce logement est à 13 min à pied de la gare de Odawara. Tres pratique pour vous rendre à Hakone, en bus par exemple. C'est une sorte d'auberge avec chambres privées, où la salle de bain, l'unique toilette, la cuisine et le salon sont partagés. La procédure d'arrivée est automatique. Attention, vous ne pouvez pas déposer vos bagages avant 13h, cela nous a obligé à payer un lockers à la gare pour profiter de notre journée. Le logement correspond à sa description et nous avons été agréablement surpris de la taille de la chambre et des espaces communs. Yoshi s'est rendu disponible pour répondre à nos questions rapidement. Merci beaucoup ! 😊

ハイシーズンにも関わらず大人数で泊まるにはかなり安価で宿泊できました。 また、人数の増減も迅速かつ柔軟に対応してくださり助かりました。

If you are finding a place for driving tour with your hommes and also close to Mount Fuji 🗻 I’m sure that’s your must choice🥹🥹 the furnitures offer great convenience for us and room really makes me feel at home I’d love to stay here again and more when back Japan future🙌

Only stayed one night but wished we stayed longer as there is lots to see in the area. The house was tidy and had all necessities. Also had a comfy bed, not solid like all the other ones I’ve stayed in in Japan In a quiet neighbourhood with a lot of things in walking distance Definitely recommend

Very cozy and cute house, which has a perfect view of Mount Fuji! Naoki is very friendly and patient, pick us up from the station at 7pm, which is sweet and warm! Please see picture attached below, all my experience with Naoki’s mount Fuji’s Airbnb:) will definetly back again, comfortable and relax!

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful kawaguchiko apartment. Place was exactly as described and in prestige condition. Close to all Mt. Fuji hot spots and a feel safe neighborhood. Definitely would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Very helpful host , the house would be a bit hard to find at night but once you find it, you feel right at home , very friendly and responsive host that will help you with anything you need

Chiyo was very helpful recommend some places and air bnb is very clean and comfortable to stay in.

Strongly recommend to stay at Hirabe's place. We enjoyed our stay in Hirabe's place. Hirabe was really really a Superhost. She was very responsive to our questions and responded promptly. She even helped us to arrange our luggage delivery from Tokyo to her place and the other way around. She gave clear instructions on how to find her place, open the key box, and enter the room. The room had sufficient amenities and two heaters that helped us stay warm during cold nights. As a bonus, we could see Mt.Fuji clearly from just outside our room. We were thankful having Hirabe as our host.

Beautiful home and beautiful location, couldn’t fault it!

御殿場アウトレットから近く、アクセスのいい場所でした。室内は広々としており、とても快適に過ごすことができました。

We had booked this place initially for a different date and we had to change the changes due to travel dates change and Gaku was very helfpful and accommodating to our request, which u really appreciate. Gaku’s place is just next to Gora station which was very convenient and easy to get to. Beautiful surroundings and the terrace view is amazing. Due to bad weather we could not go to cable cat which is why we booked this place. U would recommend this place for anyone who wants to explore Hakone. One thing to note is the shared bathroom and shower among the guests as it’s already mentioned in the listing. Gaku was very responsive and helped us look for few restaurant for dinner since we had arrived late. Overall beautiful place. Thank you Gaku.

Jun was very prompt and accommodating. Thankfully he allowed us to store luggage before check in cos there were zero lockers available at Odawara station and so many tourists were scrambling. The flat was much bigger than our Airbnb in Tokyo and we had lots of floor space to open our luggages. I appreciated sweet touches like the lighted bulbs at the stairs to the entrance at night and magic pens for our kid to entertain herself. Note that this flat is on level 2 on a narrow metal stairway.

Nice place for two families. Easy to reach from the bus station and the lake, recommend!

The apartment is very near Kawaguchiko station (less than 5 mins walk) and is within walking distance to the lake. Room is spacious. There are 2 big beds that can fit 4 people nicely. If there are more than 4, the rest can set up traditional japanese mattress in the adjacent room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

The hotel is a nice one. Very easy to find, just 1 minute from the station. But it’s on the second floor and there’re only stairs, so we need to carry the suitcase. It was a good place for one-night stay. Recommend! The only thing is the room was a bit cold where we were there since the area was snowy.

We stayed at ShareHouseF while we're at Kofu — the location is quite convenient to Kofu station and various restaurants (we even went to the public library). While we rented a car for a few days, without it, we got around fine with their public transports and by foot. Their dormitory is very spacious and clean. We used their very large shared kitchen that has all the necessary utensils and cutlery. Most of all, ShareHouseF's staff, Miwa, was incredibly responsive to our needs. She's very kind and welcoming. The rest of the dormitory tenants were also very hospitable and kind. We highly recommend ShareHouseF for anybody visiting Kofu!
