Nice for exploring many nearby beaches. Light and airy, relaxing. Great sofa bed downstairs and wonderful bed upstairs. A quiet neighborhood setting tucked off the main road. Lovely attention to details. And, the banana bread is GREAT! Very responsive communication.

This small, tidy and convenient spot has practically ever you’d need while away from home. Comfy bed, nice hot water and good water pressure, very responsive and lovely hosts.

This spot was perfect for a weekend getaway! The Airbnb was clean with spacious accommodations. The apartment has an amazing view of the ocean. Adilah was great to work with! I would highly recommend this stay!

Loved staying here! It's a very short walk to Kettle Cove State Park and Crescent Beach. Cape Elizabeth is a charming, quiet little town. If you're looking for a peaceful relaxing getaway spot, this is it. You'll feel right at home. Plus the hosts are very responsive and friendly. I'm already thinking about when I can return!

Great apartment in a very walkable part of Portland, a perfect location for exploring the city. It was clean & spacious with a very comfortable bed and we appreciated the off-street parking. The owner Jeff and his wife are very friendly and served us a fantastic meal at their small brewpub downstairs. I normally wouldn’t choose a rental above a pub, but theirs closes at 9pm every night, so noise wasn’t an issue at all. Would highly recommended this unit for a stay in Portland.

Absolutely perfect location especially when traveling with kids. Beach is close and easy to go back to the apt. Pier is a short walk. Highly recommend!

We LOVED our stay here! We enjoyed getting to walk the Eastern Promenade & go down to Old Port to shop around and eat! There is so much within walking distance! The apartment was cozy, clean, and a safe space for us to relax, read, and unwind! I would absolutely stay here again!

The location was absolutely fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay; the place was comfortable, well-equipped, and made us feel right at home.

This place is within walking distance to the beach, miniature golf, restaurants, an amusement park and a place that will steam lobsters for you. We went to the lobster place twice to bring these large beauties home. 1 bathroom was upstair with the bedrooms, and 1 downstairs. There is a picnic table for outdoor dining. Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a great vacation with weather in the 70s and being from Texas where the temperature was 100+, it was heaven.

Great location, there was construction hear by but you couldn't really hear it. There is also a train that runs maybe a 1/4 mile behind the house, you can hear it a little bit but for us wasnt a problem with 3 children in the house.

Even though we only stay for one night it was amazing! Loved the spaces look and coziness, the beds where pretty comfortable we went during the winter so the bedrooms got a little chilly but nothing a Mainer isn’t used too :) we loved the couch and living room it was big enough for 8 of us to fit comfortably! The beach is walking distance we had so much fun walking the beach and then coming back and enjoying our night! Over all beautiful and comfortable satay!

Loved the house! Loved the feel of being secluded so close to great restaurants and so much to do. Loved the house, very well kept and it had everything!

This house was wonderful! It was exactly as described and we enjoyed every minute of staying here. The beds and linens were great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The views of the ocean are amazing, especially from the glass porch when it’s raining. As we walked along the beach, we could see that this house had the best windows/glass doors looking out over the ocean. The only thing I would recommend (if you book this house and I do recommend it!) is that you download the arrival/entry instructions before you arrive. Apparently, the cell service in that part of Maine is a bit spotty. We ended up having to call Ian and he was great and super responsive - but my being prepared would have eliminated that. 1000% recommend this place!

J’ai toujours rêvé de venir à OOB l’hiver et j’ai vraiment aimé l’expérience! Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Avec son emplacement et ses portes patios doubles, la vue est splendide! Pour les amateurs du bruit des vagues, de la vue de la mer, des levés de soleil, des longues marches à la plage… c’est l’endroit idéal!

We had the most wonderful time at Pat's place! The cottage is everything you could hope for for a cozy weekend getaway spot - comforting wood smell, slanted ceiling, skylights, and a lofted bed. The place was impeccably clean with beautiful appliances. The bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in! Thank you for having us and we would definitely come back!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

What a wonderful place in a lovely neighborhood. The condo exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful in person. We had a comfortable, happy stay with our small children. Scratch Bakery and an ice cream parlor are right across the street! And the book collection was great. Highly recommend!

I booked wendy's place for the wife and I's honeymoon and it was perfect, was nice and cozy and the view of the ocean was amazing. Also being so close to so many attractions gave us plenty of things to do and memories to make.
