They provided clear and precise instruction. Responded in minutes. Apt and linens were super clean. Along with visiting my parents I got some much needed sleep while there. Peaceful. Everything was perfect will be back.

I would definitely stay again while visiting Orlando. Close enough to attractions and far enough to maintain peace. Neighborhood was very beautiful. Pool and gym were both beautiful with sufficient equipment. Apartment was nice and clean as pictured. Thanks Ari!!!

5 stars all around! I just spent 5 nights at the Treehouse and hated to leave. I'm in sync with all the other reviews as they say it all! Perfect place just off the highways but close to the necessities in the Orlando/Lakeland area. Delightful views on Lake Ariana and plenty of rabbits and squirrels to watch while relaxing at the end of the day. Joni and Dennis were wonderful hosts and just a text away to answer any questions. Definitely will stay here again when I get back to the area. BOOK IT!

This place was so very beautiful! New and very clean. It had all of the amenities and more. Stephen was easy to deal with. I highly recommend staying here for families and or couples both old and young. If you decide to stay here you will be more than satisfied. We will return!

Myrnali is a great host. Friendly, proactive and responsive in a timely manner. This is a great place and have stayed three times already and plan on staying there again in the near future.

The house is brilliant. We had 11 adults and a 5 month old baby. We all flew in at different times, to different airports but access was easy for everyone. we had been given the details by the host prior to our arrival. Susan is a great host, very communicative but not intrusive. Every detail was taken care of. Passes at the gate, information about the activities and much more. I would highly recommend this AirBnB to anyone. Having a large family, it was great for space but also playing games and spending time together. We had family visit, who live in Florida, which was also easy. Susan was very helpful when my father in law couldnt be located, after visiting us. Thank you Susan, we will be back

This was my first experience with staying in an Airbnb. The reservation process was easy. I traveled with my adult daughter and two grandsons. The home was very cute and close to my granddaughter, who lives in the area. The home was spotless and very comfortable. The only thing missing for me was the tv did not have local channels. I must have overlooked that. This was a vacation, but I still like to watch local and National news. Other than that, this is a perfect size for a small family. It’s not close to the Magic Kingdom if you’re going to the Orlando area, but we still got a chance to visit Mickey! We chose this location because it was close to my granddaughter. I would definitely recommend this setting to anyone who likes a peaceful setting! Thanks Matt & Rachel!

This place is situated in a quiet neighborhood, not in the main roads so no traffic noise. It was just as described and the host was very proactive with information. I would rent here again!

It was a great spot close to Florida Polytechnic University for any families who are looking for a small spot to go while visiting their students. We will be coming back for future events.

We had a wonderful time staying at Ilce’s place. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Ilce was a great host, and we would definitely stay here again.

The condo was nicely updated and well equipped. Trevor was the best host we have had - very helpful. He makes a great ambassador for Sebring, which is like a taste of a quiet, southern hometown.

Little bit far (with traffic) from Disney World. However everything else was amazing. Carolina was super nice and accommodating to our needs. Would love to stay here again.

Halina's condo was exactly as described and pictured on the Airbnb website. Her ground floor garden villa was located on a golf course in Sun 'n Lake in Sebring. The condo was located in a safe and very walk-able area on the golf course with the clubhouse less than a block away. The accommodations provided all the conveniences of home and were very clean upon my arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the shower with full flow shower head was great. The large flat screen TV and Wifi worked great, too. Communications with Halina were excellent. Everything worked out well during my week long stay and I would definitely consider staying there again on future visits to the area. I would highly recommend Halina's villa condo.

This condo was beautiful. The complex, the pool, the landscaping… It was perfect. The condo had everything we needed, was extremely clean, and very, very nice. If we are ever coming to the area again, we will for sure stay at Peter‘s condo! We were very sad to leave! The suburb that it is in had everything we needed (grocery store, CVS, restaurants, shopping ) We were there over winter break and while it was not far from Orlando or the theme parks miles-wise, the traffic made it difficult. We were back-and-forth from the ESPN wide world of sports for a soccer tournament and then did Universal Studios. If we were traveling early in the morning or later at night it was very quick and easy to get around. But we were in the car a lot due to traffic. I’m sure it had to do with the time of year and at a different time would be totally fine. That being said, we were always very happy to get back to the condo at night and relax! Would love to return and just spend the week at the pool!

Lori was a wonderful host. She was very quick to respond to any messages. Her place was very clean and well kept. The community was quiet and peaceful with some things to do within walking distance of the house. Would absolutely consider staying again.
