this house fit our family needs perfectly! Room for the kids to play. We spent a lot of time in the pool.

Absolutely perfect stay and experience. Property is likely one of the best properties available in the area, especially for medium to large families. House was in pristine condition, everything looked exactly like or better than the pics. Hosts were extremely responsive and provided an incredible amount of information and instructions prior to arrival and available at the property. Definitely looking forward to future stays

I recently had a fantastic stay at Rodrigo’s beautiful home that exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully maintained space. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat. The amenities were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and comfortable bedroom. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like fresh linens and a welcome basket filled with snacks. The host was incredibly responsive. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. I can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious. We are a family of 5, kids ranging from preteen to young adult. The community pool was great. Even our small private pool was a nice way to end the day. Loved having a washer & dryer. 30min to Disney. I would definitely recommend and come again.

Un vecindario muy lindo, apartamento amplio, un grupo grande estará muy cómodo, el parqueadero seguro, algunas cosas ya están un poco deterioradas como los vasos de café y los colchones. Si viene un grupo grande recomiendo que lleven las cosas de aseo desde el primer día, nosotros siempre Compramos todo pero si llegas en la madrugada con lo que encuentras no se resuelve mientras compras.

The house was just as pictured & we had a great time with family and friends. Alex was very responsive to all questions & requests. It would be nice if there was a flat rate for pool heating for long term guests. The linens & kitchen supplies were as described & they even provided Keurig for our stay. The amenities were very nice & we enjoyed the lazy river - however it was advertised as heated & was only heated for our 1st week there ( we stayed 6 weeks). We would definitely stay again and Alex/Clayton were fantastic hosts!

La casa de Alexandre es extraordinaria, la ubicación para las actividades que quisimos hacer excelente, la limpieza magnífica así como la comodidad, pasamos unos días perfectos en su casa tiene todo lo necesario tanto para dormir plácidamente como para cocinar realmentete sientesen casa, los muebles cómodos y muy bien cuidados; lástima que no pudimos utilizar mucho la alberca ya que el aire estaba muy frío pero aún así muy linda. Recomendamos mucho su casa, la amabilidad y disponibilidad de Alexander para resolver dudas de maravilla. ¡Muchas gracias! sin duda regresaríamos.

Hello, Me and my family, came to visit Florida for a family gathering. I was pleased with the house I rented from Franka. The house was family friendly spacious and very clean. The host was very polite, responsive to any concerns I had. I really enjoyed the game room it has over 60 games of pure fun. Close to the store for all your shopping needs. Also the house came with more than enough space so everyone had there own space. I am in a wheelchair and I was able to move around the house and wasn't restricted on where I could go. The pool lift was a plus . I will definitely going back to stay there if you're looking for a wheelchair accessible home I would definitely recommend this house. Thanks again

We had an Amazing stay at Janet’s place! My two grandchildren loved the pool and the lake! We fished and swam and even took our paddle board out on the lake! Janet and her Family were so very kind and Friendly! The kids loved seeing all the animals! Janet was even gracious enough to take me and the kids on a ride around the property to share some stories with us and we stopped to pick ripe mulberries from their tree that were Delicious!! We Absolutely Loved our time at the farm! Hope to be able to stay there again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo! The location was easy to find, and having no parking hassles was a huge plus. The peaceful atmosphere made our stay truly relaxing. I can’t speak to what the home was equipped we, we pretty much just used the home to sleep and shower. Michael was incredibly responsive and accommodating to our needs prior to and throughout our stay. Without a doubt, we would choose to stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at Tyler's and we've already told him we can't wait to book again for next yeat.

The house was all we needed for a trip to Legoland with two kids. The pool in the back was a nice bonus at the end of the day. Super responsive hosts, which we appreciated a lot. To the extent we would alert any potential bookers about a potential flaw: The kitchen has the equipment you need for simple meals/coffee, though cooking a real dinner for a family might be a challenge. That wasn't a problem for us, but if you tend to eat most of your travel meals at home and they require more than the most basic items, then you might have to get a bit creative. Again: not a major issue for us and not a complaint, just a flag for certain travelers.

We had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and orderly. The pool was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting at the table outside. The neighbors were friendly and my dogs were very comfortable and welcome. I would stay in this house again.

We stayed here for a family vacation over the holidays and were extremely happy with the house, community and the owner, Barbara. The house is exactly as pictured and we found it to be the perfect size for our family of 11 of all different ages. The extra living space upstairs was particularly great for the kids to play around. The beds are extremely comfortable and it was very easy to feel at home here. The Solterra resort is an added bonus, it is very beautiful and in very close walking distance to the house. We originally thought we would be there a lot more than we did, as we often didn’t want to leave the comfort of our own backyard which features a large pool and jacuzzi. From our first communication, before even booking, Barbara was extremely friendly, informative and helpful. This continued throughout our stay, ensuring everything was going well and any needs were being met. Barbara is an outstanding host and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her place to others.

Instructions was easy to follow. The house was nice and cozy just as the pictures described. The only downfall that I had was checkout time when removing the bed linen the mattress had blood stains. Other than that, it was no downfall. I would definitely recommend renting this place. Only thing I asked Vanessa. Maybe you should get some bed covers to cover those blood stains. I brought my own towels, but some of the guests with me use the towels, and the white towels was a little dingy as well.

Tania's place was beautiful! Just the right amount of space for us on the trip. The home was clean and cozy. Had the necessary essentials. The pool was a hit although it was a little cold but I believe there is a heating option that we didn't utilize. Tania has friend, Jerome, that helps with any house concerns that comes right on time. We had a main television issue, he came to help, it wasn't able to be fixed which was a bummer but the face that he lives in the neighborhood was calming. The only con I have, which is no slight on the home or Tania, is the location if you are trying to go to Disney. The traffic was horrible! I would just keep the distance in mind and calculate that into your travels. The traffic had us in the car for 45in-1hr each way to go to the Disney parks. Again, the traffic had nothing to do with the beautiful home we stayed in!

Everything was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful. The home is very well stocked. The owner was amazing and was really helpful. He was just a wonderful Airbnb host from start to finish. We will definitely be back.

This was a beautiful home. it was clean, clutter free and felt at home. The pool was clean and very warm due to the temperature at the time we went. Wendie was an awesome host. responds very quickly and efficiently. Has everything you need for outings, going to the beach or just to relax in house. We will use her home again in the future.

sleeps 6 is accurate but a bit of a stretch. beds i. second room are small, couch and recliner are old and worn BUT... it is 100% clean and what we needed. communication was great and check in was super easy. I'd definitely stay there again. it could just use an update in some areas.

Beautifully situated, private, full sun till early evening and not overlooked, with a natural water way lined with trees and shrubs as a view from the patio. The villa itself was clean and well appointed, with everything in place for a comfortable stay, in our favourite location of Davenport. We even had a local owl visit us every evening and sand hill cranes during the day! Thank you Gary for entrusting us with your lovely home, we shall definitely be back!

It was a great place to stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area.
